 Good Morning I just had to try that Extreme Abs 16.5 again! I felt like I could do more after knowing what was coming next and yeah it was still KILLER..LOL I am saving my scheduled Burn Circuit3 for later, now it is time to prep for work so I shall talk to you all laterHave a Stellar day!

Hey back earlier than usual...It was a nice sunny drive to work and even more beautiful on the beach, surf was up, nice temps as well as a comfortable breeze..As soon as I had everything set up, the sky got progressively darker, the winds picked up and here comes the rains, as well as wind gusts 30 + mph   That was some pretty serious gusts and dodging flying missiles( Salt and Pepper shakers, Napkin holders, Bottles etal) was not as fun as it looked in the Matrix..LOL... Needless to say I have an extra day off...So I am cranking up the Jagerator for anyone who wants free shots for Wet Wednesday..Legcramps? Umpqua? Glycrina? Getmeback?? Bueller? Anyone? Hahaha Just kidding(or am I) Nawwww too early in the week for bad behavior...

Back and Burn Circuit3(30) complete...I resisted the "party monster" in my head today as well as the boys from work calling to go "surfing" since the outside bar was closed today..First off I am not that good of a surfer to begin with and the currents were much too strong and second I knew not much surfing would be done since they chose"Harry's Beach Bar" for our meeting spot.. I must also think of building on my nest egg for the months of December and January are uncertain...

So I chilled solo here watched Torque(horrible storyline with equally horrible acting BTW) I couldn't help myself but a cast of Hotties and Crotch Rockets( fast motorcycles) SWEET..hahaha If I didn't like life so much I would love to have a tricked out bike that went super fast 

Anyhoo that was the boring extent of my day and now it is time to fuel up and catch up with my girls here...I hope you all had a wonderful day

B- 1 scoop Soy protein, 1 banana shake

L- lean turkey patty with 1/2 slice ff cheddar. 1/2 of a sweet potato(baked fries)

D- Polenta Lasagne, steamed broccoli, southwestern style corn(with black beans red peppers) 2 glasses Cassillero del Diablo Sav Blanc

1 gallon water, 1 celsius 1 D4(pre am workout) 3 scoops jacked3d(pre pm workout) 1 scoop Casein(pre bedtime)

Well, if you're kayaking or canoeing down your river then there's effort LOL. We saw a bunch of kayakers on our nature walk over the weekend and I can't wait until the kids are big enough to tube and kayak on some whitewater. That's an awesome workout!

Hey back!! I just completed Extreme Abs 16? Not sure but OUCH...It hurts so good and just when I think I have done the toughest ab workout, Chalene tops it...LOVE IT give me some more...I can't wait to try the "Ive got abs" class I am imagining this one is even more KILLER..Hahah  I also did the Recharge20 afterwars which is just what I needed to end the day

Well it is time to get some fuel read some diaries and get my head in the right place for my return to work tomorrow..My days off seem to have flown by

lol, I had so many different things pop into my head when I started reading this. Once I got to the word "muscles", I realized that this was a health related quote. ;-) Anyway, I totally love the feeling of getting pumped up!! If there's one thing I could buy myself, it would be 3x/week sessions with my trainer. He makes me do things I didnt think I could possibly do. Not only can I feel myself getting stronger, I can see it! My muscles are blowing up and I love it!

I like the P90X program but I would not call myself a follower as I have only once made it through an entire video. My husband however is Tony Horton's biggest fan ever. I have the Slim in Six Series which is more my speed but still a great workout. I am pre-ordering the new P90X for my hubs in December. I may try it with him at that point because my ability and stamina is getting so much better with every workout. I would like to try the HIIT stuff eventually too but I have an old knee injury so I have to watch the high impact stuff.

Glad you are pumped!! Don't think that will ever apply to me. I'm more of a exercise for fun, sweat a little yes but having a burn, probably not. So exercise with some gentle toning- I think that kind of sums up my idea of exercise. There's room for many types of people , right?

Good Morning Stayed up far to late all pumped up from the Bears' win last night!! Yea!! Now it is time to get a cardio class(HIIT of my choice) and I will do my scheduled Burn Circuit in the evening. back at ya later

Hey ladies!! HIIT20 for Am and Burn Circuit2 40...What a wonderful way to start out week 2.

Dinner for the week cooked, bagged and tagged so now it is time to fuel up, read some diaries and get ready for Monday Night Football!! Woohoot!

