(Healthy Eating and Exercise)
Weight: 155.6

My total calories for yesterday (Tuesday 2/13)was 1635. I had a big lunch. Ate my own food at first and then others had brought in pizza and offered me a piece and I had a small slice. That kind of put me over for the day to that point so I ate really light for the evening, but still went over my limit.

Menus were:

B: Banana, 100 Cal Pk and Coffee (225)

L: Soup, Pizza, Parfait (560)

D: 1/5 Burrito, 1/4 Refried Beans, Few Chips and Salsa (300)

S: 100 Cal Pk, Banana (190)-this snack was before dinner

S: SF/RF Ice Cream Sand and Cereal (360)- snack after dinner

Didn't get to bowl yesterday as friend got sick (isn't everybody right now?) and I decided I needed to go home and let the dog out and wound up doing laundry to get some quilts clean.

Today I came in to the office and found a 1/2 lb box of Godiva chocolates on my desk. I have eaten some of them already. Also had a cookie that one of our carriers brought in for us - from a bakery. TOOOOOOOO many TREATS! I will not freak out about it - I will just have to do better from now on. Only had a bowl of soup for lunch and didnt eat anythink BUT the cookies and candy for breakfast! My nutrition stinks today. One thing I have noticed is that I was eating an apple everyday and that really filled me up - but lately I can't find any good ones. Not sure why-it is apple season somewhere all year round and we import fruit anyway??? Confusing.

I think there are several contributing factors to my exceeding calories and not enough exercise. Illness - being one of the main ones, but this winter weather is just bumming me out, too. I know there are folks who have so much more snow and cold than we do here in KY, but usually I can at least get out and walk some - but wind chill in the single digits is just too much. I am supposed to go to the Mall and walk tonight - even if friend doesn't -I'M GOING! Husband got me new walking shoes for Valentines Day. Anyway - I'm getting tired of not meeting my goals! I will get over it - I am just in a little rut right now. Only way to climb out - one foot in front of the other!

Happy Valentine's Day to all my DD Buddies! Be your own sweetheart and do something GOOD for you TODAY - even if you don't have a Sweetheart right now. X O X O X O X O X O X O X O X O X O X O X O X O X O X O X O X O X'S TO YOU ALL !!!!!!!!!!

Progress as of today: 16.4 lbs lost so far, only 5.6 lbs to go!

sweetpea1977 on 02/14/2007:
Oh no, not Godiva! How in the world did they get on your desk? Oh well, at least it was the good stuff. :o)

I hear you on this cold winter weather. Its been bumming me out majorly! How many more weeks until spring again?!

Have a good Valentine's Day!

greengirl on 02/14/2007:
What a good husband !! Walking shoes for Valentines Day!! 'Now that is what I call a decent present. I'm just jealous because I am looking for a new pair of walking shoes and I can't find anything I like. Dont worry, the winter cannot last forever and soon it will be spring. I always get a kick out of spring. I love seeing everything come back to life. Happy Valentine's Day :)

sandrella on 02/14/2007:
Godiva?!? ...yummy! At least you got some cleaning done even if you didn't get to go bowling! Hopefully the winter duldrums will pass quickly! I hope you have a fantabulous Valentines Day?

Horn_Of_Plenty on 02/14/2007:
hopefully you'll get more exercise in lately!

WorkingIt2 on 02/14/2007:
If you're going to blow calories...at least you did it on the GOOD STUFF! lol yummmmmy! What a drag that you can't find good apples. Nothing worse than a blah, nonjuicy apple..yuck. I hope you get some good ones in circulation soon! Oh..here is the link to the sparkpeople article on HIT...it really is a time-saver for me and is producing really good results. http://sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness_articles.asp?id=253

Weight: 155.6

Going to try to post every day again. Still feeling "if-y" but improving each day. Over the weekend I didn't really over-eat terribly or anything, but I ate more that usual and I didn't count so I didn't feel like I had much to post. I slept all day Saturday - I needed it, I guess. No exercise except vaccuming on Sunday - the house was SUCH a mess. Husband did laundry (and there was a lot of it) and I cleaned kitchen and downstairs and went to grocery. It actually felt good to do housework and "normal" things. Didn't go to church which is a bummer because I haven't been in 3 weeks now due to out of town trips and illness. I really miss it. It just starts the week out right for me.

