 From tomorrow on I want to experiment with a new concept: meal repetition! I'll eat (relatively) the same thing every day, so that it takes out the guess work and will power!

Here's the game plan for tomorrow:

Breakfast: green smoothie of some kind. Prolly will include spinach, oats and coconut oil. Let's see how that tastes 

Lunch: salad with chicken+tofu+cheese. Already in fridge, ready to be consumed!!! Will drizzle olive oil on.

Dinner: any kind of soup in the cafeteria.

Let's do this!!!!!!!! 


Progress as of today: 0 lbs lost so far, only 29 lbs to go!

Hi College! So nice to have you here. Feel free to ask me anything or write any comments you want on my entries, I've been a member for literally years. I keep forgetting how many years but...around 10 I've been here. I love this site.

Your Green smoothie sounds wonderful. Can you afford to buy protein powder? I'd but a scoop in the smoothie if I were you. It's sounds so tasty, but missing some protein which may make you more satisfied longer after having it.

Your lunch salad sounds great! Are there veggies in it? Tasty.

And with your dinner, great idea to have soup. Always filling and lower calories as long as it's not a cream soup. Try to have some protein with the soup - maybe some chicken? You can even have from the salad bar chicken on a salad and soup! and it's still low calories.
