Around 1900 excellent. Did abs at lunch and upper body after work. Even though I was sedentary at work, I am pretty sure my evening workout puts me around at least 2200 burned cals today. Yay.

TGIF tomorrow. Worked till 6:30. Legs didn't hurt as bad as Tuesday but they did hurt today. They burned a little on the sides but also are bothering me more near the front tonight. I hope this month goes quickly so I can see for sure if I am better or not by my appt follow up on April 14th bc if I do need surgery I want it as soon as humanly possible bc I am having trouble being patient with my legs it's been a very long time 13 months.

All my binging days, 3, from my week off were balanced out. I should remember this and how I had to focus and think about it all week. It took me Monday thru Thursday to balance out my calorie avg to around 2200-2300 per day instead of what they really were: 2500, 2700, 3200.

What kinds of things are you doing in physio? So far i've only done some recumbant bike, stretches, and the myofascial release. I would be really interested to know :)

I do a few stretches (wall incline I think it's called), a quad stretch, and a stretch (that doesn't work very well) for the muscle in the front of the lower leg (nothing really works well to stretch it bc it is generally very hard to get a stretch there). then, I do leg strengthening exercises: calf raises, seated leg press and then also I do it again just as a toe press, balancing on a wobble board & squats, stretches for inner & outer ankle using a stretch band, and elliptical for 5 minutes. With the heat at the beginning and stimulation/ice at the end & also waiting for the therapist to massage me right before the ice, it takes around 1.5-2hrs each visit.

I am glad to have the opportunity to go to a great office with excellent physical therapists, but doing these stretches & exercises ALWAYS makes more sore? or just in pain? the next day. I am not sure which it is or if it's both.

Exercise legs and legs at physical therapy.

Legs felt way better than yesterday with hardly any pain :)

Around 1900 cal and def not more. Good! Had a bigger dinner but mostly sautéed veggies. Around 600-650 cal and was very tasty. Also some chips, and a small lox sandwich.

Almost balanced out the 2700 cal day. Nice. Tomorrow is start over time :)

Please disregard but I am taking notes on my legs for the doctor - burning sensation particularly in left leg throughout the entire day. Physical therapy last night could be why. I iced my legs tonight.

Total cal around 1950 success

I balanced out the 2500 cal day :)

Good job :) I answered your question in my comments if you want to check it out. Taking notes is a great idea - I do that with my physiotherapist so she has an idea of how things are progressing.

Legs felt the tiniest bit better today :) time to be more positive.

1350 cal thank god. And even full before bed. Ate little portions throughout day and was busy getting home at 8pm.

Today balanced out my 3200 day binge. I'd like to also balance out the 2700 cal day and the 2500 cal day from last week. Will do my best. Sometimes it's good to be busy :)

1400 cal, binging, but trying to pull back for the rest of the day.

2000 cal by 3pm. not great, but not terrible.

total 2500 = GREAT, considering :)

exercise = none

out to dinner with best friend tonight.

since Thursday I have been binging. haven't done this in a LONG time.  It's because my days were fully unstructured & I opted to rest my legs (as I am SUPPOSED to do, doctors orders).

legs aren't better at all & I am beyond frustrated.

I still believe I need the surgery & that I will be okay after.  I am thankful for this physical therapy, but I don't feel I am getting much accomplished.  Lately, my legs feel weird sensations when at rest, almost a weird light piercing pulse, instead of a burning feeling.  I wonder if therapy would have fixed this ALL ALONG?  or maybe I don't need therapy, only patience, but I don't think so.....I don't think I should have to sit home on a nice day like today!?!@?

I am frustrated, getting fat, will have to diet....ugh.

Good morning :) gonna make today a better day :)

Breakfast: lots of roasted peppers 100 and veggies, one egg and one egg white 100, wrap 100, chicken slices 50, sesame oil 50, huge apple 150: 550 good. It felt really good to eat something with some fat and high protein for breakfast :)

1500 so far :)

1850 cal so far (bit of overheating at lunch which was 1200 cal just big portions and big dessert involving pb and j on a couple wraps ;). It's ok.

total binge day. 2700 so far. hopefully not much more. wasted the afternoon after coming home after my legs were bothering me while running errands. was going to go to the gym, but legs were already hurting :x

Good morning all :). I dropped off my car to be tuned up last night and slept over my parents house. Being here is usually a trigger for overheating but I actually came prepared and realized I can order anything that I want also :) lol to be delivered. But I think I have enough! I may be here most of the day or at least till 1 when my car is ready to be picked up. I am crossing my fingers that they are done by 1 and not something crazy like 2 or 3. I have physical therapy back where I live around 40-45 minutes away at 3:45 but I can always be late (they are not strict and u just sign in when u get there).

So far i had a rasberry filled dark chocolate. 70 cal

Around 2100 calories - good!

Good Morning :-)

Big satisfying breakfast / snack: fruit / almonds 100, high fiber cream of wheat 150, protein powder 130, stevia, pumpkin 20, peanut butter 100, 2 egg whites 50 = 550 :-D...plan is to shower & go to gym for a great upper body weights routine :p

Snack - leftover breakfast, a Greek yogurt 100, almond milk 50 and cinnamon / stevia 700 but bad cravings :/ well not even cravings just feeling tired and hungry. I need lower calories the rest of the week as a good vacation (staycation) week goal. Going to try that today thru Sunday and try to be relaxed and focused and totally in control. I have no reason to fail this week. Only to succeed fully. Today, I will maintain a goal of 1800 calories :). Same for tomorrow. I will be off to an upper body workout shortly :) Snacking: decaf coffee and protein shake 250....950 so far :) will have lunch at 2pm :)

2pm big lunch: at least 4-5 cups cooked bok choy / escarole: around 150.  other roasted vegetables in some sauce 250 at least. chips 100. some chicken slices less than 50. 550, good.

total so far: not more than 1500.  may up my calories today - to 1900-2000 probably.

Total caps for today ended up being 2100 = decent.

Sleeping over my parents house is usually a trigger for me. Did well last night but calories actually were 2250. Decent :)
