Good morning. 5 mile bike ride. I have to start cooking the beets because I'm losing my voice. Sad but true. My girlfriend wants me to slow down on them too. Cooking them makes them less potent. I just have to find moderation. Hope y'all have a great day. Have a Healthy Day.

You know cooking vegetables in hot temperature will kill all vitamin inside, so don't cook it at hight temperature for long time. but why are u losing u voice?

Biking is very enjoyable.

Several summers ago, I used to do it often. Nice way to keep cooler also in the summer as there's always a nice breeze while riding.

Ever since i was injured though in my legs, I haven't picked it up again. I think come fall I might. I have it in my garage :-D

Almost 8 miles hot dam*! Wow.

I used to have days of 8 miles too. I was young still, mostly when i was around 24-25 i think. I used to love it.

Are you famished when you are done? I used to buy a diet drink and granola bar after for a quick sugar rush on my drive home after walking around 6-8 miles.
