2eggs, 1bread, 1/4c. Beans, 1c. Soup.

4oz. Turky, can of tomato soup, 7crackers,1bag of popcorn.

(cheating) sm. Potato w/marg. 1can of tuna, sourkraut.

1slice of liver, 2c. Soup, 1/2 cheese sandwich.

2grapefruit, 2orange, 1banana, 1apple, 1yogurt.

Drank all my water.

22min. Treadmill.

I know I over ate. I was just hungry all day long. I was busy all day long. I was weak all day long.

It was difficult to make it through the day without thinking of what I could eat.

Today will be a better day. I'm gonna make it. And you guys are going to make it too.

We all have our hungry days. You didn't eat unhealthy foods so I am sure you will be just fine :) Great job with the workout, hope you have lots of energy at work today!

Just a suggestion for overcoming the hungries - keep a small can of almonds at your desk or in your car. Take only 5 or so and that protein should satisfy you without spiking any blood sugar levels. The trick is eating a bunch of small meals or filling in with healthy snacks. But when the hunger strikes, the healthy snacks have to be there or you WILL eat off plan! Stay strong, one stray won't derail you - it is the habits that become permanent that will derail you. Have a great day!

I know it's no comfort on the day you're hungry, but in a few months when you're under 200lbs looking back you won't even remember a day or two of hunger. If I make it through one of the hungry / weak days, usually the next day is much better. I don't know if the next day being better is physically or just mentally since I was proud of myself for having conquered the previous day.

I don't seem to want soda pop anymore. I'm sure its because of all the water I've been drinking.

Water is such a better choice!! I am terrible at drinking enough water, but I gave up soft drinks years ago so I am not skipping the water for something less healthy, I'm just bordering on dehydration according to my dr.! I will drink water today and reflect on your big loss! Have a great day!

I got rid of the cans of pop in the house so that I wouldn't be tempted. I prefer freshly carbonated fountain Mtn Dew anyway. In past years I've tried switching to bottles of water, but would never seem to have them in the correct places to keep me hydrated throughout the day which caused headaches and hunger feelings. This time I kept my giant 64oz insulated Pepsi cup/jug and straw right at my desk where it always is. I fill it up once or twice per day as needed. I think it's a lot easier this time because I'm only changing one thing, the liquid inside. I'm already in the habit of grabbing it and sipping on it throughout the work day as I've done with Mtn Dew for the past decade+. BTW - congratulations on the weight loss, I'm looking forward to seeing a new lower number next Monday.

I've tried weighing myself only once per week, but find that weighing myself daily keeps things fresh in my mind. Unfortunately the pitfall of weighing daily is that you can see temporary swings in either direction that can cause a roller-coaster effect on the day to day emotions.

Awesome job on the water intake! I know how hard it is to give up favorite beverages..For me it was coffee and energy drinks..It's been almost a year since I gave up both of them. I kicked them to the curb due to lack of sleep as well as making me far too hyper/nuts..LOL Hope that you had a good day :)

I was hungry after work. Went back to the soup each time until my hunger was satisfied.

Got coffee at Mcds this morning. They are having a promotion where a lot of their food is only $1. Big Macks are a dollar, Fish, Nuggets. I used to eat there A LOT. I truly believe this is an attempt by the corporation to derail those people who have made a resolution to lose weight and are not eating their food anymore. The timing of this is just wrong. They are trying to knock us off our diets. I got the hell out of there. Thank God for what little will power I have.

Great work resisting the McD's. Have you seen Food Inc.? I strongly suggest it and even the low prices won't tempt you once you see where that "food" comes from ;) Hope you have a good one!

I totally agree with Umpqua; crazy documentary, definitely a must-see for those who have some willpower issues with fast food. These days it's very rare for me to venture out for fast food.

I used to eat at McD's twice a day five days a week because my office building was right across the street from it. I cant believe I used to eat that crap almost daily for 5 years straight. I havent been to a McD's since. Just the thought of eating that "food" makes me sick to my stomach! Good for you for sticking with their coffee. Thats probably the healthiest thing they serve, lol!

I probably would've exited that drive-thru with one of each. I know I don't make the best food decisions when it's sitting right in front of me, which is why I have to avoid even going there. I'm not a fan of McD's burgers, but I love their freshly cooked fries with extra salt. (and I've put away my share of sausage McMuffins too) Now that I've finished reading your entry and writing this comment, I really feel like going to McDonalds for some reason......but I won't.

1 slice liver, sm. Potato, kraut,

1 1/2 c. Soup, 1/2 bag of pop corn.(saved from yesterday)

2 bananas, 1orange, 1apple, 1yogurt, 2grapefruit.

40 min. Treadmill.

The weekend seem to be hard to stay on track. The church had carrot cake. I chose a banana and an Orange instead.

I weigh in every Monday morning. Lost 7Lbs. Yeah !

Drank all my water.

Exercise: 20 min. Treadmill.

My legs are still tight after Friday's warehouse walk. I had my headphones on and steppin to the beat.

Looking forward to the football game today. Go Ravens !

Your foods look good and even on the days with no formal exercise, try parking far away and walking fast or if you have stairs at home, make several trips fast up and down the stairs to get things, or just stand at your front step and step up and down for several minutes fast ever time you walk passed the door. My hubby dropped his weight faster than me by just giving up his cookies and sugar snacks. Sometimes just jogging the metabolism helps. Happy New Year and welcome to DD!

Lunch: 1 bag of lettuce/cabbage, 1/2 cup shredded cheeze, 4 oz turkey,1/4 cup lite ranch.

Dinner: 2 cups veg soup.

Snacks: 2 oranges, 1 banana, 1 grapefruit, 2 big pickles.

Drank: a big ass jug of water all day, 3 cups coffe.

Exercise: walked around the warehouse for 2012 min.

Prayers: before every meal.

Hi, welcome to you! The Shakeology class is an at-home workout DVD through Beach Body - it's a combo of cardio and free weights. As for my 4 classes I'm just pre-paying for 4 yoga classes in the hopes it will motivate me not to skip :) Clean eating is the way to go - it's much easier to overeat processed foods because your body doesn't get the regular signals that you're full. Hey, GetBack. The company had 2 Biggest Loser contests. About 2 years apart. We had a lot of teams. We had lots of goofy team names. There were 4 on each team. Our team won both years. I lost 64 lbs. Eating pickles, sourkraut and exercise.
