Good Morning Lovelies Just completed a HIIT20 and Core20..I was scheduled a Fire45 but I wanted to rev it up a bit more!! I added the core to prep for "project ab Mayhem" I think this is just what I needed to get my day started...HURRAH!

It is raining/thundering/lightning here something fierce, so this will be interesting to see how my day goes..I am sure my GM will have something for me to do, even if it is just to sit and listen to his rantings/notions...LOL

Well time to prep for my day, for those of you who are taking off for the weekend,have a safe holiday weekend, for the rest of you, I am sure we will chat later

Hey ladies!!! As expected i did go in and although it rained on and off and it was super slow, I still did pretty well for myself...Hate to post and run but I am trying to get to bed before 11 so I can get a nice sweaty workout before my fouble in the morning...I will catch up with you all then..

B- Cameo apple

L- Millet and Flax spinach and feta pie, broccoli slaw and chickpea salad

D- Baked flouder with crabmeat stuffing, green beans, bslaw

1 gallon water, 1 celsius, 1 monster absolute zero, Pinot grigio

I hope that rain comes our way... my garden needs watering everyday and I'm tired of it! My hydrangeas were all droopy yesterday, and luckily they perked up after I watered them....

Good morning Lovelies I just completed a Fire 55 class and later I will do today's target workout: BICEPS!! Yeah!! I can't wait to pump some Iron!! Off to prep for work, Lotsa love to ya

Hey Girlies!! I am back from my day!! Work was super slow and I suspect that people are saving up their dough a little longer since the 4th is on Monday...This is our last big hurrah til the end of summer so it will be interesting to see how the weather holds up this weekend..70% chance of rain tommorow and Sat.. So only time will tell...I completed a Burn Circuit 40 and killed the biceps by adding curls to failure...I am waiting for my appetite to arrive, i think the combination of the heat and super amped up workout that sometimes leave me a little nauseated, it takes a little while for it to kick in...

Well lovelies it is time to catch up with you all!!! I hope everyone's day went well

B- 1 peach, banana jumble

L- Turkey veggie loaf, 2oz wild rice

S- fries and boom sauce

Anyway, since i can post comments i decided to drop in and say hi and hope you have a nice weekend! The gym i joined is part of the Ihrsa program where you can workout at other gyms that are part of the program when you are out of town soooo even though we are going away for the 4th i am gonna get my butt in gear and continue to workout cuz the gym down there is apart of it too woop woop! NO EXCUSES! love ya and keep kicking butt!

Great workout and good looking menu. I love jerk sauce on chicken or pork. I rode my bike a long time fairly intense last night so I'm just gong to walk tonight - probably 2 miles bc going with the friend who does not like to sweat! Why bother? I keep thinking her inner exercise junkie will kick in but I don't know.......

Good Morning Ladies It is dark and rainy here, and although I wouldn't mind an extra day off I am not getting my hopes up..LOL  Fire30 is complete along with pullups( Excercise of the day is working on the back muscles) I am sure there will be more back work later as well as a lower body workout, so to be continued..Well I think I have stopped profusely sweating, so it is time to prep for my day, much love to you all

Hey Divas!! Yea V is back and slightly buzzed..LOL...I went out with my girl Val and had  a really good time but my food intake was low and the wine??? let's just say i got my fair share of fruit today...LOL

Although I am NOT trying to lose any more weight, I still want to keep the antics and shennanagins to a all time low unless it os a special occasion...

Good Morning Divas I got up an hour ago and I guess I needed the extra sleep, cause I went extra hard with the workouts yesterday...Man my arms are still cashed from the pushup challenge for our FB group...Oh and for those of you who are not in the FB group but still want to participate in the "exercise of the day" today it is all about the abs...20 of the best crunches you can do, and if your core is strong  crank out as many as you can to failure...

Well I must get my workout in...Fire30 is scheduled but I think I will save the Fire class til the PM and do a HIIT30 Class with a Core20 since I have LOTS of energy to deliver... Let's Do it!!

Hey Ladies, I completed all my classes as listed above, I also added the Ab10 since I still had a little bit more to get to failure with "the workout of today" ... Mission complete midway through the ab workout...Hurts so good!! Good Morning Divas Top of the morning to ya!! I completed my Fire55 class and some floor therapy with some push ups...

I am excited to use my weights again later to get it pumping even more!! Woohoo... Well not much else on the agenda today other than Laundry and prepping this week's meals and organizing the chaos in my bedroom...It doesn't matter how much I clean, clothes somehow mysteriously jump off the hangers and land on my floors... LOL

Time to get my day started, happy Monday!!

Hey ended my day with another Circuit Burn 36..Man my arms are a bit rubbery..LOL I am so happy to get more heavier weight traning in so I can bulk up the biceps and triceps!! Number3(my brother , birth order) sent me a box of supplements..I am thankful to have a coach in the fam, it saves on lots of money on that at least...Anyways I tried some C4 extreme pre workout and it is pretty good..I will have to send him a littlle something special...