Menus for Monday 2/12/07 were:

B: Banana, Coffee (125)

L: Homemade Chicken Tortilla Soup, Grapefruit, 6 Yogurt Raisins (336

S: 100 Cal Pk, Banana (190)

D: Soup again and Cereal (560)

Total Cals: 1211 Pretty good!

I tend to eat the same thing until it is gone if I like it. I don't mind eating the same thing over and over most of the time. I am lucky like that. I like to cook but just don't have time most days.

I am resuming my bowling with friend tonight and my regular walking buddy tomorrow night - Wednesday - we'll walk in the Mall since it is going to rain and snow! We have had a 2-day break from the cold here in KY. Yesterday it was 45 degrees and rained so all the snow and most of the ice is gone. It is warm (45) again today, but will dip down again tonight with freezing rain and ice. The last day of school has been moved up already from 5/25 to 5/31.

I am having sort of a hard time keeping calories low and not munching at time. My strategy is just to try to keep it to a minimum and I really think that before long I'll have those low days again. Also - I know I haven't been able to exercise in some time and when I can again that will jump start my metabolism again. There is light at the end of the tunnel, I think.

Hope to get caught up with everyone's diaries soon. Wishing everyone a Blessed Day.

Progress as of today: 16.4 lbs lost so far, only 5.6 lbs to go!

Great job on your calories today! I think we are all in a February slump of some sort or other...you will be ok! =)

sandrella on 02/13/2007:
I read some where that you burn more calories sleeping than you do watching t.v., so that has to count for something right? I can relate, I've been so tired today! Hopefuly you'll be able to attend church this Sunday! :) I'm glad you're feeling better...I hope I'm on the road to recovery soon too!

Justine6Robert3 on 02/14/2007:
Sounds like your enjoying getting back to the bowling! I used to bowl on a league when I was much younger! I even made it to the "All Ontario" tournament when I was I think about 12 yrs old. We were in 2nd place but then ended up in 3rd place. I was doing really well until the end when it was only 3 teams left and hundreds of people gathered to watch, I buckled under pressure I don't like to be the center of attention it makes me so anxious and nervous!! I haven't been bowling in sooo long it is a nice outing with a couple of friends!

What musical did your daughter get a part in? Sounds fun!

Great healthy food on Monday, really nice job on the calories also!

moody on 02/14/2007:
Hey Holly! Sorry that you have been feeling crappy lately, but it sounds like maybe things are on the mend. I hope so!

I too, tend to get on a kick of something and eat it over and over til its gone..then sometimes go out and get more! Right now my thing is cottage cheese mixed with fruit or veggies..Love it!

Take care and hang in there...

Continuing to improve - health wise. Whew! Thank goodness. Have MISSED posting. Will catch up with everyone one over the next couple of days - with any luck at all.

Actually counted calories yesterday.

Menus were:

B: None - Just didn't feel like having anything

S: WW Carrot Cake (80)

L: Fazoli's Kid's Ziti, 2 garlic Bread Sticks, 1 Mint choc Truffle (610)

D: Chips and Salsa, 1/4 of Steak Quesadilla, 2 pieces of toast with butter and Jam (630)

Total Cals for the day: 1320 - not too bad.

Have been drinking lots of water, No exervcise since have been so sick. I was kind of slacking off on it for several weeks anyway - need to get back on it regularly. Will do it. I am supposed to get together with one of my walking buddies tomorrow.

February is always the BLAH month for me anyway. Can't wait 'til March. Everyone everywhere seems the same way. It has been so cold - like it has been in so much of the country and School has been called off a couple of days - gets everybody cranky to get out of their routines in not a good way!

Nothing exciting going on personally - daughter got part in local musical. Rehearsals have started for that - will see how that goes. I think she has over-committed herself, but - I'm an old lady - what do I know. She is amazing with the right motivation.

Best wishes to everyone for a Blessed Weekend.

(((((((((((Holly))))))))))) WELCOME BACK!! I am SO glad you are feeling better! Thank you so much for your entry in my dairy, that really helped me refocus on not only the situation with the guy, but the other part of my life..actually reminded me that I DO have more to my life LOL.

