Good Morning Ladies Of course I stayed up far too late watching the Bears WIN!! As I stood there yelling at my TV like a maniac, I thought this is a very bad idea to get all fired up late in the evening.BUT I did it anyways..LOL Thank goodness I am off today because it took me a while to wind down after all the excitement..I was up at the usual time but had no problem going back to sleep since it was dark and rainy..Got up a little after 7 and compeleted my Pure Cardio class..

Not sure what I am doing today since the rain has started back up again..It is expected to storm on and off all day so I guess it is a wait and see..Have a stellar day all

Back from an uneventful day..Thankfully it didn't storm as much as the forecasters predicted so I was able to run some errands before I settled in for the day at home to mentally prep for my work week.. Off to see how you all are, get some fuel and determined to get to bed early tonight so I can go back to work feeling recharged..

Yes, it's fall here, too, V! The fall colors in Washington DC area are the best, around here it's not so interesting....it's too urban for fall leaves appreciation, I guess.... However, it's spring in Australia and everywhere south of the Equator. :)

Good Morning Ladies I took the opportunity to sleep in this morning til 7 since I didn't get the chance to do so yesterday due to a lame "mandatory meeting".. I am just happy to have that over and done with.. Traded my scheduled Cardio, Power and Resistance class for Asylum's Strength Class for the extra pump using weights as opposed to just using the body as resistance in the CPR class..Awesome way to get the day started.. Well my usual laundry detail awaits and I am determined not to stall this too much..LOL

Back from my day, and it went by with the quickness..Got the important chores accomplished and chatted it up with my sister for a bit.. After the prep work for this week's meals, I added an Insane Abs class to combat the severe cramping caused by TOM that made it's arrival yesterday..Misssion accomplished, cramps are gone, core work is great way to ease the pain ladies!  Going to keep it short and sweet, off to catch up with you all, get some fuel and get ready for some FOOTBALL!! GO Bears!!! Yeahhhaaaaaaaaaaa! Have a good evening!

Hang in there girl, I think the cool weather is on it's way. We had 4 days of rain, some of it very heavy, some of it tropical like, and some of it just down right nasty and hot. But this cooler air was behind it! Depending on how fast it is moving, maybe the cool will hit Wednesday. RYC he is planning on proposing with my younger daughter with them over cocktails (location not selected yet) so she can photograph it and then we show up 1/2 hour later for dinner with his parent too. I'm excited for her yet nervous at the same time. Get that laundry done so we can watch some real football tonight!

RYC thanks! It was an amazing 2 years! I have Ugandan wall hangings and carvings and baskets all over the house as well as lots of photos of our Ugandan friends on the walls. We'll be visiting for 4 weeks. I've never been as simply a tourist, will feel much different.

How was the beach today? We were rainy and humid during the day, but a little cooler tonight. Good indoor football viewing weather! LSU was so ugly I almost had to steal my tiger's wine and chug it! RYC I am a proud of my girls! We enjoyed our fashion night. It just was a killer being out of town and a week night. I honk her next one will be in New Orleans. Enjoy the rest of the weekend and Geaux Saints and Da Bears!

Good Morning Pure Cardio class this morning, I def got my sweat on with the non stop Insaneness, pumped for the day! Hopefully work will be a busy day at work, temps are already 76 and expected high in the 90's Hot and Humid, UGG!..The cooler weather just doesn't seem to be heading this way any time soon..

Off to prep for my day, happy Friday all

Back from a super hot day. Thankfully there were a few tourists who braved the heat while the locals sought shelter..

Got home in time to chill before Cardio Abs class, now that the obliques are screaming at a respectable level off to see how you all are and get some fuel.. Good Evening to you all!

You can have some of our weather to cool down V. It was raining here in Ireland yesterday. The temps. had certainly dropped too and we are starting to put on our central heatings in the evenings. Also, could I too have some of your energy?lol. Good job of the Cardio workout.

Good Morning I stayed up a little late yet AGAIN, Law and Order SVU's new season started last night and I have been waiting months to see what happened..Not Going to reveal what occured just in case there are other fans here..But let me tell ya, I haven't seen so many people get wacked in a 2 hour span since the movie "Goodfellas" LOL  It was def worth staying up til 11.. I still got in a good night's rest, completed a Cardio Recovery class...