Well girls I have to get some grub and catch up with all of you... Much love

Thanks for your comment! I know I should drop Hungry Tiger, but it's more complicated than that. In a town as small as this one, you can't help but have to spend time with people you'd rather not spend time with. She's friends with my bestie, so the line is slightly fuzzy right from the get-go. Unfortunately, I have to accept that i'll have some 'acquaintances' like Hungry Tiger coming into my life from time to time. And, yes, 'A' really isn't worth the drama. I fell into his trap but i'm outta it now and I won't let it happen again!

Good Morning Lovelies keeping my sunny disposition although it is raining like crazy on my day off!!

Well as expected I went into work late afternoon and although we had a few rounds of "rain drills" I still eked out a nice chunk of "cha ching"...It is times like this that although I must stop and give pause and thanks that I am fortunate enough to have the means and ways to work on and get to my ultimate goal..

I am off to shop for some weights...The "dial weight" that I REALLY want are super expensive(600 for top of the line) says Sweetpea who had alot of useful info on them so I am trying "Play it Again Sports" before checking out the bigger chains...

Insane right??? These are my new "dial weights" I really wanted the bowflex ones but I didn't think that i should drop that kinda cash especially since my annual Bday trip is in August..I still plan on getting the bowflex ones but I might have to do layaway payments so I won't go over my monthly spending budget...I am planning to purchase the Extreme Challenge now that I have proper weights..So after that I must refrain from unnecessary spending..

Well ladies, I must go eat...I made the mistake of leaving the house this morning without eating, as well as low intake the past few days because of work being so busy so I have to fuel the machine so I can get strong!!! HURRAH!! LOL

Good Morning Divas It is still raining here and lotsa storms brewing up in the gulf...Not even going to make alternate fun plans as to what to do with my day(Turbo, Pride Day Celebrations,Anything other than work) LOL OOps just thinking out loud again..Well I am off to prep for reality(work) and hope for the best!! Have a wonderful Saturday!!!!!

Why is it that my GM can NEVER give me a day off free and clear???? First he said that the outside bar will be closed all day because of the rains..Now he wants me to call him later this afternoon "just cause" so my alternative plans are in a holding pattern ...LOL  a heaping pile of BOLLOX!!

Sounds like being "on call" and maybe there's a possibility for some compensation for that on days you don't have a clear day all to yourself. You're dedicated and seems like you're always there when others fall short--you deserve a clear day off--yeah!!!

Good Morning Ladies I just completed a HIIT30 class and was supposed to do a Fire55 but i wanted to up the Cardio ante...For the past week or so I have been attempting to go to bed early and just lie there even if I can't sleep so the limbs will be rested at least..Anyways as I finally drifted off with the rains as my lullabye, a loud knock knock knocking on my door(1:30 amish)...OH boy what now???? I look out the window to see a squad car(it's the po po) I am thinking surely I couldn't get arrested for dreams could I??? LOL Anyways I opened the door for the officer, who stated that a 911 hangup call was made from my landline and he wanted to check to see if all was well...Apparently lightning stuck the phone line and killed the phone I am assuming it was the phone that called for help???? IDK?? As i wished him a safe morning, shut the door behind me as I laid back down adrenaline pumping, it dawned on me the only thing I was wearing was a teeny tank and undies Thank God I didn't go commando!! How embarassing!! LOL

On that note I am going to prep for work.. More rains are expected today but i have a feeling my GM will still request my presence(I am hoping NOT) LOL!!!

Just winding down from a long day...The rains held off til 9pm but is was super slow becasue it was extra hot , humid and sticky.. I am thankful I arrived home safely, it was raining sideways and most of the streets were flooded...

Hey Lovelies!!! Crushed another Fire30 and now it is off to work!! I am hoping the rains will hold off so I will get a decent shift in...The rains are inevitable, and since it is not expected to roll through til late afternoon, they want to give it a go...So I guess we will see...Have a wonderful day Divas!!!

Hey Girlies!! Well the meteoroligists were so wrong, in fact the sun is still ablaze at a balmy 92 and NO RAIN in sight!! LOL..Well I discovered just before i was going to do a  Tone 30 that there is also a bonus workout called "Circuit Burn" so I gave it a go!! Let me tell you if I only wish I had some weights(I had to use the resistance bands and kettlebells for a few of the sets)!! It was an awesome workout that targeted the core(abs) glutes and def got my guns pumped..Woohoo!!

I am off to check on dinner, Super Hungry!! Time to spend some time with my favorite girlies!!

Total number of employees that showed up for the Meeting this morning out of 60 FOH employees??? 5 Life is gonna suck for the ones(especially that are off) for those who have to attend the 11:30 PM meeting tonight!! LOl
