Good Morning ladies!!! My plan to rise early so I could master and Crush the Fire 55 class was a huge success!!! I set my alarm for 6am however I woke up an hour early which was even better because it allowed me a little more extra time to pump it up and destroy!!! Roar!!! With every workout, I  give it my all and the payoff is well worth it!! Wooohoo!! after my shift today I am goin to pump up the muscles with a Tone 30 !!!! My eye is on the prize ladies!!! The prize is Mastering this!!! I am so looking forward to starting the next chapter to Turbo in 4 weeks!!! Woohoo!!! Well I am going to harness this extra added energy and store a little for tonight! I am basking in the "afterburn" what a rush!!!

Update!!!! My GM just called to tell me that I could have the day off because since the weather is so nice no one wants to sit inside and since he KNOWS how much I love working indoors(NOT) and it is not technically a permanent shift, I had the first option to bow out!!! YES!! Starbucks patio HERE I COME!!!! YIPPPEEEEEEEEE!!!! LOL

Time for my 2nd workout!! I am ready!!!

Back from my Tone 30 and now my day is complete!!!! I had 2 good hours of sun and crosswords done at Starbucks and had the opportunity to get caught up with April's edition of Flex Mag, although it is a men's Muscle mag, it has lots of useful info and most of the writers have PHD's in fitness....What a nice unexpected day off!!! Time to get some rub and read some diaries!!! I hope everyone had a wonderful day

Pre workout 8oz h2o 3 scoops of jacked 1/2 gallon h2o during workout

B- Black bean patty 1/2 slice ff cheddar

L- Starbucks, 1 cameo apple, 1 sugarfree vegan rolled oats raspberry torte

Sounds like things are going very well in the LURVE department ;) You know I absolutely agree about the weight and especially that you could have more muscle weight. I also fluctuate a lot, but I am fitting into pre-pregnancy clothes now at a higher weight than previously. But I do regular workouts and weights now, and pre-pregnancy my only exercise was walking (granted I walked a ton, but still). Duh - my weight is going to be different too!

I hope you have fabulous high energy day, and send some of that energy our way ;)

I will have to do the pregnancy test, that's it. I'm very anxious. I just don't want to spend money on it again, I want to wait til the end of next week... To be honest, I always had these "binges" with sushi, but now as we're short on € we stay home and "pig in" instead of pigging out... :P

I had to laugh, if you think a kangaroo mouse is scary (they are really cute) you wouldn't even go out into out back garden. We have permenant residents that would kill you. A couple of funnel web spiders that have set up home near the back door and red back spiders (you call them black widows I think) are always underneath things that dont get moved for a few days. The kids always know to bang their shoes on the ground to shake any spiders out, we are just used to living with scary monsters!!!! The little girls just stay in one spot and call mom when they spot anything they know is dangerous. We bred um tough here!!!!! LOL

Hey Girls!!! I have so much shyte to do today it is not even funny....Time to play catchup...My buddies are hopefully on a plane back home and my time spent with my very own Leonardo was AWESOME!!!! I am hoping to complete all my chores in a few hours so I shall give ya the goods then...Stay tuned, it is MUY Caliente LOL

Finally!! Whew!! I ran around like a maniac today, but all is accomplished! There just are not enough hours in the day....To add to my delay was my Mom who was SUPER Chatty today LOL!!! I did a Fire 30 and Core 20 classes and my appetite is starting to come back...I haven't been eating much the past few days spent on a "liquid calorie diet" The bright side of this I am not in the least bit interested in boozing it up til vacay because I had my fair share and then some! LOl

Today I decided to weigh myself and I was not surprised to see a 4 lb gain with all the shenanagins I have got into...I do not plan to lower my calories or intake because I am certain that this is a result of not just the vino, but I am suspecting the muscles might factor into this as well...Shedding the extra weight from my original goal of 140 has allowed me a little room for experimenting with seeing what my body wants to weigh and with all of the super charged workouts I am doing, whatever the number says after completion of Turbo Prep 3 weeks from now says, I will be satisfied whith the outcome!!! I feel alive and the healthiest I have EVER felt in my life and I am very happy with my results so far...My size 5 jeans have a little more room in the waist so that is also a good sign Although I will keep a watchful eye, I refuse to obsess about the numbers...I have my girls Sweetpea Umpqua and Loveray to thank for this!!!! You lovelies Rock out loud!!!! Woohoo!!

