well, I'm in my jouney of losing weight. So, I saw to start it up, by putting some goals.
One to make a salad each day or two.
To make snacks
To eat only in a smaller plate. as small as possible
To exercise starting for 10-15 minute
I started Yoga, for a while; well I started doing two streches to add them to four or three moves.
That's about it. Take care all.
Progress as of today: -0.6 lbs lost so far, only 37.6 lbs to go!