The new scale weighs me at 5lbs heavier *frown* and my official weigh-in day is on the 13th of February and I'll most likely have to increase my ticker weight, which will bum me out lol. But at the same time, my clothes fit nice and lose and so I know my body composition is changing for the better even if the scale is being stubborn. The HIT training is great stuff! I enjoy it. And I still do my step aerobics most days of the week. We do have a botanical garden but it is kind of far from where I live but I may just head out there and give it a whirl. February is such a crappy month for me, especially with Vday and the fact that the last time I saw Texas was on February 16th 2002 lol. Oh well, life goes on and I'm happy to be through that rough patch. And happy to see you back! YAY!

Yesterday turned out to be an OK day. I am not going to post totals and menus for Friday right now. I am kind of under the weather and have sore throat and cough. Going to daughter's school dance recital tonight.

I will post Fridays info tomorrow. Today I haven't kept track at all. I think I need just let it go today and I'll do better and count tomorrow or Monday. Haven't really over done it, but just can't keep up today.

Blessings to you all! Holly

P.S. Thanks for for all your comments regarding the dance teachaer comments and other things.

S: None

D: Soup, Granola Bar, Cereal (590)

S: Peanut Butter - Nothing else just PB! (100)

Calories were better. Still kind of munchie and I can't give up the sweet Yogurt raisins or the cereal or the granola bars for sugar! Oh, well change doesn't happen in a day.

I also think I am eating differently because of the cold weather. I am in the houe or the car all the time, I have a sore throat and cough and didn't feel like exercising yesterday or today so far.

Since all I can seem to do today is complain I should probably sign off! LOL. Seriously, I know I am not doing badly, really, but I don't feel like I am making any progress since before Christmas - however, I KNOW I am because when I look back to how I ate before September 15 and how I eat now - no comparison. I can't compare EVERY day to the BEST days - there are a lot of in between days. Can't chuck the whole program just because it ain't perfect. I will perservere and come out the other side! I am thinking about weighing at my friend's house this weekend. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Thanks for all your comments about the dance teacher's comments on my updated post from yesterday. I hope I am not being overly sensitive to it because of mine and my daughter's history with ED. In any event I will address it and I will need to be careful to address it in the correct way.

Have a Blessed Day everyone! Holly

You have the right attitude about looking at how far you've come..You will have your good days mixed in with some not so good days...and you aren't really having any bad days...you just seem to be having a hard time giving up some of your favorite treats! Which I understand all too well! Look at how far you've come..you definitely cannot throw it all in!

And as for your comment regarding the church...It's something I would like to look into..there is one church not far from me that I have been thinking about checking out..I'm thankful that you took the time to write me..you are such a sweet person.

Take care and have a great day!

WorkingIt2 on 02/02/2007:

greengirl on 02/02/2007:
I only just read your post about the teachers comment and I am disgusted that someone in a position of authority could be so shortsighted as to say something so stupid!! If it were me , I think I would have to have a word with her about it!! She was insensitive at the very least!!

weightlossyoyo on 02/02/2007:
You did awesome on your caloires today!

Horn_Of_Plenty on 02/03/2007:
I just read now what you wrote about what the dance teacher said! what an absolute moron....not you, her!!! how could a person at her level and age say something so harmful and ignorant to young girls! An apple can't change how they look overnight! and, how dare she say it in the first place! our bodies are so important and to be cared for; and she was wrong! good for you!

Edited at 5:30 p.m. I am so angry right now! My daughter's school dance recital is this week and when I picked her up from rehearsals this afternoon she told me that one of the dance teachers - not the one she has at school or her "regular" (outside of SCAPA) dance teacher but one that she only interacts with during the recital and other "special" classes - was telling the kids to just eat an apple before the performance tomorrow -and not to eat a muffin or anything like that because some of them already had bellies that were hanging over their waist bands! I am livid. Now keep in mind that this woman is NOT AT ALL SMALL, herself - she is probably at least 50 pounds overweight, as a matter of fact. NOT that this is a terrible thing in and of itself - but the fact is that dance schools can be very fertile ground for eating disorders (it's the "dirty little secret" of dance)and she is supposed to be a role model and set an example AND the fact that kids listen to everything the teacher says and take it to heart. I understand about the "cruel world", but you place your kid in a performing art school environment and you need to feel that they are being nurtured there - not spurred to unhealthy thinking and behaviors! I don't know what to do but I don't think I can sit by and NOT say something about it when I have an opportunity. Daughter - thank God -recognized it as a terrible thing to say - she is well into recovery now, after a 4 week hospitalization, 2 long years of weekly therapy and a lot of hard work on her part) but this is just the kind of circumstance that can trigger someone not so far along ini recovery (and I know there must be others)or someone teetering on the edge of ED.

