Getting a late start today, snow all over and the phone started ringing early.

Having quite the snow storm, schools all closed or closing, power outages . I'm wondering how long we will have power.
Trying to get as much laundry done as I can and some cooking ahead. Power outages can last for days this time of year. Just had friends get their power back on after about 4 days. I'm wondering how it will go for them this time around.

I was shocked at the scales this morning. Still weighing in dressed so it wasn't that. I'm thinking the quantity of food I'm eating is so low that now it's finally catching up with me. I feel like I'm fine cutting quantity way back because I'm already used to it ( I hope that continues). I stopped counting calories a few days ago because that makes me think about food too much. Right now, the less I think about food the better. The kettle bells arrived and we will unbox them this morning and start working with them. I think they will make a good addition to our home gym. I don't have any idea how many calories I'm eating each day but I'm feeling good so I'm continuing that until something different happens, I'm just happy to not be obsessing about food. Right now I'm not even considering the idea of 3 meals a day because when I did that I ate because it was time, not because I was hungry. I'm also taking vitamins every day to cover any missed nutrition.

I'm thinking that I should probably be weighing in each day undressed. Clothes are affecting the scales too much I think.

Started cleaning up storage spaces in master bd rm today. Getting all laundry washed and put away.

Just not very hungry today so not going to eat. I will probably be starving tomorrow. LOL
I did get a lot done around here today though and also did a lot of reading so it was a nice day.
Decided to eat something since it has been over 8 hours. small pork chop and more of the cashew,almond pumpkin seed clusters.

Up and in the mood for reorganizing the den/tv room so I need to take advantage of that before the mood changes. Still trying to figure out what I want for breakfast so I',m putting that off for now. Yesterday I reorganized the laundry room, getting that done just pushes me to do more. I need to take advantage of this mood.

Lunch was navy bean soup, mini muffins and 3 small pieces Dove almond chocolate.
I have to say that dove chocolate is so rich and satisfying that I don't even want much, unlike cheaper chocolates which I can over eat very easily.

Slept really well last night. The later I stay up, the better I sleep. Feeling great. Since that candle finally finished burning, my eyes have cleared up. I'm sure it was the candle that caused that.

We will be having a busy day today.
Daily weigh ins are going well. It keeps me on track.
Some days my calories are higher and some days they are lower and I can live with that.
I've been eating some things because they are low cal and others that are high cal and it seems like it all works.
Even though I did get frustrated yesterday afternoon and didn't eat as low cal as I probably should have, I lost anyway so I think I just need to be me and do what works for me. I didn't add what I ate later yesterday because I didn't want yesterdays post to end up at the top today and push other peoples posts for today lower down.

Slept really well last night. The later I go to bed, the better I sleep.
Eyes still very irritated and I'm wondering if it is from the candle I have been lighting for the last 4 days. No fragrance though. Other than that, I'm feeling really good.

Friend/neighbor is here so it will be a quieter day. Elderly neighbor likes to help and work in the yard, so hubby is out there with him.
Waiting for a delivery so I'm kind of stuck at home today anyway.
Pretty sure I have a double eye infection.

Total = 1,839
More pizza and coffee for about another 799 cals to bring it to about 2,628 calories...way too much...but the pizza is gone now. I need to stay away from that in the future or at least have only just as much as we will eat at a meal. Having extra around doesn't work.
