Good Morning Ladies I just completed a  Kenpo 58 class and headed out to work shortly..It is supposed to be a nice sunny day in the upper 60's..The temps have been all over the place this week, tomorrow the temp is drastically dropping really low..Not complaining though, last year at this time, I was lucky to work my scheduled shifts outside once a week.. Well it is time to get prepped for my day, talk to after my evening classes

Hey Back!! Nice day at the beach, lots of people out before the chill for the next few days.. Nice cool calm patrons, that was until the father and son duo from Wisconsin came in to liven up the place regardless of if we wanted it or not...I have to admit they were pretty entertaining..I suspect that the Rumrunners I made them were not their first of the afternoon..It was quite apparent after the second round the dad calls me over to tell me that his son thought I had "Nice TITS" How romantic..NOT hahaha lucky for me this was the end of my shift..They were very disappointed that the evening crew were all MALE!! 

I completed my Ab10 and Stretch 40 classes and off to read some diaries and get some fuel...Hope you all had a stellar day!!

Ha-ha - you know up there in Wisconsin it gets so cold for most of the year they don't get to see many unbundled ones, so they were probably so excited to see your toned ones, they just had to tell you about it! Gosh, really, why does alcohol make people lose all decorum (spelling??) you get the idea....I like moogy's comment about your good bra! And to grumpy - I don't think I've EVER had anyone tell me I had good ones.

Good Morning Ladies Just completed my Fire45 ez class, I got my sweat on today!  It is almost certain that i won't be working the outdoor bar today..Lots of storms out in the gulf headed this way..I still must go through the formalities of getting prepped just in case..Well perhaps we shall chat soon, if not after my evening classes

Hey ladies! I didn' have to work today so I took the opportunity to test out one of  the recipes  I mention yesterday.. It came out super tasty and at  77 calories per serving(2 muffins) No fat, 3g carbs and 15 g of protein,it is a great source of a high protein snack.. Next week I am going to make a batch for the entire week..

I ended the day with a P90X back and Biceps 52 and my scheduled Stretch10 class..Well ladies time to see how goes it with you all and get some fuel!

Just out of curiousity, where do you take all of your classes? The one thing lacking at Planet Fitness is they don't offer any classes. Granted, I'm not "there" yet as far as classes, but one day - soon!

Good Morning Ladies I just spent some quality time with Tony, CardioX..Now I am super pumped for the day! Not much slated for the day but I am for sure going to get out and catch some rays so I can get my bronze on . Rains are expected all day/afternoon tomorrow so it is time to seize the day! I hope you all have a stellar day

Back from my day!  Got my bronze on, did a bit of homework finding recipes for homemade protein filled snacks..I found quite a few in Muscle and Fitness Hers (Jan/Feb issue) I can't wait to make them in the "test kitchen" especially the Fire Roasted Red Pepper & Spinach Egg muffins..It has 77 cals, 0 fat, 3g carbs and 15g Protein..Not too shabby!

My evening classes were P90X Chest and Back 58 along with my scheduled Ab Burner10 and Recharge20.. Well ladies I am off to read some diaries and get some fuel

OK, so I will give you the update early. Daughter was getting ready to go out, had her face on, hair up, jewellery on undies and her silkie housecoast (he was apparently just droppping the biggest boy home after a sleepover), so anyway, this is his favourite silky thing, you can imagine what she looked like. Anyway, there was much giggling, from him not her. So the not letting sex get in the way of his procrastination is going well....not!!!! LOL

Hey all! I had a really good day. completed my chores, cook my meals for the week.. Had a phone date with my Mom and Val..All is well in the windy city, Val, Hubby and Baby Boy is doing well.. I can't believe the baby will be here in April, my how time flys!!!

I have almost caught up my laundry three times this weekend - but it keeps coming! Rachel and Will like Kenpo. I haven't done it. My goal this week is do better on exercise. ANY exercise will be better than I have been doing - so that should be an easy goal - Ha!

