Breakfast : toast Lunch : shake Dinner : rice and broccoli

Hi everyone, haven't had time to post. Work has been crazy. Have been reading others posts to make sure all is well with everybody. weight is up a pound. Think it is because when I don't post not as careful on food choices. I don't want to see scale going in wrong direction. So will try and get back to posting regularly! Need you guys more than I realized.

Progress as of today: 12 lbs lost so far, only 91 lbs to go!

No more company so no more excuses! Started back exercises today, only lasted 10 minutes but it's a start. Should not have eaten hamburger! Hope all is well? Enjoy the week!!

Looks like a nice menu. Hey, 10 minutes exercise is very good. It all adds up and helps. Baby steps mean a LOT.

Finally slept in my own bed last night. Maybe things will start getting back to normal. For the first time this month it was a boring day a wonderful boring day!! Have a great night, and talk to you tomorrow!

Breakfast : protien shake Lunch : strawberry & sour cream dip Dinner : pasta & veggies

Hi, hope all is well? Have not been best month company again for another week, not been in my own bed for weeks, so not Sleeping well, not eating well, not in best mood. Company left today, so started back on diet so hoping mood will improve. On the positive side weight didn't go up in fact down pound this morning. Should be happy, maybe in morning after I have slept. Enjoy rest of day everyone!

Good morning everyone!!! It's been so Much better later, well on the mend. Only the internet has been out for almost a week and I have had a house full of company but still stayed on my diet pretty good, except for when cousin bought big bag of M&M's! mmm M&M's! I am only human! Been missing everybody! Is everybody doing ok?

Good job staying on your diet with company around. M&Ms can be deadly...I know, I had some just yesterday. Fortunately, they are all gone and can't tempt me any more.

Hi everyone, have not been able to do Much of anything lately, first told had bladder infection, then come to find out reason for infection, and reason my back has been giving me so much pain is kidney stones! So just getting back to work and back to diet and in few days back to exercise! Hope everyone else is in good health? I look forward to reading everybody's posts.Have a good Thursday!

Breakfast : protein shake Lunch : fish grilled & yogurt Dinner : beans

Wanted to exercise today, thought I'd get this week off to good start . First thing this morning put in load of laundry and twisted my back. I have had to use hot/cold all day barely able to walk so much for exercise! Made it thru work today but moved real slow. I am taking my heating pad and going to bed, goodnight all.

Progress as of today: 6 lbs lost so far, only 97 lbs to go!

Everyone how is you're weekend going? I have not been myself the last week, not sure what's going on? My food choices have been ok for the most part and my weight is still going down But just not feeling good and not on a good exercise routine. So this week I want to really work on my exercise!!

My mom says it is winter funk. I don't know, I just feel like hibernating sometimes. Keep walking though it will make you feel good!

Very busy day but did much better on food choices I did not sleep last night so all day kept fighting sleep. Hope every thing is going great will talk to everyone tomorrow when I make more sense.