As you can see - this is something that we (our family) is very passionate about. It breaks my heart to think that a dance professional at any level - much less this level - would be so careless with her comments! Once you have seen the devastation that a full blown ED brings to the body and MIND of someone you care for you are never the same. I will have to think through what to do to address the situation - it cannot be left undiscussed.

Sorry for the rant. Thanks if you read it for any comments you may have.

V/F: 3+

Well, still not doing all that great on the calories. Not enough I gain, I don't think, but probably not few enough to lose much, either. At this rate I won't ever feel like weighing again.

I did really well all day - then last night I ate a big can of Soup - Progresso Chicarina - really good. And thought I'd have a granola bar for sweet tooth - then I wound up eating a BIG bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch (store brand version, actually) and that put me over. I am eating really healthy things for the most part but I still feel like I HAVE to have ssugar. I am getting it from sources that are "not so bad", but it's still there. I am going to try not to eat so much of the healthy treats I have been having and see if that can bust me out of it.

Menus for the day were:

B: Coffee, Banana, Fiber One Bar (275)

S: chex mix, yogurt raisins (136)

L: Kale, Corn, fried Green Tomatos (415)

S: None

D: Soup, Granola Bar, Cereal, Apple (750)

I did notice that I wasn't as hungry between meals or even at meals - maybe because I had a bigger breakfast. This morning I had a large bowl of oatmeal with the Brown Sugar Splenda like I used to real often so maybe that will make for a good day today - Blessings to you all.

Progress as of today: 16.4 lbs lost so far, only 5.6 lbs to go!

Justine6Robert3 on 02/01/2007:
I didn't know Splenda came in brown sugar! Good to know because I had a hard time eating a bowl of oatmeal without the taste of brown sugar! My mother is diabetic so I always have the regular white sugar splenda for when she comes over and wants a tea and I've been using it on my grapefruits.

I know what you mean with the craving for sugar!! I went for over 2 weeks not even missing sugar and chocolate but now I would die for a chocolate bar or a brownie!! For some reason I still always want salty, crunchy snacks like chips!

It is frustrating when the scale won't move. Your doing great though you've lost over 16 lbs, you can do it!! Hope you have a great day.

Justine6Robert3 on 02/01/2007:
Thank-you for wishing me a Happy Birthday! I can't wait to go out with my hubby Saturday night, just the two of us!

sandrella on 02/01/2007:
Hey! I know what you mean...sugar is just so...good! Hopefully the oatmeal will tide you over and the munchies will leave you alone this evening! :)

Moody on 02/01/2007:
I love sweets and breaking that habit was the hardest part of this journey for me..You just have to get past that hurdle..and allow yourself a treat once in awhile or you WILL end up doing what I did and bingeing on a whole bag (big one) of MnMs!! NOT GOOD!

And thanks for the comment you left...yes I would consider dating someone from church but I don't go to church! I can't find one here that I like..but I have thought about it...when the time comes..I'm not looking to date for a very long time, but it's something to think about!

Have a great day!

Tourguidebarbie on 02/01/2007:
Hey! I can totally relate to the sugar thing... haha. I've never tried Splenda... maybe i should look into it!

WorkingIt2 on 02/01/2007:
OMG! I don't blame you for being angry! HOW DARE that woman pass judgement on those young girls and talk about their tummies hanging anywhere! I am right with you on this one!! I would tell the other parents as well just because they may want to make sure that their children aren't having troubles with ED. How scary!

Don't worry about the challenge...I am actually VERY impressed that you did the first one and did so good and kept such awesome control over things on both ends. I truly am! =)

Good luck with the dance teacher, I hope the school tells her to knock it off!

borntocry on 02/02/2007:
I agree - I find it incredible that your daughter's teacher would say that. Surely she knows that she is dealing with kids at a very susceptible age? My cousin went to an all-girls school in which 90% of the senior class had an eating disorder! Incredible (but very evidently true).

