Good Morning I was so hoping to be a multi millionaire powerball winner when I woke up but alas no such luck, LOL! It is always fun to play the "what if" game.. So this morning's class was  Cardio Recovery, nice start to the day! 

Off to prep for work so I will catch up with you all later..Have an awesome day all

Back from my day..It was slower than yesterday but still a good day..  I was still feeling it in the legs from all the squats this morning so I added a Relief class this evening. I am going to catch up with all of you, get some fuel and hopefully I will be able to stay awake for the new "Jersey Shore" episode (don't judge me, LOL) 4 more episodes left before they call it a wrap, makes me sad, can't believe the party is almost over Hahahaha Good Night!!

B- Almond Breeze shake with whey protein, 1/2 banana, natural pb and strawberries

L- Chicken and Crab salad atop spring mix, tomato, bacos, crumbled crackers with pineapple mango vinegarette

S-  SP Fries and Smoked Fish Spread

D- Baked Chicken..Last bit of Oyster Stuffing with Nutty rum soaked Cranberry sauce..2 glasses of Menage a Trois(red)

So sorry you didn't win Power ball!! We don't have it here but I didn't think about driving the 2 hours to Yuma to get tickets.

Well, I hate to admit it....but....yeah...sometimes I catch episodes of The Jersey Shore. But, I have to, for Pete's sake!!I was raised in Jersey and used to go to the Jersey shore all the time!! It's in my blood!!! Yeah, I get sucked into a lot of reality shows...Real Housewives, Storage Wars, Flipping out, etc. etc. Shhh...don't tell anyone!!!

Funny you mention powerball because it was ridiculously high here too and for once, I told my husband to go ahead and get me one too. The only diff between him and I, is that, I didn't really think I had a chance at winning. I find it amazing that the men I speak to actually buy the tickets and then plan what they are goign to do with the money that the other ???? million men are buying tickets for :-P As far as I know, all the women I have spoken to have the same thoughts I do. By the ticket, don't expect to win, but make plans only if I do win. Hehe. What about you?

Good Morning Stretch Class today and it was needed, a little sore everywhere and it helped out alot!  I went to bed really werly last night, got a good night's sleep and rearing to go..It was really foggy out before dawn but slowly clearing..The sun has yet to make it's appearance but the temps are expected to be in the high 70's so looks like a good day on tap at the beach..

Well I better keep it moving, never know how much rearranging I have to do but I want to have plenty of time.. Catch up with ya later, have a stellar day all

Really good day at work despite the fact that it took me 2 hours to organize the chaos that the wonderslugs left.. It wasn't as busy as last week but I did have the chance to chat it up more with the customers and everyone was well behaved..Added a Cardio Abs class upon arrival home.. Off to see how you all are doing and get some fuel..Good Evening!!

Winter's Bone is Jennifer Lawrence (from the Hunger Games) and John Hawkes - loved him on Deadwood. It's a heavy, dark movie, J wouldn't watch the whole thing but I liked it. I hope you have an excellent day at the beach!

RYC: our Ugandan 'daughter' just turned 22 last week. Our upcoming trip is to see her get her Bachelor's of Business degree. So proud! We chose the right girl to help get a degree.

V - she and I said it was a shame they weren't going to be closer. They are in Orlando. I am not sure how far that is from you - you are in St. Pete Beach, right? The one sister of fiance has every day planned out on a schedule - LOL. I can't wait to hear how that went! 3 little boys, two sisters and their husbands and her future MIL....they are a great family, though.

Good Morning Staying up far past bedtime def has it's downside, once again I found myself waking up with the tv blaring in my recliner around 3 am..LOL I was attempting to watch a few of my fave books turned movies on TCM..I got through "Pride and Prejudice" fine and passed out watching "Jane Eyre".. I had no problem falling back to sleep once I got to bed..

Completed Cardio Core and Balance and off to get some chores that I blew off yesterday. LOL Have an awesome day all

Didn't do much today, just trying to recharge for the upcoming work week. Caught up with my pile of crossword puzzles from last week''s newspapers, watched the mini "Jersey Shore" marathon(don't judge me, LOL ) and gabbed it up with my Mom on the phone.. All in all a good day.  Good Evening!

Two great books! I believe I have both in my possession. That is one of the things I miss about having tv hook-up (I live without it at the moment, makes for a simpler life); I remember not being able to sleep and coming down to watch some old classic on tv late into the night!

Oops! Messes up your sleep doesn't it? Jane Eyre is the fave book of our Ugandan daughter. We'll need to get the DVD to take to her as well as all the Bronte books on her new Kindle.

