Our bikes arrived today just after noon, so we haven't ridden them yet. Needed to go grocery shopping and also stopped for lunch. We'll try them out tomorrow. So far no rain today and hoping the same tomorrow.
Gym: Much cooler now although never cool enough for me. I think the AC is being set lower.
3 x 12 upper body with dumbbells - 11 routines
3 x 10 lunges, side lunges, squats, calf lifts
15 mins elliptical intervals
10 mins bike
3 x 10 abs, bridge, planks, pushups, triceps dips
3 x 10 w/ankle weights for glutes and thighs
B: toast w/pbj, soy yogurt, black tea
L: 6 prawns in a tamarind sauce, lemon iced tea
D: haven't had it yet but think I'll get a sweet green curry with veggies, no meat, 1 beer
S: 1 (12 oz) bottle vodka and melon
Progress as of today: 25.8 lbs lost so far, only 6.2 lbs to go!
Monday - scale going down! My plans were to have 2 treats a week but I think I'll delay that until I'm at least under 140.

Gym day: it is still far too hot as the AC is turned up too high. So today I bought a fan small enough to fit in my backpack and I can plug it in right in front of where the dumbbell rack is. At least the air will be moving. Hate cutting workouts short because I'm too hot. 3 x 12 of 11 routines for upper body using dumbbells 3 x 10 lunges, side lunges, squats, calf lifts using dumbbells 15 mins intervals on elliptical Back at the house: (with the AC on and a fan blowing right on me!) 3 x 10 abs, bridge, planks, push ups, triceps dips 3 x 10 ankle weights - glutes, thighs
Menu: B: toast w/pbj, soy yogurt, tea S: Americano with the wee biscuits they give you at the coffee shop, finishing with a small glass of hot green tea they give you to 'cleanse the palate' L: scrambled eggs, toast, grapes, iced green tea D: green curry w/tofu - I didn't ask for rice and neither did hubby, but the waitress thought Iforgot to ask, so I took the rice she brought and had about 1/2, with 2 beers since it's a workout day
