I feel like Crap today. Scratchy throat, runny nose, weak !

1egg+1bread+1cSoup+1/4cBeans, blah, blah blah... It's the same as yeaster day except I had DDcabbage 2c, and a SweetPotato instead of the wendys.

Water was REAL low. I forgot my big jug at home.

Prayers, nourishment for my spirit.

30min walk on treadmill.

Get out if you can and enjoy today.

Got home, 1,1/2 hours till bed time. Made some soup, minus the broccoli. I really rely on this stuff. To me It's like Annie's porridge. It keeps me feeling full and sane.

Developing a little tickle in back of my throat. I'm pretty sure It's allergy. I don't think it will be quite as bad as last year, now that I've got all this Super Immunity going for me.

Speaking of soup I read across this weird diet plan where you ate this soup every day but the only other things you are were like :only fruits one day and only vegetables one day and then only fruits and vegetables, then bananas and milk and then red meat and then something else......I don't think I would like that very much - too weird. Was supposed to have been designed by some hospital for cardiology patients, but the hospital apparently denied it. I gave up on plans like that a long time ago. I don't always plan really well, but I try to get some of everything in almost every day.....less feelings of deprivation.....I love soup, though - I make it all the time and get stuck on eating it - soup and a piece of cornbread can cure a lot of what "ails" ya - so my old granny used to say!

Thank you all for the input on eating the duck egg. I see now why they are not selling more of them. I was much too busy to respond to everyone's post but I really enjoyed them. The egg wasn't that bad. It Will be my last one. All I can say is "BLURK !"

I am so happy you are finally get good weather. We had the snow cleaner come today to clean out the condo parking lot. Yes we got enough snow yesterday that the parking lot needed to be clean out. Rain for the rest of the day. It is mild but still so much snow. Have a great day Raven.