Okay now for the goods on Dustin....He is 29, has his own company, licensed contractor who kinda does it all, he has a car and all his teeth(very important) LOl  never married, no children and he appears to be a hard working man!!! He is also a huge fan of Jager!!! LOL He jumped right in there with my Chicago crew and he didn't seem to mind me getting a little touchy feely with my girls(it sometimes happens when I am buzzing) LOl

He ended up coming back to my place again for the after party( night before too) I am so glad that I had my crew there because I was thinking nothing but Wicked thoughts!! LOl 

We have the same taste in music, movies( he is a huge TCM buff btw) I think this is the beginning of a great friendship, maybe more....This morning as the Crew headed back to their hotel to grab their bags before their flight I drew a huge sigh of relief and Dustin says "We would be in for it if they actually lived here, Thank God they don't" amen brother!  Kinda cute he is already saying we looks like I have another victim of the "V sting" LOL haha!!

I am going to get a move on and attempt going to bed early so I can do my Fire55 class completed in the AM so I can crush a dual tone30 sculpt 30 I gotta get ready for that Gun show(coming your way in 3 weeks)

Hey girlies!! Just a line or two to let you lovelies know that V is still alive and stilll loudly kicking and screaming LOL!!! With my friend's visit a few monkey wrenches were thrown in my very strict regime and plan, but this is one of many challenges that I will face but i will rise to it and try my best not to overdo it!!! The food is still on point but it is hard NOT to obsess about the empty calories that my libations have..

I am saving and pumping up the energy for a fire class of my choice today, I am starving for some cardio so it might be my favorite fire class 30 because the music is great, I can do the routine in my sleep as well as my shower(yep I practice it while getting clean too, LOL) I want to CRUSH it today and this might sound a bit selfish to say but I am missing my normal rituals (thank God  my friends are leaving in the morning)

Oh in other news V met herself another fine gent by the name of Dustin last night, as I hung with my Chicago pals...He looks like Leonardo Di Caprio!!!! I know some of you girls here know I am a bit obsessed with him( and Justin Timberlake and Megan Fox ) LOL Anyways I am trying not to go too gaga because of the short shelf life of my guys but he is sooooo cute and scrawny and muscular just the way I like them, being an Alpha Female it is always important to date someone that if push came to shove you could "take them on" if you had to..LOL I know sick right and where do I come up with this shyte anyways??? LOl  He is coming with to hang with me and my Chicago crew today so Yes Moogy, Loveray, Runfor fun I will give ya all the sordid details of how it went( I am hoping REALLY well) LUB YA

Good Morning lovelies!! Sorry To post and run again but I have a Really good excuse......My dog ate my homework.....Oh Wait wrong excuse!! LOl.....So as I was working yesterday, I was at the computer ringing in an order and someone(assumingly a coworker) stood behind me, slipped their hands over my eyes and made me play the "guess who " game....I did the usual response...Is it you Santa Claus??? LOL

Nope it wasn't St. Nick, it was my friend Ashley from Chicago who failed to mention that she was coming to town to attend a wedding so the suprise truly was on ME  .... She was accompanied by quite a few more people from Chi-Town whom I didn't know but long story short I ended up going out with them and of course had a few glasses of wine(3 pinot grigio)...I woke up super late but it is my scheduled day off from Turbo Fire so all is well!!!!! I promised to take them out to a really good Cuban Restaurant tomorrow, but for now it is off for my last double and I am secretly hoping that the Chicago crew is passed out by the time I get off work this evening, i just can't hang like that anymore!!! These people are professional partiers BTW...Well I will update all on Sunday! Love you girls!! TTYL