Have you met with this teacher? If you have, maybe you can tell whether she seems like the kind of person who wouldn't mind if you approached her directly on the subject. Perhaps she really is a well-meaning person who was just ignorant of the effect her words might have. After all if she is overweight herself she may not be thinking about the fact that eating too little can be just as dangerous as eating too much. Although one would think that being a dance instructor she would be attuned to that.

However if you think she would take it badly or even worse, retaliate by taking it out on your daughter, perhaps you could go to someone higher up. Without making it look like too much of a complaint, you could ask whether teachers receive any kind of training or instructions on the prevalence of eating disorders in dance and how to prevent them. If not you could suggest that they organise some kind of seminar for teachers or at least pass out information so that they are better aware of this problem. Then if this teacher does anything like this again you will know that she is deliberately disregarding the health and safety of her students!

smiley2 on 02/02/2007:
I think you should have a word with the teacher! And if she reacts in a hostile manner, maybe you can report her to some higher authority? Young children dont need that kind of exposure. The world is screwed up enough as is!

sandrella on 02/02/2007:
Wow! That's so not something someone with authority should say to these girls! I once had an eating disorder when I was 13 and after hospilization and much therapy, I overcame it, but it's always still in the back in my mind. I think it's part of why I have a weight problems even now. I think you are very just in your feelings and that something should be said to prevent any damage to these young girls!

Tuesday January 30, 2007

Total Points: 5

Calories: 1585 (big lunch plus snacky/snacky things in the evening were the twin culprits)

Exercise 1 Hour of Bowling 116 was High Game

H2O: More than 48 oz (HA)

V/F: 3 - counting the BIG salad

Menus were:

B: Coffee (35)

S: None

L: Applebee's Oriental Chick Salad (Low Fat), Applebees' Chicken Tortilla Soup (970) S: None

D: PBJ, Sun Chips, Jr. Mints (580)

S: None

The calores were over my 1400 limit, but that's the way it goes. I went out to lunch with customer and normally I would have just had the salad at Applebee's, but they are having this Lunch Special where you get the Salad and the Soup for LESS than just the Salad on the regular menu. I usually don't "fall" for specials at resturants - I think they are just a way to get people to over eat- but it seemed like a good idea at the time, I hadn't had breakfast and it was what everyone else was having and it was a good price deal......

It still wouldn't have been so much if I hadn't eaten the PBJ on high calorie bread (because my husband bought the wrong kind and that was all we had) or if I didn't eat the Sun Chips or Jr. Mints.

Also-what I am not giving myself credit for is that the Bowling Alley has a grill with the most delicious food and I didn't get anything except a diet coke. So I guess there are different brands of "success".

I think I am starting to feel myself lose a little more weight -finally- because my pants that I just bought are starting to get loose. I hatd to say this - but it would really thrill me to have them be too loose very soon - even though I really love the style and how they looked on me when I bought them. If I can ever get back in a size 8 I know that healthy dreams do come true!......We'll see.

Progress as of today: 16.4 lbs lost so far, only 5.6 lbs to go!

sandrella on 01/31/2007:
Darn those resturants for sucking us in with thier "specials"...but overall it doesn't sound too bad. Good Job on your success at the bowling alley! It may be small, but it's definetly not easy to pass up great smelling food. PS...WTG on the loose pants! That is such a great feeling isn't it?

smiley2 on 01/31/2007:
I love Applebees too! But you are right, sometimes those special that the restaurants have are just too much! I remember when we lived in the States, the amount of "free food" available always freaked me out! The cashiers at the movies, never could understand, why i dont want my "free candy bar" with my popcorn lol! Good luck with your diet! Thanks for the kind words. Wx

sweetpea1977 on 01/31/2007:
Im a sucker for food specials too. The good thing is that it was just soup and salad, which most people tend to stay away from. You could have done worse!!

They make the specials hard to resist! Its always hard to resist a bargain. Tou sound as if you did ok though. Keep up the good work!!!

Horn_Of_Plenty on 01/31/2007:
have a nice day, good choices on the menu for lunch! It looks like you had a nice day, bowling and going out to eat! but, even though its difficult to go out to eat sometimes, if you enjoyed the company you were with, that's what matters!

weightlossyoyo on 01/31/2007:
You are doing excellent on your calories, I need to take more after you.

(Healthy Eating and Exercise)
Weight: 155.6

Monday 1/29/2007

Total Points: 6

Calories: 1250 YAY

Exercise: 1.5 hours + WALKING YAY!

