No pop, no snacks, nothing after 7pm. Breakfast was an omlette with smoked sausage, cheddar cheese, and a piece of white toast with butter. Lunch / dinner was at 3pm and consisted of a 6" sub sandwich, cup of potato w/bacon soup, and a Diet Pepsi. I had plenty of water today.

No pop, no sweets, nothing after 7pm. Not enough water today. Slimfast for breakfast. Went to Wendys for lunch - single hamburger, fries, Diet Coke. Granola bar for dinner.

No pop, no snacks, nothing after 7pm. Breakfast was a "health bar". Lunch was late afternoon at Golden Corral buffet, and I ate a lot. Wasn't hungry at dinner time, so didn't eat anything. Drank about 100 oz. of water today.

No pop, no snacks, nothing after 7pm. "Health" bar for breakfast. Very large hamburger with mushrooms, swiss, all the other fixings, and a salad with blue cheese dressing. Chewy granola bar for dinner. I finally drank enough water today.

No pop, no snacks, nothing after 7pm. Up until 5am with the baby, slept until 11 am, so I didn't eat breakfast. Lunch was chicken strips with gravy and french fries. Nothing for dinner. Not enough water again.

Business has been slow. Not good from a financial point, but good considering the odd schedule that the new baby is causing me to function with. Tried to organize the office a little tonight. It's amazing how messy things can get over a few weeks. Little by litte it just piles up. Kind of like weight, little by little it just piles on until one day you look in the mirror and you're heavier than you ever thought you'd be. Unfortunately unlike a messy office, weight takes more than a day or two to "clean up".

Yesterday - Slimfast for breakfast, sloppy joes for lunch, Healthy Choice frozen Blackened Chicken for dinner. Not enough water. Went to the movies after 7pm, ate a small bag of buttered popcorn with a diet pop.

Today - No pop, no snacks, nothing after 7pm. "Health" bar for breakfast. Buffet for late lunch. Nothing for dinner. 2nd day in a row with not enough water.
