My water on the weekends sucks mostly because my buddys are all coffee drinkers, BIG coffee drinkers. I'll down my Sparks water bottle after the lawn, and in the morning with my breakfast. I'd estimate it to be about just under 2 quarts each day on the weekend. At work its a no brained because I have a gallon jug sitting on my desk every day and always finish it before I leave for the day. Thanks for talking to me. See ya'.

11 mile ride! Woo-hoo! Meaning to ask you what kind of bike you are riding?? Supposed to rain here later.....hope I can get a ride in before that happens! Thanks for the good wishes on the job. I have been praying about it and hoping it is the best thing to do....how do you know - there are pros and cons, who knows.

Hey there! So RYC well did you know that yard work(especially anything that has to do with shoveling well that works the core just like traditional exercise.. If you are interested Muscle and Fitness Mag has a killer core routine(page 36 titled "Dig Your Abs" )

Hey Ohio so I don't mean to pry but are you still trying to lose weight? I only ask because if you are not well your hunger is probably legit especially since you are getting daily bike rides in so I am sure you need more fuel to get through the day..

Speaking from personal experience it is just as easy to get stuck in "loss mode".. I read you comment to Michagal about you excess skin and I have to say once again from personal experience the more weight you lose the saggier the skin will be so keep focused on doing toning your core and eat a little more since your body is now efficient in burning calories from your regimen..

11mile bike ride

Waterless cookware is a catch phrase used by one of my favorite authors, Stephen King in the book "The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon". ( a pretty good book) It was supposed to get the girls excited about something...but what is advertised usually comes up short in the end. So now I use this catch-phrase for the same thing. I didn't even know there IS such a thing as waterless cookware. Ha-ha !

The Blast Furnace where I work is back up and running again. People who were laid off are back to work. Now things are busy and I'm working overtime.

I have two more pickles left in my pickle jar, and debating if i'm still all out craving them or if it's time to give them up. Nope. Mouth still waters when I think of them. Guess another jar it is.

2 person job....LOL!!!! YAY for Mediums (if I may say so...)! I don't eat much soup in the summer, but your posts make me wish for cooler weather so I can make my gr turkey vegetable soup! I could make my carrot soup and serve it cold, I suppose. Got the recipe from Umpqua and make it a couple times a year. Have a good one!

Good job on the garden and yardwork! Hmmn on the 'low on water, high on coffee' - I get that way on the weekends. Especially this last one since I got myself a new keurig. Tried it out a few times. And then a few more times.

Then make a new goal wt on here (or make your goal wt the same as your current weight--week by week), so your number of pounds lost up there isn't in the negative range.

(Take it with a grain of salt, please:-)