Brunch- Old fashiond rolled oats with pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, molasses, 4 strips extra lean turkey bacon, 1 slice of Eziekiel 4-9 sesame

I was totally going to use a groupon I had for a massage and I called this AM to make the appointment... They are CLOSED on Mondays... I was very annoyed! I fell asleep at 9PM so I didn't see your bears but I'm glad to hear they won!!

Good Evening Productive and relaxing day...Completed Ab Burner10 and Recharge20 a few minutes ago..My muscles needed that extended stretch and I am starting to appreciate the class so that within itself is a small victory!! Well it is time to get some fuel and get ready for the Bears vs Vikings..I will catch up with you all later

I'm going to have to try this Ezekiel bread, I've heard such good things about it. It's funny, the boys sometimes complain that there are "seeds" on the bread I give them. And then we went to Panera and they were freaked out at the plain white bread their sandwiches came on ;P Hope you're having a nice evening!

Good Morning I arrived home from a very busy day and very wound up..It took a while to actually fall asleep so I am taking my scheduled day off from Extreme...HOWEVER I am only working the afternoon shift so this could all change depending on how my day goes..LOL.. It is off to complete my last shift for the week and then the fun begins!!Have a wonderful Saturday

Hey Hey! back and off for the next 3 days My days have been so busy and it makes time fly past with the quickness so no complaints.. I decided to save my workouts til tomorrow..I am pasted from my day we were busy!

Now it is time to decompress, sip some wine, watch some College Football, get some fuel and catch up with you lovelies here..

Good Morning Just completed my "Burn it off"30 and wheewww! The best way to describe this class is that it was much like football practice meets HIIT class.. My suspicions were right when near the end of class Chalene credits her hubby who is a football coach for some of the exercises..

Good Morning Ladies It is dark and raining like crazy here..Lots of storms are still out in the Gulf is headed straight for us.. Although I am still prepping for work, I am kinda hoping to have an extra day off but we shall see..

My scheduled workout today is pretty light(Core20, stretch10) and I am saving it for evening and will probably add another class..Well time to get my day started, hopefully I will talk to very soon!! Have a stellar day

Hey girls! I just completed a Turbo Jam Fat blaster30 and Core20...I am just hoping that my evening cardio won't keep me amped all evening..I am doing a new class in the morning Burn it off, it combines cardio and weights so this should be a good one

Well I almost had the day off..It was a pretty nice soaking this morning so when I called to see what gives with work, my GM told me to take the day off but stay close to the phone..Less than an hour later, he calls me in..I figured as much so I was already mentally prepared for his shennanagins.. LOL  It's all good, though, I have to get my winter stash at a cushy level..

I arrived home with 2 nice surprises in the mail, 1 was a thank you card from Nicky and I have to say for someone who just turned 4 his signature was pretty good, backwards h and all(Nicholas is his full name)..LOL Also waiting for me was my "Train Like a Freak" tees, I purchased 2 of them as well as some stickers they added in there..I am def putting them up somewhere in "Hell's Gym"(my lab)..

I must get some fuel in me, I didn't eat much today, just as I was starting to make a proper meal, I was called in..Time to grub and read some diaries!!

Hope the storm misses you, V! Thanks for the advice. I started using weights about 15 years ago and have done them off and on since. Got proper instruction when I started out and have had professional instruction since then. Pretty happy with my routine now except for tweeking that one set.

I don't really like the ponies - I go to the track to socialize with the insurance carriers and my customers, when the carriers invite us to come. My mother was a big raceing fan, but she has sworn off it all together due to the way thoroughbreds are treated. Keeneland Race Track here is very nice - spotlessly clean and very "preppy". I go about 1-2 times a year. They have two meets each year - in April and in October.....

Good Morning I just completed a HIIT20 class and saving the scheduled Burn Circuit1 class for my evening class, and an Ab class as well...It is time to hi the showers and get my day started!! Hope you all have a wonderful day

Hey ladies!! Back from my day...I just completed my Burn Circuit 1 and added an Ab Burner10..Let me tell you, I sweated just as much in those 10 minutes as I would in say a HIIT30 or Fire60 class..It makes the Ab10 feel like a walk in the parkLOL I can't wait to try the other new ab classes, I am hoping in 20 weeks, I will have super pronounced cuts...

