Yesterday was better.

B - Slimfast

L - can of soup

D - 2 small homemade individual pizzas

Water intake was ok.  Went to the gym - 15 minutes elliptical lvl 3, 30 minutes stationary bike.  The exercise was weird last night.  Usually the elliptical kills me and the bike I could do forever.  It was the exact opposite - I felt much better on the elliptical, but the bike was a pain in the butt.

Girls and wife went back to school / work yesterday so it was much easier to watch what I ate. 

I so look forward to meals, but with the smaller portions it's a little depressing how quickly I'm finished with them.  Smaller portions means that a meal lasts about 5 minutes now.

Progress as of today: 43.2 lbs lost so far, only 51.4 lbs to go!

Dr. Oz says we need to chew or food-each bite- longer. About 15 chews more.

Lots more filler needs to go on that plate, then. Salad, raw veggies, anything that is low in calories and can fill you up. My aunt, who is in Weight Watchers, fills her plate with salad and whatever veggies she can fit on there first and foremost before eating anything else.

Of course, easier said than done. Sorry if I sounded harsh there. I certainly don't follow in my aunt's footsteps all the time, so I hope you don't think I was preaching...

I know how you feel with the portions, it really sucks specially if you enjoy food like I do.Like they say: it is not easy but it will eventually be worth it!!!!(I hope...) :)

Yesterday was alright, until a late night blip.

B - Slimfast

L - hotdog w/bun, banana

D - chicken wings, pasta salad, piece of cheese

S - popcorn, peanut butter sandwich 

Water intake a little low.  Took the family skating.  

I was craving popcorn, so had it for a late night snack.  Then I wanted more.....  Searched the kitchen for the kid's Easter candy, but thankfully didn't find any.  Ended up eating a piece of bread with peanut butter on it and going to the bedroom to escape the temptations of the kitchen.

Progress as of today: 43.2 lbs lost so far, only 51.4 lbs to go!

I hate when I get the munchies, like that. I find it usually because I am bored or haven't eaten enough during the day. Good job escaping the kitchen!

Yesterday was full of food as expected, but I didn't do too bad.

B - Slimfast

L - ham, pineapple, mashed potatoes, stovetop stuffing, salad, 2 rolls, and half a glass of sparkling apple juice

D - egg salad sandwich, devlied egg, hard-boiled egg, and 2 rolls with ham in them

S - 1 jelly bean and 1 Cadbury's cream egg (I love the cream eggs!)

Water intake low as is usual on the weekends.

Progress as of today: 43.2 lbs lost so far, only 51.4 lbs to go!

Not control, it just wasn't good. My mom bought me tobasco flavored jelly beans in a tabasco shaped bottle. I felt obligated to try one. It didn't taste very good, so I had no desire to eat any more of them. (sent them home with my sister)

Yesterday went alright.

B - Slimfast

L - 4 carnitas (mini pork tacos), rice, chips/salsa

S - cheese stick

D - cheese fries

S - yogurt

The last week of the month is full of meetings and other stuff, which includes going out to eat.  Lunch was mexican and I forgot that we had a board pre-meeting meeting at a mexican restaurant at dinner time.  I didn't feel like mexican again, so I ordered cheese fries which I've been kind of craving.  Went to the gym after the meeting and did 15 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes stationary bike.  Came home and wanted a nice juicy piece of fruit, but all I saw was un-ripe plums.  Ended up having a yogurt.  Water intake was alright. 

Progress as of today: 40.8 lbs lost so far, only 53.8 lbs to go!

L - grilled ham & cheese melt

D - cheeseburger, breaded okra, pasta salad

S - meal replacement bar

Water intake was alright.  Yesterday I was feeling a little "snacky" and indulged a couple of times.

The kids and wife are off for the next week for spring break.  I wanted to get out of town for a few days, but unfortunately other schedules weren't cooperating.

Non-diet: the Miata work has slowed some due to issues with non-fitting connections.  I'm waiting on a part or two to be shipped.  There is some wiring that needs to be done and hopefully I'll get motivated enough to get it taken care of today.   

Progress as of today: 40.8 lbs lost so far, only 53.8 lbs to go!

First race is 3-1/2 weeks away - If my exhaust part comes in tomorrow I might be able to get the car running by Easter. I'm installing a new aftermarket programmable ECU (car's brain) so I want to get it running before proceeding with the supercharger install. Ideally I should be able to install the supercharger by the end of next week which would give me 2 weeks to tune and troubleshoot.

you have a miata? Beautiful car! My dad works on cars too...when he has time. I know a thing or two since my dad wanted his daughters to learn "non-traditional girly stuff" to up our "awesome levels". Have a good one!

Yesterday went alright.

B - Slimfast

L - can of soup and 1/2 cheese sandwich

D - piece of leftover pizza, lemon yogurt

S - small piece of banana bread

Water intake was a little low (usual for weekends).  No gym last night.  I was worn out from working on the Miata - removed some extra weight (cruise control system, egr system), replaced fuel injectors with larger ones, reinstalled transmission.

I'm glad to see the 220's again, it gives me a renewed hope.

Progress as of today: 40.8 lbs lost so far, only 53.8 lbs to go!

Usually enter my day's info in the morning, but kind of bored, so thought I'd enter my Saturday info before going to bed.

Today went alright.

B - Slimfast

L - mac-n-cheese and a couple crescent rolls

D - meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans

Water intake was a little low which is usual for the weekends when I'm not sitting in front of the computer as much.  Went to the gym tonight: 15 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes stationary bike, 35 minutes treadmill (walking).  The treadmill wasn't planned, but I was watching something on tv and decided I wanted to keep watching it so just walked on the treadmill until it was over.

Non-diet: Work on the Miata went a lot better today. Installed front coilovers, front swaybar, and new control arm bushings (front).  Hoping to put the transmission back in tomorrow night.  First race is 28 days away and I'm starting to get a little nervous about getting everything completed in time.

Progress as of today: 38 lbs lost so far, only 56.6 lbs to go!