Good Morning It is my scheduled day off from my workouts and of course I attempted to sleep in a bit but it was a super fail,go figure...hahaha...No worries though I have 1 more shift and I am off for the next 3 days..Well time to get my day started, talk to you all later

Back from my day, it was pretty decent..I resisted the offer to go to O'Bistro, well for one, I am still trying to save up a bit and if the temps are dipping again next week as predicted, Thursday is the only shift I will def work...

Hey back from my double..The chill took over right before sunset, by the time it dipped in the gulf, most of the patrons were asking if they could move inside..The afternoon was really good though so i can't complain...Well i am going to read some diaries and chillax..

I call it a band but it's actually an Orchestra :) So we're playing some classical music, music from films and also some modern pieces. I'm not too sure really why I call it a band but it might be that because I play the trumpet I'm more used to being in bands rather than orchestra's. :)

Good Morning Just completed my HIIT30 class and hopefully I will be able to complete my other scheduled class in a few so I can get a Kenpo class in this evening...This all depends on if I have the day off...It was in the low 30's this morning and temps are not supposed to get out of the low 50's...It is certain that my bar outside will be closed today buti still must prep just in case...Well I must get going, maybe I will talk to you soon!! Well I am off today and just finished up Sculpt30 class! Later I can crush a Kenpo class(martial arts/ boxing)   Oh yeah, it's on!!

What a well needed extra day off! Since it was so chilly today, I watched a few movies, napped and went psycho with the Kenpo60 class! What a great way to get all the ya yas out, I am sure i will sleep like a baby tonight!! Time to read some diaries and get more fuel!

I didn't tell you, I bought an eReader! Santa didn't bring it so I had to go after the subject myself... LOL... It has not the special, kindle-like "e-Ink" screen, but a normal TFT technology. It's called Pocketbook 701, and it's LOADED with books! :D Now I have at least 2 lifetimes worth reading material... :D

Thank you so much for your post. I have missed you as well.:) Amazingly all of D's organs, heart, liver and kidneys are normal size, this really is an unexplainable situation. I suspect that prayers and blessings have given us this very welcome situation. She will enjoy the hug:)

Good Morning Ladies  Just completed my Fire60 class and I am adding a P90 class later this evening along with my scheduled Ab10 class.. I am so stoked that my other fitness mentor Tony Horton will be on "Live with Kelly" today, I am so tuning in Time to put on some dry clothes! back at ya later!

Hey Ladies!  I had a really good day of chillaxing, and a little shopping..I had to return a pair of super cute jeans from Marshall's that I discovered once I arrived home was from the "tween" department LOL!! I guess that's what I get for not trying on at the store..Anyhoo I got a pair of adult jeans(I didn't try them on either at the store but I did check the label haha) as well as a nice pair of workout shoes with a gift card from one of my dearest friends...Oh BTW girls all sketchers shoes are 25 bucks right now there..

I had the chance to break the shoes in doing a P90X Back and Legs 58 along with my Ab10 class.. I guess the true test will come tomorrow with my cardio classes, but so far so good Well time to read some diaries and get some fuel, Have a good evening!!

B- Green Goodness shake with whey protein isolate, P90 recovery fuel, banana and blueberries... . 1 apple

S- Kashi Go Lean protein bar

L-Lean turkey patty, ff cheddar, 1 slice of Ezekiel 4-9 sesame, spicy mustard

S- Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios

D- Lean ground Turkey taco meat with ff cheddar on whole wheat low carb soft tortillas,Louisiana Hot Sauce...Romaine,1 boiled egg, julianned carrots, cucumber, roma tomato, red pepper, red onion, ff feta, red wine vin, lemon wedge..2 Glasses of Merlot

1 gallon water, Casein protein shake(pre bedtime)

The kids wont be dressing up as pirates per se, but I will be providing little pirate accessories (hats, eye patches, tattoos, etc) for anyone who is interested. The cake will be pirate themed as well as the birthday decorations and wrapping paper. At any rate, I will be taking a billion pictures and promise to post a few at some point. :)

BTW, I hope Kelly's little kiss on Tony's face wont make you too jealous! :-)

PS. Im scared of laundromats, lol. I rather handwash all my clothes in a river and let them air dry on tree branches. The only public laundry facilities I've ever used were in my dorm's basement and at hotels/extended stay places I used while on long vacations.
