I didn't weigh myself today. No pop, no snacks, nothing after 7pm. Cereal for breakfast. Soup and salad bar for lunch - plenty of fatty stuff. Supper was fried shrimp, ravioli, spaghetti, side salad with blue cheese dressing, breadsticks, baked potato, and ice tea. Approximately 85 ounces of water today. I just can't seem to get my goal of 100 ounces / day completed.

I didn't weigh myself today. No pop, nothing after 7pm. I did have half a donut this morning after breakfast. I didn't even think about it until I was halfway through it. No real headaches today.

Cereal for breakfast. Golden Corral for lunch - salad with a lot of fatty stuff, corned beef hash, macaroni & cheese, bacon, sausage, and some dessert. Supper was a chicken & corn soup and french fries. Working on finishing 80 ounces of water right now. I'll have 1 more bottle of water afterwards for a total of 100 ounces.

I almost screwed up in a major way today. I was invited to a football party for this evening. I knew if I was going I'd be eating anything and everything. I decided that if I was going to do that, I might as well go ahead and make the whole day a cheat day and go get some Mtn Dew as well. Fortunately for my diet plans, I was too lazy to go out tonight, so I was saved by my laziness. It was also helped by the fact that it's currently -15 degrees outside right now, and I just didn't feel like going outside at all.

I didn't weigh myself today. No pop, no snacks, nothing after 7pm. About 85-90 ounces of water today. Cereal for breakfast. A big "orchard salad" with lots of fatty dressing. Dinner was left overs from last night, sausage, sauerkraut, and potatoes. Milder headache today, probably from lack of caffeine.

I didn't weigh myself today. No pop and a big headache that I'm guessing is the result of no caffeine for a couple of days. No snacks and nothing after 7pm. A gyro, cheese fries, and a piece of baklava for lunch. Dinner was a HUGE helping of smoked sausage, sauerkraut, and fried potatoes.

After I finish my current bottle of water, I'll have had 96 ounces of water, along with a couple small glasses of milk today.

I almost ordered a hot pretzel at the mall this afternoon, but changed my mind while I was standing in front of the pretzel place.

241 / 250.8 / 200 No pop and nothing after 7pm. Had cereal for breakfast. For lunch I had steak, shrimp, and potato skins. BBQ ribs, mashed potatoes, and green bean casserole for dinner. I had 80+ ounces of water in addition to an iced tea.

The only real screw-up of the day was 2 pieces of chocolate at dinner time. I didn't even think about it until I had already eaten them.

All in all, not a bad 1st day back on the diet.

No pop, no snacks, nothing after 7pm (technically 2 cherries). Had a granola bar for breakfast. For lunch I had a huge restaurant salad with lots of fatty toppings and french fries. Nothing for dinner. I haven't been able to get back on the water thing lately, although I've been drinking a few glasses of Crystal Light throughout the day. This is the 4th day in a row that I've stuck to my diet plan, except for 2 cherries each night after 7pm. Don't ask me why the 2 cherries, they just looked tasty a couple of nights in a row when I was getting something to drink.

I'm now 8.4 lbs away from my low. It'll be nice to see my weight dip into the 190's again. When I got down into the 190's a couple of months ago, I didn't ever plan to return to the 200's again, but went overboard with celebrating (food) and jumped up quite a bit. I guess I was just hoping that things had changed in my little world and that losing weight was easy and gaining it was tough. Oh well, reality check.