Time to get some fuel and check out how everyone's day went here!!

Pre workout- D4, 1 Monster Rehab

Post workout/ Breakfast- 1/2 scoop Soy Protein 1/2 scoop Casein, 1 banana

L- lean turkey patty, parmesan cheese, 1 slice Ezekiel 4-9, lettuce, tomato

Pre Pm workout-3 scoops jacked3d

D- lean pork roast, wild whole grain brown rice, 2 sweet potato cubes, romaine, cucumber, broccoli. red peppers, red onions,ff feta, sunflower kernels, red wine vin, Glass of Casillero Del Diablo

I'm actually hanging out with Skinny girl tomorrow night! I have met the boyfriend and he seems really cool!! We are making SO much wine... We bottled a chardonnay and a malbec from chili and a merlot from a wine kit... And... We just started 6 kinds from california... Red Zin, petite syrah, carbernet Savignion, voigner, chardonnay, and chenin blanc!!!! SO much wine!! It will be all our xmas gifts this year and next!!

Good Morning I stayed up far too late yelling at my TV like an insaniac (the Bears lost)  Needless to say I slept in and now it is time to get my workouts in and get the laundry done..Back at ya later! Have a good day

Back!! Well I completed my Ab Burner10 class and OH Boy!! This is going to be just the push I needed for getting the abs more defined!! I cant' wait to try the Extreme Ab and I've got Abs classes Okay so the Recharge20 class was a yoga class.. Well it took about 5 minutes to figure this out and I shut it off to wait til this evening.. I was craving some cardio so this evening I tried out the Fat blaster30 and it was sort of like a HIIT class but less intense..I did work up a nice respectable sweat so all was well.. I attempted the Recharge 20 again and to my surprise I actually liked it alot more than the stretch40 because it was not as intense a pace as the speed yoga...LOL I find it very confusing when Chalene is yelling push yourself and relax at the same time, almost like saying "crush it" and then saying "never mind take it easy"..LOL

Anyhoo I think I am going to like the program and as expected, i will be adding classes on the days that I feel like I can go harder, I can do more...

The muffins are my usual oat bran recipe with pumpkin, hazelnuts and a little cinnamon and nutmeg thrown in. Really good and super easy to make!

Good Morning Week 1 of  Chalene Extreme/Turbo Fire program...My first class of the program today you ask??? Stretch40(yoga)  LOL Saving this class for the evening and I think 3 days of no cardio is lame..I have to crush out a HIIT Class, woke this morning with lots of yaya's and getting more amped as we speak.. Time to kick off my day with a nice sweaty workout!!

Not much on the agenda today other than prepping food for the week and the usual GTL, I have to get the laundry done today, not sure if I am going out somewhere to watch the Bears play the Lions tonight

Hey girlies!! back! I crushed out a HIIT25 in the morning and I completed the Stretch 40 class this evening..I tried not to listen to some of my amp inducing music and I really did try to relax and I am feeling bendy an a little less hyped up so I am making progress( I think) LOL..

Tomorrow are 2 new classes(Ab Burner and Recharge) and I can't wait to try them out

Laundry was a big super fail today but it gave me a reason not to go out to watch the game tonight and rage out.. Dinner has been prepped, bagged and tagged so now it is time to get some fuel, read diaries and get ready for game time!! Go Bears!!

Pre workout-1 Celsius, 1 D4

B- 1/2 scoop Soy protein, 1/2 scoop Casein 1 banana

L- Grilled cheese and roma tomato made with 2 slices Ezekiel 4-9 , ff cheddar... 1 granny smith apple

Post PM workout- 1 glass of Cabernet Sav

D- lean pork roast, wild whole grain brown rice, romaine, cucumbers, red peppers, red onions, ff feta, sunflower kernels, red wine vin, lemon wedge, 1 glass of Cabernet Sav

1 gallon water, 1 scoop Casein(pre bedtime)

Progress as of today: 93 lbs lost so far, only -1 lbs to go!

I know what you mean about getting your mind quiet. I meditate every night for 15 minutes. I really should try yoga again. RE Lions - my son is a sports fanatic and I'm sure I'll hear about it on Facebook!

Well, that is a bit dissapointing, yoga, good grief, she obviously doesn't understand your level of ya ya ness!!!! However, it might help you get a good night's sleep to do the yoga at night. Lub you:)
