Good afternoon :)

400 cal lunch. 700 thru morning.

1100 perfect.

Saturday night at the gym I weighed 129 which was upsetting. Usually I weigh myself in the morning so maybe it would have been much less then. Just gonna keep doing what I have been and be positive. :)

probably around 2250 today, good.

lots of walking compared to normal bc I was in the city with my parents at The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum.  Was a lot of fun, tried to walk without further injuring myself.  legs did hurt and did get more and more tight as the day went on, but I am home now relaxing and overall  I am happy about my leg situation after at least 3 hours of walking.

I pray I could still do the academy..that my legs one day are healed. 

my calories were over yesterday, but today was good.

going into this week feeling good and ready for success.

I feel fat lately, even though I am losing weight...weird.

Happy Weekend. Today I was going to have some big plans, but they got cancelled. I'm happy about it because I am stressing that I don't have time to relax all weekend, which isn't good at all!  Today is a day to prepare for the week ahead.  I am going to do laundry, go back to the supermarket, eat some tasty vegetables, and do my weights workout tonight at the gym instead of tomorrow morning. Tomorrow I will be with my family celebrating Father's Day all day.  That's why I am thankful to have this day to relax, fully.

Calories from the middle of the night (counting half today and in yesterday's total) 150....early snack this AM: 100.

250 so far, good!

Big Breakfast: weight control maple brown sugar oatmeal with added 3 egg whites and 1/2 cup fiber one cereal sprinkled on top, also some almonds and oil spray. big protein bar (but healthy, natural type) 600 cal.

850, good. and iced coffee 50.

BIG lunch: tons of veggies galore, some cooked, some in a lil sauce. around 400, at least, if not more. and Kombucha 100.  and blueberries 150. total here: 650, good....oh and a very small wrap 150.

1700, great :)

evening snack before gym: another vegan protein bar 260 and 2 cups cashew milk 90 or so. 400

2100...

snack during gym: shake around 200

2300.

snack after gym: protein bar 250

2550. decent.

workout was abs and full upper body / back

700 500 at most healthy lunch 1200 :)

After work decaf coffee and apple around 200 Dinner a bit larger I skipped physical therapy bc it was getting late for it after I ran to the supermarket and also it was pouring out. I will go tomorrow.

Dinner: tasty vegetable slaws (made with olive oil and vinegar) mixed with romaine lettuce 250-300. Chicken on wrap with a lot buttery / olive oil spread around 200. Drink 50. Around 550 hopefully not more.

1950 good. woke up in middle of the night, had a snack of 350. counting 200 of it here.

2150 cal on FRIDAY. GOOD. my original plan was to diet Monday thru Thursday, this week was a success.

So this week I lost around the half pound. That's the most I can do in a healthy way. Any more I couldn't do, personally. Others can but this is my personal limit. I'd estimate I burned around 1600-1700 cals this work week. It's around the half pound mark and I definitely feel a half pound lighter. It feels fantastic. I plan to keep this up through end of June. Then maybe reconfigure a little bit how I wanna go about my diet.  And for the coming week, i'll try once again to lighten up on the coffee.  Maybe stay off the coffee for this weekend.

1650 :). Full weights back and abs

Burned around 1600 cal in 3 days. So that means I lose 1/2 pound this week! Go me :)

Happy hump day! Flat tire and dead car battery so this morning I am at dunkin donuts next to the car repair shop all very unexpectedly and waiting for the two new tires to be delivered and battery replaced before heading to work. I found this all out when I went to drive my car this AM to work my tire was flat. Coincidentally the battery died as soon as I reached the repair shop. Both front tires are as old as the hills and the flat one couldn't be saved anyway. So $150 for the car battery and $200 each for the tires. $550 total. But I am relaxing at dunkin donuts reading the paper. Oh and definitely gonna fill my laundry card back at my housing complex office that is only open during business hours before I head heading to work. You better believe it! Usually I just mail them the card and check but doing it in person is better. Calories are great. 450 so far. Iced green tea and hot decaf coffee. Breakfast was my low sodium chicken wrap with light butter spread on low cal wrap and also the hot water with lemon and stevia.

total cal: around 1800. great, considering.

Hey all :)

650 cal in AM.

Lunch was a big soup maybe like 250? And small wrap around 250

I had a fantastic weights workout at the gym ending close to 9pm and stayed up a lil late chatting with a guy online that I know. I walked at lunch luckily and tried to stretch my legs multiple times during the walk to loosen them.

1600 total

Already down around 900 calories this week! I got this :)

BIg plans for today...to accomplish a hard core upper body workout at the gym, pick up tampons no matter what lol, and go to the beach.  but with the beach, I have to be ready by 12pm because that's when my friend is getting here. If I get moving now (8am) I will not even have to rush :) and I can enjoy a great gym workout!...so that's what I'm gonna do :)

Breakfast: oatmeal & few bites of banana 200, yogurt 100, and hemp seed butter 50: 350. probably iced coffee. 100. 450.

snack: protein shake smallish...around 200-250.

700 :)

snacking at beach: veggies / fruits / turkey wrap with some buttery spread. 600 at most.

1300 perfect.

dinner: OLIVE GARDEN! around 700 prob.

total cal: 2000. CAN WE SAY PERFECT!?!?!? I did it!

hallelujah. I did it. 2000 calories on a weekend day. cheers. I am proud of myself. I guess with proper planning and scheduling, it can be done. being busy and being around friends helped.  also, I brought a TON of vegetables to the beach. that helped too!

as for exercise, it was full upper body weights at the gym....and around a 20 min walk once at the beach...as well some walking at the mall lol. like 20-30 min..we stopped there quickly on the way home :)

Just chillin :)...

8am-9am Breakfast: fruit, sautéed veggies, oatmeal, big protein bar: 650.

12:00 light lunch: oatmeal (weight control maple sugar flavor) 160 and yogurt 140. 300 cal total.

2:30pm  snack: turkey on wrap. around 250 at most.

snack: large iced coffee 150, some veggies 50.

big dinner of rice 300, lots of curry cooked veggies 250?

protein bar: 200.

2150-2250 good.  maybe it wasn't 2000, but today's calories were definitely decent!

exercise: abs.  I was having a VERY tired day.