H2O: 48 oz - YAY

V/F: 3

Menus were:

B: Banana, Coffee (125)

S: None

L: 10 RF wheat thins, 2 LC Light Cheese Fruit Parfait (330)

S: 1/3 piece of sweet potato pie (125)

D: Squash Mac & Cheese, Sun Chips, RF SF Ice Cream Bar, Jr. Mints (670)

Boy - Those Jr. Mints are almost all gone. I will be glad when they are. I didn't count the sweet potato pie as a vegetable! LOL I am losing my appetite again, I think. It is just kind of ebbing away. I don't think that is necessarily a bad thing. Looking at yesterday's menu I see that I had the sweet tooth late in the day - would have been a really low cal day if hadn't been for that. Also because hadn't gone to grocery due to being away all weekend - I didn't have more healthy things on hand! That makes a big difference.

My walk with friend went great. We walked outside instead of the Mall. I love to walk even if it is cold and it was really cold. When you dress correctly for it - you don't get cold and it doesn't have to be bulky. The time just flew by. My friend is a very interesting lady. She is very artistic and I enjoyed hearing about her art work. She has 3 teenage daughters so there is that in common.

Hoping all have a Blessed day/evening! Hang in there everyone!

Progress as of today: 16.4 lbs lost so far, only 5.6 lbs to go!

Just catching up, CONGRATS to your daughter! That is wonderful! And I think you did really well considering how busy you were and that you weren't at home. YAY for the walking buddy as well. Have a great day =)

borntocry on 01/30/2007:
That reminds me of a line from one of my favourite songs: "It's not really cold when it snows... unless you're underdressed!" So what's the correct way to dress for the cold? I generally wear five or six layers... but it does get pretty bulky! I can barely bend my arms at the elbow!

Oh and I would have counted the sweet potato pie as a vegetable! Sweet potatoes are good for you, you know!

sweetpea1977 on 01/31/2007:
I agree with BTC. That sweet potato pie should be counted as a vegetable. Just eat that particular concoction in moderation. :o)

Glad you enjoyed the walk with your friend!

I'm back from the dance competition. I will give a quick update as I have 3 days to post and don't want to list all menus, etc. Then I will get back on better posting track later this week.

Friday January 26 TOTAL POINTS: 4 Calories: 835 By accident - don't worry I made up for it - read on Exercise : Lots of WALKING H20: not enough F/V: 2

Saturday Januay 27 TOTAL POINTS: 3 Calories: 1720 Exercise: Even More Walking H2O: quite a lot F/V: 1

Sunday January 28 TOTAL POINTS: 3 Calories: 1610 Exercise: Some more walking H2O Enough for one point F/V: 0

The dance competition was pretty good daughter came in 6th out of 30 exceptionally talented young girls. I wouldn't have done real badly on the calories, except that there was nowhere to eat except the hotel in Columbus most of the day. We kept really strange hours and I actually broke down and ate almost a whole pack of Jr. Caramels while reading a detective novel-James Patterson's "1st to Die" - it's a series so there will be more to read after this one! I had never read this series although I had read other books by this author.

I have a new friend that is willing to walk with me. We are going to walk at the Mall tonight at 5:30. She seems like a nice person. She is a customer and we had been talking about getting together for a walk for awhile.

Daughter's school dance recital is this week - she will be quite busy and so will I.

Eating has been Ok today - so far. I actually am not very hungry. I hope that trend continues.

I have been sorry to read of all the troubles some of us here on DD.com are having-of many kinds. I ran across the following that has brought great comfort to many through the ages and I want to leave it here as a reminder to myself and for anyone else that needs it right now.

"The Lord is close to the broken-hearted and rescues those whose spirit is crushed" Psalm 34:18

Have a Blessed day - everyone! Holly

greengirl on 01/29/2007:
Hi Holly. Nice to see you back. Your daughter did very well, didnt she. I know how tough competitive dancing can be. Give her a pat on the back from me.I wish I could find a walking buddy but the grim, dark nights put people off, and we'd probably get mugged after dark too!! I'm afraid that until the light nights come, all my serious walking will be on the treadmill. Have a great day!!

Jmarie60 on 01/29/2007:
Congratualtions to your daughter. Thank you for posting the scripture. I think I really needed that.