I am looking forward to going in to work for a change, a good friend is in town visting his parents, I haven't seen him in a few years(from Chicago, lives in Texas), he is bringing his wife and son and have lunch at my place so I can finally meet them

Well I better keep it moving while time is still in my favor, catch you all later! Have a good day all

Well my in true form of most of my friends, my buddy didn't come in today because they missed their flight..They arrived here 5 hours later than expected but had plans with his folks by the time they arrived so they will lunch with me on Saturday..I just hope the weather cooperates..I promised them a perfect beach day and it was TODAY..LOL

Work was super slow and I got out fairly early feeling really sore (especially the obliques) so I did the last 36 minutes of YogaX for an extended stretch this evening..Now I have a scorching case of the yawns so after saying hello to you all and get some fuel in hopes of an early bedtime..LOL Have a great evening!

Good Morning Ladies I had a good night's sleep. up and at it on time with Cardio, Power and Resistance..It was a nice sweaty one! I forgot how much I like this class and how Shaun T goes nuts with the pushup variations..

Back to work today and it never seems to be enough days off but at least I have my adrenaline rush to get me through it.. The first day back is always the toughest..LOL I better keep it moving and prep for the day..Hope you all have a great day

Hey back from my day..The only thing that sucks about having 3 days off is I have alot more of a mess to straighten on my first day back.. I figured as much so I went in a little early.. I was still cleaning as we opened for business and pretty much had to eat lunch in intervals..Love my boys but they are far from meticulous or tidy..

My relief came in early so I was out at a decent time..Powered down for 20 minutes before Cardio Abs and 7 minute arm workout.. Going to catch up with you all, get some fuel and chillax. Hope you all had a good one!

Not windy here. Quite nice. 62 and sunny at 2.30pm. :) Hubby just hopped on his bike to go for a ride. Do you still find the 7 min arm routine hard? There's still a couple of parts in it that make my arms scream! About to do those shortly.

Good Morning Ladies I had another late night, not on purpose, in fact I was in bed at 10 doing my crossword puzzle and just as i was going to shut my lamp off, I seen something out or the corner of my eye in the ceiling...It was a baby Lizard.. Some of you may know my various fears/phobias and surprisingly I am not scared of Lizards because I think they are kinda cool  prehistoric guys and they eat BUGS, I think?(not a fan of bugs) However, I don't want to share my bed with them..LOL 

This little guy was fast, I took a towel and attempted numerous times to pick him up and let him out ..I finally got him(or so I thought) took the towel to the door and gingerly shook it out, no lizard.. I just hope he can find his way out, not even sure how he got in in the first place..Every now and then they get in, can't find their way out  and I find their carcass'..

Anyhoo surprisingly I got up at the usual time and got in my Cardio Plyo Circuit class..Asylum has def improved my speed, agility, endurance and jumps and I am stoked about that! 

The sweating has stopped so I am off to get cleaned up..Have a great day all

Back from my day of leisure.. Ended the day with a Relief class to stretch the muscles.. I didn't keep in mind that with the Insanity program that I need to eat more..It is a calorie burner so I have to fuel up more throughout the day.. With that being said I am off to catch up with you all and get some fuel..Hope your day was stellar!

Have a great day! I haven't figured out how lizards get in either! Unless you have an opening in your roof to your attic. since Isaac we have discovered so much more damage. I thought I only lost soffit and facia on one corner of the house, but as I was cleaning Sunday I saw where the window casing sheetrock had collapse onto the window sill. Water blew in sideways and wet all the insulation and sheetrock and soaked it until it fell. I'm also having musty smells come from my appliance and container pantry. There is nothing in there with paper on it so again the sideways rain must have entered through some cracks and soaked it. My long point is we have cracks that we don't even realize that not only let the rain in, but little creatures too! Lizards don't bother me, but spiders OHHHHHH!!! Have a great day!

Cutler has always made me nervous too!! But I am starting to feel for the Bears like I did for my Saints - it's time for them to WIN again!!! The Saints have had a nice streak since Katrina and it really was a boost to the community to finally be proud of them, but sometimes streaks end or hit a bump. I think the coaching and morale are a bid thing right now. But when you come down off of a disappointing weekend it's fun to watch Da Bears fight to the end!! The Saint's gave up this week - I won't give up on them, but I like having another team to excite me!! We lost a gallon of gumbo on a playoff bet with my cousins years ago and it's fun to get both of these teams to a playoff position!

You're such a ball of energy! What kind of lizard was it? We had geckos in Uganda and they are cute (and ate bugs) but they were terrified of people so always ran away.

Not much of rest day! Finished thoroughly cleaning the guest room (even wiped the wallpaper with a damp cloth), moved out the sofa bed and got the carpet shampooed. Will do the rest of the carpet after that dries.