Hey girlies!!! I just completed my Fire55 class...It was a lot longer and alot of new moves to learn....I only wish I was off so I can study the moves a bit more so I can master them with the quickness!!  This one was a true test of my level of fitness and I hung in there along with Alee( My go to girl) I always try to emulate her cause I like the way she moves and her swagger, this broad can dance better than Chalene(but shhh. don't tell her I said that, LOL)

Once again I was faced with laying in my comfy cozy bed and hitting that snooze button repeatedly but I am so happy I draged my ass out of bed because now I am ready to start my day and I am soooo PUMPED!!! Wooohooo!!

Well girlies it is off for my double, for those of you who are taking the weekend off talk to you Monday, and the rest of you lovelies I shall update when I arrive home in the wee hours of the morning....Much love to you

That stuffed cabbage sounds familiar, my grandma used to cook that. In a high-pressure pan, with cooked meat+rice mix inside. I never liked it too much, because of the meat (pork) and the rice... Have a great night!!!! As for ur qs: Per day I take in around 11-1300 calories. I dont know how much i SHOULD be eating, but I burn around 500 calories a day. I dont know if Im eating not enough or too much. I try to stick with what i write down but I know smetimes I cheat a little bit, but mostly Im good. Maybe I just need to kick it up a notch for cardio? I do about an hour a day...HM lol. Weightloss has always been slow for me though. Id just wish it didnt take 3 weeks to lose 1 lbs......but a loss is a loss right?

Good Morning Divas! Not much time today I started reading a bit of my Oxygen Women's fitness Mag and lost track of time...This magazine is chocked full of pointers for workouts of all kinds...I think the reason why I like this mag as well as FitnessRX is the covergirls are all very muscular and toned...Nothing wrong with the fluff mags that are geared towards health but if you want results and want to see what the powerhouses are eating and their favorite workouts are, this mag is for you...April's cover girl is Trish Stratus(Body builder, pro wrestler) who wrote an article about how yoga has changed her life and body...I am hoping to pick up some helpful hints and defeat this mental block I have when it comes to tackling the Stretch40(yoga)...The next scheduled class is Sunday and I want to psych myself out to do this!!! I must get that other image out my head( I will spare you guys who don't know about my mental image when I do this class, but trust me it is NOT PRETTY)LOL!!!!! Well girls gotta go while time is still in my favor, catch ya after my shift

I am back and supercharged from the goodness the day bestowed on me...I had an envelope waiting for me at work, inside it contained a note and a $50 Amex gift card from a customer saying that she recieved her bank statement and was horrified that her hubby didn't tip enough and it must have been the potent Rumrunners that had him a bit dazed and confused, LOL Anyways she thanked me for a really good time they had while vacationing here in sunny Florida That was really nice of them!!!

I just completed my Fire 30 and Core 20 class(I crushed it!) so it is off for some grub, and read some diaries...I must get to bed early tonight because I have a Fire 55 to do before my double tomorrow!! I hope toy all had a wonderful evening!!!

Venus Williams does look like a body builder, (such as her sister) and Venus is 6'1'' tall and weighs 160 pounds!! OMG... I'm 20 lbs far from 160, but I'm smaller than she is. And I won't ever have those muscles!!! I'm not a full-time tennis player gaining millions of bucks. Unfortunately. LOL.

I totally understand your mental block regarding yoga. I have a hard time appreciating it since I often picture it as being "easy". But, I know from others who've done it that my stereotyping of it is completely wrong. What I need to do is take a few sessions with loveray. I know she would change my views on yoga for the better! :)

Those magazines sound great! I want to be a buff, but very feminine woman. I want to keep my curves (hubby loves them as well as I), but it would be nice to shrink down a few inches everywhere while firming up my chest, back, abs, arms and legs. Im currently a 40DD (was a 36D before Ethan came along!) and would love to be a perfect 36 C like I was in highschool. I wonder if this is naturally attainable at my age?? Also, do you think its possible that they can be lifted naturally with chest and back exercises? I feel droopy but really dont want to go under the knife to fix them, lol.