The only vaccination we need updates is the typhoid. It's not mandatory to get into the country, but a good precaution to have. The doctor can't help, this is a private drug which won't be provided free here as it's for travel. They suggest we call around to see if any of the travel centres have some. So far, none.

Only problem about falling asleep in front of the tv is getting back to sleep! Glad you had no problem with that. Thanks for your comments to me & yes I am thinking of taking another docent course at a local museum. I might as well put my guiding skills to some use & it will keep me busy.

Hahaha.. I used to fall asleep to the TV ALL the time!! So yes, I've totally done that before. RYC: Yea... hating where you are makes it tough, but I think you're right, taking pride in your apperance despite the situation or surrounding makes you feel empowered.

Your dinner sounds lovely - recipe for the nutty rum cranberry sauce please? I used to avoid cranberries but I've been getting into them the past few years. I LOLed at the Jersey Shore marathon. I've only seen clips on Beavis & Butthead (don't judge here either haha) and it's pretty darn funny.

Good Morning So far the weekend has been nice and relaxing, just what I was aiming for after a really busy week..Slept in til 7 and got a Cardio Core and balance class in to kick off recovery week.. I am sure by the end of the week I will be a little/lot antsy but I have to give the knees a break..LOL

Off to get some chores done so I'll catch ya later.. Hope you all have a happy, healthy start to your week

So I just wasn't feeling the whole laundromat thing today so I didn't go, decided to relax/straighten my hair instead..LOL  The process is a bit time consuming so I washed a few work shirts by hand in the sink and hung them out to dry on my porch..Not to saying that I will do this very often but it wasn't so bad and didn't cost anything to clean them, LOL..

After making/prepping this week's meals, I added an Ab Shredder class.. Good evening all!!

Good Morning It's offical, Asylum 2 program completed! The Fit test was still a beast but I did get in an extra round this time.. In the next go round I am going to do an Asylum 1 and 2 Hybrid early next year.  I am planning to do the "Combat" program before going back in the Asylum, just to mix things up a bit..Combat has yet to be released but I pre-ordered it so hopefully it will be waiting for me when I get back from vacation(22 more days til vacay!!).. In the meantime I am doing a recovery week, and fill my time with Insanity's month 2 classes along with a few of my favorite Asylum classes..

It was downright chilly before the sun rose today, actually had to turn on the heat to knock the chill off..The temps are rising and expected to be in the 70's so it should be a good day at the beach.. Well I better get going and get this last shift out the way, looking forward to my 3 days off! Yayyy  Have a wonderful weekend all

Good Morning Yesterday I had a mixed array of patrons that decided to skip  the traditional holiday and did their own thing vacationing at the beach..They were pleasant and relaxed..Then there were the angry people that just were not very nice to say the least(family issues much??)..LOL Not going to rehash because today is a new day and hopefully it will be a good one!

Got a stretch class in this morning, 1 more class to complete and I will be an official graduate of Asylum 2!!  Off to work soon so I will have to catch up with you all later..Hope you all have a stellar day

RYC yesterday. Thanks! I've been very indulgent though lately. I'm so afraid it will catch up with me, but I'm not doing that bad. I do feel best at 128 and I'm about 131. Muscle weights hasn't seemed to come into play yet although I can tell I've built a lot of muscle.

Good Morning Went to bed at a decent hour so I was well rested for Power Legs. Nice sweaty workout, feeling great.. Back to the grind for me but at least the traffic should be light headed to the beach. Hoping that they won't ask me to stay later since it is "Black Wednesday"  For those of you who aren't familiar,it is the biggest evening for bar buisness..A combination of college kids blowing off steam from their semester and others who want to load up before dealing with their families, LOL.. 1) I hope very much you get out of work early tonight so you don't have to deal with Black Wednesday... I remember it being a nightmare, and luckily do not have to work tonight. I somehow managed to give my shift away...which is a miracle. 2) I hope everything is going a little bit better with your managers having you take on the extra hours. It totally sucks, but I know your co-workers do not blame you for this. I do understand it's tough being stuck between a rock and a hard place. 3) Great job on yet another hard morning workout!

