Good morning Raven. At McDonald does that not tempt you? I know it would for me. I don't think I have been at a McDonald for about 4 years now. Its a good thing they don't depend on me to support their business.... lol Enjoy your day Raven.

hey, Puddy. I always go to McDonald's after I've had my Green Eggs and Beans. They are green because I mix eggs and spinach, brussel sprouts, broccoli, celery, and what ever is handy. I always make a pot of Black Beans to last the week. I eat about a cup or two every morning. So that is my breakfast EVERY day. And when I get to McDonald's for coffee,I'm Never Ever hungry. Last night was Wendy's. a baked potato, a large chili and that's it. went to see the movie The Secret Life of pets and I ate about a bag of popcorn. when I got home I had a couple of cups of cottage cheese and some blueberries and that's about it. hope you all have a happy, Healthy Day.

yes, i do popcorn too with lunch!!!!! same thing today. i just had tuna and cooked cabbage & popcorn! filling...then i many times have caffeine, though not today bc i will drink it before gym.

Good Morning. I'm here at McDonald's just like every morning before work. Large coffee. 3 spenda, one cream. I just ate my breakfast of 2egg yolks and 4 egg whites dumped over a pot of vegetables. And about a cup of black beans. Yesterday I walked over 8 miles. Well time to go to work. I'll drop back in around lunch. Have a Healthy Day.

lol what a coincidence! i went to McDonalds last night first time in a LONG time for a 6-piece McNuggets. I brought them home to eat with some chips and veggies for dinner! :-)

Good Morning. Happy 4th. Todays official weigh-in has me 2 Lbs lighter. I've been playing a lot of places this weekend and there are lots of burgers and rich things offered to me. I can say "no thank you" to them now without much trouble. I guess my lifestyle really has changed. Now I gotta drop a couple more pounds. Have a Healthy Day.

Happy Canada Day, to my neighbors to the North. I can't believe it's July already. I've been sticking to my diet of Grass, Grains and Greens. I put some fresh cut garlic in my SauerKraut the other day and it turned BLUE or BLEU. I'm gonna Google it. Have a Healthy (Canada) Day.

I just had a really light lunch. Only some light popcorn, cabbage mixed with cole slaw made with only oil and vinegar and some light tuna. good for today....though not tasty for EVERYDAY! haha

Good Morning. Dr. Said every number on my chart looks great. We talked about my diet, my weight and my exercise. He knows about my knee and suggests I get back on my bicycle. I asked him if that was a prescription. He said it was. I'm going to Have to park my car and start driving my truck so I can throw the bicycle in the back. That's about it. Have a Healthy Day.

Good Morning. Up 2 more pounds. But I think the bleeding has stopped. I haven't had any cheese doodles in a week. Going to the doctor tonight to go over the lab work they did on me Friday. I really cut a lot of yard work yesterday. Push mowing, weeding and planting flowers. I've been really tired these days. I'm not laying on the couch. But moving slower. Talk to you all later.
