Good Morning Scheduled day off from Extreme/Fire/ P90...Attempted to sleep in a little longer and now I am pumped to get this last shift done and then my weekend begins..Time to prep for the day, talk to you all later

Good Morning Ladies Just completed my Core20 and Stretch10 class..Well the temps are already warmer that it was yesterday so yayyy for that..Not sure of how much of my double I will complete but I am hoping to stay busy til sunset...Time to prep for the day! Talk to you all later

Hey Back home!! As predicted after sunset, the temps as well as customers dipped..Tonight is the Boat Christmas Parade(yes a parade in the water, who would have thunk it??) so that def threw yet another monkey wrench in the program...Cool with me got the loot and vamanose!!  Well I am going to take advantage of the chance to go to bed early so I can crush a Fire Class in the morning!!

Re: I always get shin splints when I don't run everyday and go back to it. The first time I got them they were really painful and I spent the day at work choking back tears, but now they are pretty mild. and usually after an advil, they are just a dull pain. It is all good.

Good Morning ladies Fire45ez and all pumped up!! The morning brought some pretty chilly temps for these parts..The wind chill is 35  right now and there are some pretty strong winds coming from the gulf..It is almost certain that the outside bar will be closed today but I still must go through the prep for work just in case..!! I hope you all have a stellar day

Hey ladies!! I anticipated being summoned in to work so I was mentally prepped for going in there...Man was it slow and it would be nice to say that it was well worth burning the gas to get there but it so wasn't...I did have the first option out and they didn't have to tell me twice

Anyhoo I added a Back and Bicep 52 (P90X) this evening and HOLY PULLUPS!!  The last 2 sets of them I was pretty much cashed so I swapped them out with pushups.. I am pretty sure i will be feeling the burn for the next day..WHEWWW..Hurts so good!!

Anyhoo Time to read some diaries and fuel the machine!!

B-1/2 Casein 1/2 Shakeology with strawberries, blueberries and banana

L- Lean ground Chicken patty with parmesean, spicy mustard lettuce wrap. clam chowder

S- Odwalla Protein Bar

D- Lean pork roast, steamed broccoli..romaine, 2 boiled eggwhites plus1 yolk, cucumber. orange pepper, red onion, julianed carrots, ff feta, red wine vin, lemon wedge 2 glasses of Agoston

Wow, thats a pretty low wind chill. Its currently 31 degrees here with no wind chill!! BTW, what kind of outfit does a beach bartender wear during this type of weather? Just curious!

I've been meaning to ask...your menus are always stellar, do you find with all the working out you need to up your calories for energy? Just curious. I know that calories in and calories out can be such the delicate balance. You rock, as always!

Our area looked like it has a mild breeze compared to other areas! Nobody was in that sailboat - it belongs to a neighbour and it moored out there. Even the big car ferries weren't running. Good Morning Ladies Well I was supposed to do a HIIT15 class however the only functional DVD I have is HIIT30 so I did my best to improv by doing all 5 fire drills once instead of twice..

Well it is time to prep for work, hoping to get a decent shift before the cold front/rains roll through this evening..Talk to ya later

Hey I had a pretty decent shift, that was the rains and winds rolled through around 2ish.. It is crazy how quick this cold front came through...

I arrived home a little earlier so I did my scheduled Sculpt 30 along with an added  Ab10 class..Well I am off to read some diaries and get some fuel...Hoping everyone had a fabulous day

Good Morning Ladies I just completed my Fire45 class..Time to hit the shower and enjoy this beautiful day..Back at ya later

Back at ya! I had a really nice visit at my friend's house today, I haven't seen her in quite some time.. It was nice to catch up in person as opposed to the phone..I also got alot of quality time with her 2 boys ages 2 and 5 months.. She forewarned me that Dutch(the2yo) was not very social and very shy around adults but let me tell ya, this kid had ALOT to tell me, including the fact that he had to POOP Haha, maybe the fact that we share the same birthday and some of the same views on life, but then again I am "the kid whisperer" LOL

I had the opportunity to sit in on her interview with a potential sitter(kinda the reason for my visit) She found this place online that is "reputable"  As a SAHM she has many of people that she and hubby can barter off sitting services for but she would rather have someone she can just pay free and clear for, no strings attached.. I totally understand.. Anyhoo the chick that she interviewed seemed cool and I tried to stay out of the entire process, that was until the potential sitter departed.. My take on this is that this chick seems pretty cool, was a former nanny so this is a plus, however, It would be nice to have a last name instead of an initial to so further research, you can NEVER be too cautious when the kids are involved...