Good Morning I stayed up far past bedtime watching the disappointing arse kicking the Bears received from the Niners.. Consumed more vino than planned but I chugged plenty of water not only to hydrate but to replenish my tear supply hahaha.. It never fails with the Bears, they always start out really well but seem to fall apart mid season and Cutler always gets sidelined due to injuries.. Yet I still remain true to my team  Okay done with the whine fest, LOL

This morning's class was Upper Elite, arms are cashed at the moment, def going to get in a stretch class later..Not much slated for the day, just chillaxing and enjoying my last day off..Hope you all have a wonderful day

Back from my day of leisure.. Caught up on reading my muscle mags, watched a movie..Tried my hardest to shake the working man's blues..It happens every Tuesday.. I am guessing the fact that I really need some time off has alot to do with it since I skipped my summer vacay.. It is right around the corner though, 26 days but who's counting? ME!! LOL

Yes... I was doing such a great job not getting on scale, just shy of two weeks...and then I thought I should see what I weigh before Thanksgiving so I can possibly see if at the end of this 30 day challenge I can tell if eating the extra calories just for a day helped our hurt me. Ya know how sometimes when you're eating the same small amount of calories for several days in a row, one day of high calorie eating actually helps you? But yes...I'm not giving up... onward I go toward the "skinny girl within" haha.

As for your football team... I'm very sorry to hear, and completely understand how frustrating it is!! I am/was a colts fan so last year was very painful for me...not onnly because of our losing season, but also because the main reason why I liked the colts is because of Manning...so ever since they traded him I've been in a constant struggle between the Broncos and the Colts...

Good Morning Last week of A2 program and my last X Trainer class is in the books..5 pushups short of doing the entire 60 Moving Matrix pushups in plank..Not too shabby but I still aim to get them all  without modifications  in the next round..My agility skills showed major improvement which is a victory since that is my weakest area of the program..

Well I better get going, laundry awaits, oh JOY...NOT!! LOL  I hope you all have a happy healthy start to your week

The laundry mat was a one woman zoo today..There was a chick there who had all 14 of the smallest washers occupied and had yet to start "Mount Washmore" .. And I thought  I was a procrastinator, LOL..WOW.. Needless to say I ended up going to another place further away.. Due to my change in plans I had a much later start to prepping and cooking my meals for the week..Since I have to work Thanksgiving, I made a few of my fave traditionals.. I couldn't find a small turkey breast to cook so I ended up baking a fresh organic Chicken.. I have enough to feed an army but my plan is to share with my fellow coworkers who have to work Thursday..Maybe not the chicken cause I could make salad for next weeks lunches..LOL

After finishing up cooking and washing dishes, I still had time for an Ab Shredder class.. Off to see how you all are, get some fuel and get ready for some football, Go Bears!! Good Night all!

RYC on Friday... I know you're 100% right, that I should not analyze...it's so hard not to though haha. But like you and everyone else has said, there's nothing I can do about it now... I just need to wait and see what happens. As for your managers, that's really frustrating... they put you in a really bad spot. If you say yes you're injuring your co-workers, if you say no you could jeporadize your own spot... I'm sorry they put you in that position.

RYC thanks! Some roads are flooded here, but could be the bus broke down. It comes every hour by my house. I did get quite wet as my trousers weren't waterproof or my shoes!

lol, i am the WORST cook. so, in order to cook 'em, i pour the entire bag into a huge bowl and...be careful, they tend to be explosive when cooking, so you need to cover the bowl with a plate or something. I stick the bowl of cranberries in the microwave and cook for 1-2 minute intervals, stirring every 1-2 minutes. be careful, these suckers tend to explode and overflow out of the bowl - similiar to cooking oatmeal! then, when they are fully cooked (same consistency as if you were cooking cranberries in the oven...), you can add a packet of sweet and low or equal...or two packets of truvia. they need a little sweetener...if you like more natural, maybe honey or agave...or something.

i always eat them cold, after being in the fridge. they are a jelly/spread like consistency...still whole and not like jello or anything. you can add them to oatmeal, yogurt, or eat alone...they are much healthier still than most fruits, so much volume/fiber for few calories. a whole half bag is only 90 cal but you can use so much less, like if you were to add to oatmeal/yogurt, ETC ETC. hope this helped!

Ugh...don't get me started on doing laundry here in my complex or at the laundramat!! Some people are just so inconsiderate. I at least set my timer to make sure that I get my clothes out on time and not keep people waiting. And, it never fails, I no sooner wash my comforter and the cat vomits on it again. Sigh.

BTW...I love collard greens. My ex's family was from South Carolina and they mad awesome collards but....with ham hocks!! YUM!! Someone out here told me to use smoked turkey. I got so excited when I found the smoked turkey at my local market but....no collard greens. WTH???? Oh well!!
