Once in awhile "nothing" is ok. Don't get too down about it :)

I can never thank you enough for the Sarno books. I may start reading one at lunch since I can't walk right now. We'll see. Maybe even just a couple pages during lunch (since I gotta eat). It would be good to read about more positive ways of self healing :)

I don't know what happened to the font size on many previous entries. They looked fine to me in fact they looked like this one does. This may look too small, but to me it looks just right. If the large size looked awful on your screen, I apologize. I looked at them on my tablet and they looked "normal" on that too.

Sleep:
Tues: 7 hrs
Wed: 7.5 hrs
Thur: 7.5 hrs

Oaks, elms and live oaks. I just mulch the leaves with the mower as I mow--I don't overthink it too much:-)

It's not my favorite thing anymore. Never really was, but I really don't like it now--to put it mildly.

No weigh-in this week.

I had three days last week--2 out of 3 meals each day--that I ate according to an optimal plant-based plan (meaning to me no added oil, salt or sugar).

I still didn't get any ice cream. I don't keep it in the house and so I've just been wanting a small sundae. I may get it this evening.

I watched an interesting TEDtalk with Charles Duhigg (author of The Power of Habit). It's only about 17 min as I recall.

Sleep: 8.5 hrs

Water: 32 oz

Mon: Airdyne 36 min; Shoulder presses 12 reps x 3 sets; JIP 150 steps (300 if you count both legs--haha); Calf raises 20 reps x 3 sets (Shoulder and Calf ex using 5.5 dumbbells)
Tues: Short Walk

Nope--no weigh-in Tuesday. Of no consequence for the diary. I'm eating like a crazy person. I needed to put weight on a couple of months ago, but now that's not necessary. I'm hoping to keep being as active as possible and pull myself out of the frying pan, so to speak:-)

For me, exercise is so key to my well-being. Food should come first, but I'm just not made that way. I did have two full days of Esselstyn-type eating last week, so it's not that I can't do it. I just have to try very hard to leave emotions out of it. I felt really good--duh:-)

Sleep: 
Mon: 7 hrs
Tues: 6.5

Water: 40ish oz both days
