Worked overtime again last night. Rode my bike in this morning. I think I'll ride some on the bike path after work and try and get 10 miles in.

Food looks great yet again! Can I ask what's in the lentil stew?? I really do love lentils! And yes... pickles and popcorn are great, salty enough to satisfy most cravings and healthy enough to not feel guilty.

Got off work, parked at the bike path. Rode my bicycle to a county bridge and back. It was a short little jaunt. Found out it was 5miles. This is exactly the same distance if I would have rode into work yesterday morning. So it was a wash. I did sweat a little actually. I couldn't ride today cause I'm working overtime.