I swear by yoga. When I first got into it I lost 20lbs. without trying! No counting calories or even thinking about food choices. And I firmed up so much!

I've been away from it several times and do miss it. The best way to get started is not to think about it at all. Just go, get involved and you'll be fine. Keep in mind that each time you will do better than the last.

Hey Lovelies!!! I just completed my HIIT15 and Sculpt 30 and I had a bit more energy to Crush a Tone30 so I went for mine!!LOL ....I am totally gearing up for when I graduate from Turbo Prep and since I have a bit of a head start to building muscle, I must keep it challenging!

It was awesome to be back in the comforts of the outside bar and it is really hard not to be stoked with such an amazing view of the gulf, the beach and oh yes all of the tan buffed shirtless hotties too!! LOl

I have dinner warming so now it is off to read some diaries, I hope everyone had a happy healthy day

B- Starbucks, 1 pear, 1 banana jumble

L- lean turkey patty, 1/2 slc ff cheddar,mango salsa, 4 corn cheddar fritters

D- lean boneless country ribs, romaine, broccoli,greenbeans, cucumbers, red onions, orange peppers, ff feta sunflower kernels, red wine vin, lemon wedge

1 gallon water, 1 celsius, 3 scoops Jacked in 8oz H2O

Progress as of today: 92.9 lbs lost so far, only -0.9 lbs to go!

Yea, I have been getting out of work a bit earlier... I am a little slow right now. Which is nice for now, but it will stress me out if it lasts too long, I have to admit! I don't like working overtime, but I am the type who enjoys the challenge of a tight deadline. :)But man, oh man, it's a nice break. :)

We do a lot of squats.. I haven't fallen on my tush or anything. I looked on google and their are a lot of people with the same symptoms as me.. some say its because when you lose weight your tail bone isn't used to not having that layer of fat so its more sensative.. and then theres some that say it might be a cyst or something

Well, they had a 'hot' date during the week and seem to be getting along well. Parenting very co-operatively and he has taken himself of to see the family physciatrist (I know, not many families have one of those!!!) all by himself to have a chat and get himself on some anit depressant for a bit. He felt that he was stuck (they are so slow! - he has been depressed for months due to work pressure from his old job) and not getting anywhere. So hopefully he will get his head space sorted out so that he can get clear. Donna says that he puts 4/10 on the relationship and 10/10 into getting her into bed. She's still got it!!!!

Awe, Thanks for the very kind comment V! So appreciated :) Workouts are SO important... I am a VERY busy, working (2 jobs), single mommy to 2 school-aged children...My life is SO crazy busy and if I started making excuses to not work out due to the time or being tired I would never workout... I just have to make it a priority and make sure I go at least 5 times per week.... No Ifs, ands, or buts :)

Thanks for letting me know you are not in a hurry... I still want to get it to you asap and will be working on getting to the post office this week, LOL!

Good Morning Divas!! Still rocking the shades although there is a nasty storm brewing in the gulf.Most of the really bad stuff is a little north of here but hurricane force winds are expected to be somewhere in the range of 45 mph...Perfect day for staying in however I must work downstairs today....It's okay, I plan sock away the extra dough every Tuesday for my trip....