I did offer up my services to her any evening/day that I am off  if she needs a little time to herself until her interview process is complete, free of charge of course cause that's how I roll

This evening's class was supposed to be Ab10 but i swapped it out for AbRipperX... Man oh Manachevitz, it burns!! hahah

B- Casein shake with banana, blueberries, Strawberries

L- Eggwhite omelet with shrooms, turkey sausage crumbles, 2 turkey bacon strips, 1 slice Ezekiel 4-9 toast with sugarfree blackberry perserves

S- Raw almonds, cashews, pistachios, 1 boiled eggwhite

D- Lean pork Roast..Steamed fresh broccoli, cauli, carrots... romaine, 1 boiled eggwhite, orange pepper, cucumber, red onion, julianned carrots, ff feta, red wine vin, lemon.. Glass Mendoza

1 gallon water, 1 scoop Casein(pre bedtime)

For some odd reason, I think all 2 yr olds like talking about poop. When they get to 8-10 yrs old, fart talk seems to take over. And it's all down hill from there. thanks for the ongoing support. I'm really trying (and totally addicted to the s.p. fries! )

Good Morning!! I completed a HIIT30 class this morning, it was supposed to be a 20 but for some reason it wont play nor the 25..No worries though, nothing wrong with stepping it up..I am hoping that the guy at the head shop/record store can help me out with restoring my DVD's otherwise I will have to replace them before my trip...Anyhoo I have to get moving, back at ya later

Back! I have purchased a repair kit for my DVD's and hopefully they will work..Completed laundry today since I was out and about..

Week 9 of my Extreme/Fire program is a transition week to mainly Fire classes for the next month..Changing up your workout routine every month prevents hitting a wall with progress.

With that being said I am adding P90X to the mix this month..This evening's class was Shoulders and Arms 60 with the bonus round at the end...

Time to read some diaries and refuel. I hope everyone had a fabulous day

L- Leftover eggwhite fritatta, 2 strips of turkey bacon

Back from shopping, and fixed a nice brunch  instead of going out to the "O" .. Saving my splurges for Chicago Time to watch some football!!

Good Morning Today is my shceduled day off from Extreme/Fire and I attempted to take advantage with a little extra sleep time but my brain didn't get the memo..No worries though, I only have 1 more shift to crush before my weekend begins  I will chat with ya later
Hey back from a very slow and uneventful day pretty early.. Still did pretty good especially for this time of the year..It was the warmest day of the week and temps struggled to get to the low 70's but with the cloud coverage and winds, it didn't stand a chance..

I cam homw with lots of energy and not much to do(well I could have got a jumpstart on cleaning, but that is no fun haha)  So I did an Upper20 class just to release some yayas!

Time to read some diaries watch College Football and fuel up..I hope you all are enjoying your Saturday

Good morning ladies Completed my Push Circuit3 35..Ready to face the day whatever it might bring, I am not sure of how much of my double I will actually work..Temps pretty much dip drastically after sunset so we shall see.. Time to get ready so i will chat with you all later

 

Hey girls!! I am back alot earlier than expected..It was another slow day and this time of year we all kinda band together so that everyone can get a piece of action so I opted out..This time of the year most of the cash to be made is during the day for the outside bartenders so no complaints..

I took the opportunity to add an extra class in this evening Core20..I havent had a scheduled Core class in ages so it was interesting to see the progress..The core class is an intro to all of the hardcore ab classes  I am currently doing..I was plesantly amazed how strong my core is!!

I can't wait to master the "I've got Abs class", it is my current mission, gotta love a challenge. Well ladies it is time to read some diaries and fuel up! I hope you all had a Stellar day

B- Shakeology with organic OJ, strawberry, banana

S- Raw almonds, cashews, pistachio

L- lean turkey patty with a small portion of Polenta Lasagne

Good Morning A little bit behind schedule due to my trade up from Fire45 to Burn Interval 50...Probably didn't help that I hit the snooze button either...hahaha Oh well at least I am prepped with all my needful things at work since I had very few customers yesterday..It is sunny in contrast to yesterday and i am hoping it will help warm the beach a bit, temps were in the upper 40's this morning...Gotta keep it moving, talk to you later
