Good Morning Went out after work for a bit yesterday, still home at a decent hour and the normal bedtime..Well rested up and at it for X Trainer class..I promise to catch up with you all after work.. Have a stellar day

L- Boneless BBQ pork with broccoli and creole rice

S- SP Fries

D- Homemade Pizza.. Steamed Broccoli..2 glasses of red

Gallon of water..Lf Cottage cheese with blueberries(pre bedtime)

Hope you have a good day! And yes... yesterday's workout was pretty intense... I've actually found my circuit workouts to be killer!! If you ever need a chance of pace you should definitely give them a try, sure to get you sweating!!

Well the day waswn't as nearly painful as expected but then again it was a really slow day at the beach.. Completed a Pure Contact class after work..

L- Quiche.. green beans..Gala Apple

S- Lobster Bisque.. Cranberry Bar

D- Turkey Burger crumbled atop Spinach, cucumber, 1 eggwhite, 1/2 yolk, onion, broccoli, rf blue cheese crumbles, red wine vin and fresh lemon..Glass of White

1 1/2 gallons of water...Lf cottage cheese(pre bedtime)

isn't almond breeze the best!? so low in calorie, i am so thankful for this beverage. bc whatever you add it to, it hardly changes the calorie count and it's so filling at the same time!

thanks for the positive words V. at times, i get into such a funk & find it hard to get out. i wish i were better at staying positive but i realize it's all just a mindset. we are what we aim to be. the more effort we put in, the more we can achieve.

sometimes i get lost & forget to put that extra effort it...or how to put it in.

The day went really well, got the chores out the way with plenty of time to spare, made all my meals for the week and got in an Ab Shredder class to wind the day down..

I have slowly become the same way, if I don't get it done first thing in the morning, I'm not going to get it done at all... which is why the last load of laundry I did about a week ago, that finished as I went to bed... yea it's still sitting in a pile on the bed in our spare room. Have a really good day!! Thanks for the comments on the weights. I definitely have time to add the plates, and they are available to me... I just don't feel like me upper body has made nearly as much progress as my lower body... I struggle adding just another 2lbs (1lb plate on each side)..

Looks like a beautiful day at the beach! My youngest sent me a pic at 6:01am this morning from her balcony in Destin. The sunrise was beautiful! I asked her if she had been to sleep yet or just got up early. I was glad to hear that she just got up early to have coffee on the balcony and watch the sunrise!

Hahaha... yes the dreaded "Mondays"... I hope your day isn't too bad.

Oh! I keep forgetting to ask you a question, do you use weights at all in your workout? I'm assuming yes... and if so how long do you feel you weight before gradually increasing your weights?? I've noticed that my legs have gotten stronger during my bodypump class... I started at 10lbs on the bar and have pumped it up to 17... but I haven't been really able to increase my upper body weights at all... I know your legs are bigger, but I would assume I'd be able to add at least a little weight.

Good Morning had a good day off yesterday, although I really wanted to sleep in this morning, I had to get up at the usual time since I have quite a few things I need to get done today..Good start to the day with an X Trainer class.Catch up with you all later, have a happy healthy start to your week

 

Where does the time go? Not sure but it moves far too quickly on my days off.. I will save the rest of my speech for tomorrow. LOL!! Instead of stressing out about getting all the tasks done, I took a step back and did what I truly wanted to do and the rest can wait! Spent the afternoon with my friend, got all my meals for the week made,took a well needed nap and got in a Relief class.. Off to catch sunset and get some fuel..Good Evening!

B- Almond Breeze shake with whey protein, 1/2 banana, blueberries and strawberries

L- Boiled egg.. Light Italian Soup with crumbled baked tortilla chips.. Gala apple

S- Spinach and artichoke hummus, glass of white wine