I am hoping that it will be busy, I am sure it will be with the tourists seeking shelter/something to do on a rainy day...I am hoping this shift will be quick so I can get my Turbo on!! It is a Fire45 class and I am thinking of adding a sculpt or tone for maximum ampage!! I am starting to notice the changes occuring especially with the rectus abdominus, there is indeed two vertical lines that seemed to have arrived overnight!!! Wooohoo!! I am gonna lose it once my six pack is more defined!! LOL

Hey girls another Stellar day down in the books even if my laundry was a Super Fail today since I didn't leave the house today!! I had a few overnight guest who didn't want the party to end and of course the jager shenannagis were at an alltime high but I didn't have a drop cause i was already pleasantly buzzed!!! LOl

I sis accomplish cleaning up a bit and making the meals for the week...I also had my weekly phone date with Mom and she has a knack for sensing when something is up, but I am hoping it is my paranoia getteng the better of me! LOl

Workout was sensational it was a Fire 30 followed by a Core 20 and I Crushed it!! Woohoo!!! I am hoping to get to bed early tonight but first it is off to play catchup with all of you lovelies!!

Awesome news on your surprise trip home! I'm flying home on Mother's Day and then my birthday is the day after, so it will be a double celebration that Monday just like every year. I can't complain though, since I'll be celebrating the entire weekend before, plus I get to spend Mother's Day with my Mommy this year too :)

The first magazine I read was FitnessRx! It is very helpful! I just might read it again just so I completely understand everything. I'm beginning to learn that fueling the body is like a science! I can't wait to learn more about it but for right now I only know the basics. Thanks so much for helping me and caring! I'm thinking about getting the whey protein shakes that they advertise in it. That way I can take it to school and I've got protein on the go! :) My friend and I might buy one and then split it just incase if we don't like it then we didn't waste our money. . . I might not post my foods today because it's kind of disapointing to me because it's the same as I usually eat only a little more in quantity. (Mostly carbs) But I only had one bowl of cereal!

Hi Hi, my lovely, I have missed you so much!! I was out shopping and actually saw an African woman, dark chocolate (my favourite king) in colour and as I have mentioned before. We just don't see African people here so it was a lovely suprise, she actually was from Africa, I could tell by her accent. My daught was buying chicken and I was sitting (still a bit dizzy) all the caucasians where up one end buying whole chickens, breast etc and she was down the other end buying chicken feet, necks and livers and I thought to myself 'I wonder what she is going to make with those and how much I would love to go for dinner' of course, I immediately thought of you and I have missed you so much. I hear my daughter hacked into my account to let you know how I was doing, she hears about your shenannigans all the time and knows how much I love you. It's all good!! So good to be back:)

thanks sweetie!! the place i loved by the river is still on the market, but i hate the idea of spending 50K more on something thats brand new versus all of the short sales and foreclosed homes out there at this time. its kind of like knowing that the same prada bag i want in the store will be on sale at loehmanns or marshalls in a few months - im one of the money savers...ill meditate some more on it and see if this is truly my path. could be a fun time to learn about home ownership. also just scares me knowing of items that have to be fixed and payed for etc...but its all good! love you.

Good Morning Ladies!!! Happy Sunday to you all!!! Wow what a busy week and I an a bit relieved it is over!! Whew!! I am looking forward to some down time after I get my grocery shopping out the way....I had a few drinks last night with a few of my admiring fans from Indiana who made it "rain" on me all weekend..

Their generosity alone paid for my surprise trip home(Chicago) for Mother's Day!! I am booking the trip when I return and I think instead of a short trip for a couple of days, I am going for the entire week!

The crew is already calling to see if I am meeting them out for "beach day" and after last week's fiasco I am firmly declining!! My plan of attack is to lay low so I can super charge for my Turbo class (Fire 45) and have dinner later at Logan's bar....

Monday it is back to a tighter rein on my booze consumption til my mini vacation! I had a nice little break from my strict policies but if I want to attain a body of an athlete I have to be sensible Well ladies it is off to start my day!!! Wooohoo! Have a good one

Just completed my Fire 45 and it feels great!!! I gave it my all and have NO regrets!!! Tomorrow I am gonna push it even harder!! Woohoo!! I kept the foods light today and got some well deseved R and R!! I purchased my ticket home so now my goal is to keep my little secret from Mom, Nana  and Dad( he is horrible at keeping secrets)

I am headed off to shower and go for a nice meal, and this will be the last splurge so I can stow away lots of money for my trip
