Hi all! It's me...Supercheese...Sara.
Last time I posted was in 2014..... I see some of my old friends still post! I hope you remember me!
A lot has happened since then! I read back to some of my old entries and man, oh, man...Did i mature lol. I mean, I am 32 now....
What's been going on? We'll, when I was first writing daily posts here I was:
1) Married to Zach: Unfortunately, Zach and my marriage didn't work out. I blame it on us being only teenagers we first married, not really knowing what we wanted to do with our lives... and maybe we got married to prove a point to our parents (because they said no to?). We realized that we both had other goals in life. Zach wanted to move to Wyoming and lives off grid and...I wanted to join the military. We still keep in touch and I truly hope him the best!
2) Was getting ready to join the Army: And I did! I completed my 4 years and left the Army as a 1LT! I loved being in the Army and I still work as a Nurse as a Civilian at a military hospital
What's new?
1) I live in TX: yeehaw! I still feel awkward being a NYer in the south and I don't think I'll ever get over the heat....but i love the BBQ (my waistline doesn't haha)
2) Married again: After my divorce, I met my current husband while serving in the Army. He's an Active Duty Officer still and about to take command of his Battery pretty soon. My husband is the most amazing person I've ever met...even after 5 years of marriage! We're actually trying for a baby! Unfortunately we've had two losses already...which is why I thought about being accountable on here because it was the only time I actually held myself accountable!
3) We have the most amazing German Shepherds name Blue and Odi. Blue is 5 years old and Odi is 1!
Weight wise? I'm all over the place. I went from excellent shape to needing two ankle surgeries to excellent shape to now being a couch potatoe. Time to get back into it!

Progress as of today: -11.4 lbs lost so far, only 36.4 lbs to go!
WELL we did good (up until the part where I ate 4 pieces of little chocolate lol. I think thats an extra 200?).
Might go back to the gym for some more cardio and weights BUT I left my card at work :/ so well see if they let me in.....since the military is all "cant get in without your ID card." Drats
B (730) - Peanut butter (150) + 2 slices of bread (160) + mashmellow (haha i know...50) = 360
L (12) - Burger w/ cheese (no idea....maybe 300) + bread (150) + chips (140) = 600
S (5) - Veggie burger (140) + edamame (140) + Chocolate (200) = 480
S (8) - Salmon (140) + cucumber (60) = 200
Calories so far: 1660...i think....cant remember if i ate anything else today but i think thats it......
Exercise: 40 mins cardio so far!

Yesterday started off really good....and then ended not so super BUT i know I didn't gain any extra weight.
This morning we got a ZONK. In the Army, if you here "zonk" it means basically, run away from whatever you're doing. We were doing this during PT SOOOO looks like I'll be doing my 3 mile run later today with my running mate. As much as I don't wanna do it....I gotta lol
B (8) - 2 Fiber 1 bar and tuna (320)
S (1030) - Nutrigrain Bar (120)
L (12) - Maybe some sort of salad w/ some protein...aiming for (300)
S (3) - HMM Maybe apple (100)
D (6) - TBD (300)
Exercise = 3 mile run and push ups and MAYBE insanity workout?
Goal: 1200 for today. Low.
This weekend my friend Danny and I are gonna work EXTRA hard on our PT. I do have to work all day tomorrow, but I'm hoping to maybe do some sit ups or push ups or something while I sit around....blah

Thankfully the scale started going down instead of up. 20 lbs to go till July 4th goal!
This morning we did an ab drill and some sprints. Nothing too challenging. I need to make sure that I keep going and getting better for class up next month. Goal?
Sit ups = 80 2 min
Push ups = 30 2 min (Lower than I'm used to but Im not too strong yet)
Run = 1600 2 mile. (higher than im used too.....)
Goal weight: 138
Yesterday my stats were:
SU: 65
PU: 25
Run: 1752
Clearly....I've got some work to do :/
B (7) - 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 tsp PB, some fruit, handful of nuts and 2 egg whites (Lots of protein this morning!)
L (12) - HMM....were gonna continue on low carb and high protein and salads. Ill update later!
D (6) - Something small.....low carb again. Gotta

Breakfast (830) - Apple + total whole grain + chocolate milk = 90 + 140 + 200 = around 500
Snack (1130) - Fruit + two egg whites + 1/2 cup greek yogurt = 50 + 80 + 100 = around 250
Lunch (TBD) - Salad w/ chicken, peppers, mushrooms, onions and crutons = 250
Dinner (TBD) - Salad w/ ham = 500
Exercise = 2 mile run
Total calories = 1500 GOOD!

I dont even want to look at the scale tomorrow.....i DO know I eat a lot this weekend, but I can really only blame myself...I DID eat a heck of a lot of sushi this weekend....Sushi is healthy right?
Tonight I have a 12 hour all night duty. Thankfully, I don't have any food to snack on so I won't be munching away all night. Tomorrows plan is to just eat breakfast healthy and to then sleep :)
What do I look forward to? My clothing fitting me properly again. I hate that tight feeling....URG. Well, ill be back to 125 again soon enough....As for now, hope everyone had a lovely weekend!

Hey all! So today was a pretty healthy day I think....maybe could have done without the chips and biscuit but were working on it!
BOY was PT good this morning. A lot of push ups and ab work...tonight I have duty from 7 pm - 6 am so Ill be riding the bike here in the barracks for a bit :)
Food today:
Breakfast
- Fruits (mixed melons and grapes), Some peanuts, cottage cheese (1 cup), 2 egg whites
Lunch
- Some eggs and potatoes, bite of a biscuit, coffee
Dinner
- Honey glazed bbq chicken, Salad w/ light italian dressing, Carrots and cauliflower
Snacks
- Some tortilla chips, Apple
PT: Push up, sit up drill + bike riding (2 hours)

I've gained weight..........15 lbs from when I graduated in November :( We gotta lose it!

Hey all!
I'm here lol. Its been awhile and I've been super busy but also EXTREMLY unhealthy....so were going back to the roots. I start class Jan 23 for Officer School....so we gotta work on push ups and sit ups. Unfortunately, I hurt my hip :( so were taking things slow.
I'll post more later, but for now....its a YAY! MORE ENTRIES FROM ME! lol

Welcome back!!!! I hope that you will post regularly! I remember your name (because I love cheese!), but it looks like I hadn't commented on your entries... I had a particularly dark period of time where I withdrew for a bit to regroup.
Thank you for your service! My son is in the Air Force, as he/we felt that would probably be a better fit for him. We visited him when he was stationed in Texas - it was not summer time, and whew was it humid! Pleasant, but I don't know how you get through those summers. And now you're a nurse!!!!
