It took me forever to find my password and login. It is the wierd capital letter password they assigned me and impossible to remember.   I changed it to a simple one the wife has except I added an exclamation point to the end.   I want to make my username short too.   I asked the webmaster and thye said I had to get a new account.   I think I will.   It's not like I have a fifty year history here.   I am walking more on the treadmill in short times like 5 minutes.   I was hoping to get a doctors excuse to stay off it, buy he said the more the better.   sometimes I hate that doctor.   But I am still under 200, just barley.   We like the new air fryer and will be trying steaks tonight.

I wanted to change my username password once and they told me the same thing. I kept forgetting the numbers but have them down pat now. Took long enough!

I started off real slow and in short walks on the treadmill too. That constant pace is harder than the way we walk I guess.

Guess what!   I am under 200 pounds for the first time in years.   My wife  is starving me and making me walk on a treadmill.   Help!   Call elder abuse!

i got a letter saying all you girls missed me, so here I am.  Enjoy!  And tell your Significant Others not to worry because I'm 75 and harmless and very happily married.    I can't count calories, but am trying to eat a single slice of cake or pie  instead of three and buying smaller cheeseburgers instead of triple Baconators.

Progress as of today: 0 lbs lost so far, only 40 lbs to go!

We did! Can I have the other two desserts when you only have a single serving? We like the Rodeo burger at BK because it’s small. Almost too small, but we share a medium onion rings. Love their zesty sauce.

i made this diary because my wife told me to do it.   After 50 years of marriage I learned it is easier to do what she wants than get nagged.   And I am overweight.

welcome, we always love when a Male joins here. so nice you are joining as a couple ! welcome. like Donkey says, it helps to first just track what you eat, whatever it is and whenever it is....so you can get an intake of what exactly you are eating...then work to adjust it after...for now, you may just want to write what you eat, as you eat it, without making any other changes!