I didn't mind the lizards (geckos) in Hawaii either. They eat bugs and are basically harmless. Let me see a mouse though and I can't tell you the implosion/explosion that follows because things tend to just go white and then I am later informed (kidding) but I do have problems with rodents. I remember we had this one place with these huge heavy doors and they would try to run out through the crack as I closed them. I always felt so bad. Maybe some linen canopy type material would help keep the critters out. You can just get the material and a ring to hang it from the ceiling. It kind of looks nice too! Just an idea.

Not sure how i'd react to seeing a lizard in my bedroom... I freak out over bugs too, especially spiders. But a lizard, hmn, who knows. Hopefully i'll never have to find out!!!

Good morning Stayed up far too late watching football and gabbing it up with my BFF in Chicago about the Bears WIN and the rest of the usual stuff.. So this morning started out round 2 of Insanity with an Upper Body class..It was supposed to be the Fit Test but I wanted to check out this class because it was not on the schedule(bonus workout)..It was a good one but not as Intense as Asylum's Strength class so next time I will do the Asylum class..My plan for round 2 is to throw a few Asylum classes in the schedule to get ready for Asylum2 that is coming out some time in October..Shaun promises this one is more intense than A1 so I have to get ready to step it up..

The usual  laundry chore awaits me so I want to get this out the way, you all know how much I love doing laundry..NOT! LOL

Yay for Round 2 - let the games begin! :) Yep, J is coming up for what will probably be her final visit here before the baby comes. Her pregnancy is going well, no issues or complications so far and she feels pretty good! Hope you have the laundry done by now and are enjoying your day!

Yeah for the taco casserole! We had the bean and cheese enchiladas with broccoli. I was contemplating the glass of Cabernet, but I have been sitting solidly at 153 and we rode again tonight with clean eating Sunday and today so I want to encourage another pound to burn so no "no sugar added" ice cream either! I think I need to become a bears fan so that I have a team to pull for this year. It looks like my saints may need a year to recover from the coaching changes. Have a nice evening!

Good Morning I did changed up the routine to Insane Abs today..It is a 32 minute class that rocks! I feel that Cardio Abs class is no longer challenging so I want to keep moving forward.. This one is def a challenge and I am ready to step it up.. Super excited that I have 1 more shift  before the start of my weekend! Good Morning Ladies  I got an early start to Cardio Core and balance this morning..I was up before the alarm due to a stupid work dream I just couldn't shake off, I actually woke up and it resumed when I drifted back to sleep..It totally sucks when work interferes with dreamland...LOL

Well at least I have plenty of time to get prepped.It is supposed t be a nice day so hopefully it will be a good one! Happy Friday all

Hey back from my day..It was a decent shift but we didn't have a barback this afternoon so we had to schlepp it up and down those stairs with trays of food..Needless to say I got another cardio/strength  workout in..LOL

I arrived home and attempted to get a quick nap in but the landscapers came by with their loud gadgets(still going at it as I type) The yard is pretty big so I hope they will be done soon..Wait it finally stopped! HOORAY!!!  Well I am off to see how you all are, get some fuel and hit the hay early tonight..

During/post workout  L- Glutamine

B- Almond Breeze shake with whey protein, 1/2 banana and blueberries

L- Grilled Chicken Breast atop spring mix, cherry tomatoes, tortilla crumbles, bacon bits and pineapple mango vinegarette

S- Kicking Crab soup with crackers

D- Red beans with whole grain brown rice and Jalapeno Tabasco..2 Glasses of Primal Roots(red blend)

Gallon of water..Casein Shake (pre bedtime)

Progress as of today: 93 lbs lost so far, only 0 lbs to go!

Isn't strange how the whole dream thing works??? For years I did not dream or sleep well and now I am sleeping so much better and the dreams are back!! Some are so realistic that I wake up and think they really happened! Some are so good that if I am startled awake, I try to get back to see how it ends! hahaha Have a great day at the beach!! (It's almost football time....)

P.P.S. RYC - I do have a television, but I don't have a tv provider package, so I don't get television. My friends will tape shows for me, or i'll watch them online sometimes. I also have netflix and can watch a lot of shows that way.

P.P.P.S. RY(other)C - Never did find the person who enjoyed leaving things in my yard! Of course, since I posted the deer head to facebook and it was taken away, I haven't found any new presents! I don't really care who it was, as long as they're done now LOL.

RYC I guess I still have that fear in the back of my mind that the same thing will happen like has happened before (and happens for most) - gaining it all back! I won't let myself do it ever again, but I think counting 3 days a week will help keep me on track all week.
