2225 2-day average. I feel fat around my stomach area. i need to not get fat everywhere...will gradually be lowering calories a hair. i think i def burn at least 2,000 a day, but not always 2200.


Today - Happy Father's Day. I'll be visiting my grandma with my sister and dad...then home for father's day lunch...hanging out there a bit...then, gym tonight bc i prefer to try to keep the 3x a week schedule. that's it! then reading maybe or even reading in the afternoon at my father's house, prob not though!

i have really nice arms muscles and don't want to lose them - the reason why i do not want to give up my 3x week gym stuff...and make it 2x...really trying to keep it 3x. and jogging is 2x. not ready to change anything just yet...but maybe in August i might make other changes for that month - 3x jog and 2x weights....in August perhaps.

i'll be bringing gym clothes with me so that i am not stopping home before the gym this afternoon. luckily i also have plenty of food for the next couple days - no need to do any food shopping today....and i got gas for my car yesterday too....so only need to visit grandma, be with family, and go to gym. that's it!


Yesterday overall was pretty darn successful.  I did a little bit more laundry of sheets / towels in the evening so i don't need to think about doing it monday...i also cooked up some turkey burgers for the week, did a small grocery shopping, jogged 1.7 mi, picked up my friend and went to the hardware store to finish up my hamster cage....and the man actually offered to do the work - so i left the top with him....!...treated my friend also to coffee since he was coming with me....good stuff.


I have been taking sleeping pills the last 2 nights only (friday night & saturday night) to get some extra rest which has proven a good idea as I do enjoy this on the weekends..

2250 today.

car tire is still a problem so i will once again be late to work bc i have to go to mechanic in the morning with my dad this time (he's meeting me there....i feel so bad about it...but he wants to go)....i probably need a new tire rim...

lots going on this week....gonna be nutty.

i'll prob need to take the bus home from work tomorrow

after the gym, at 8pm till 9pm when i was finally at home to stay - i made sure to get enough food basically for the week (quickly stopped after the gym) so that i don't have ot worry if i do not have a car for tomorrow night.

tire is ok for the moment bc i just put air in it....which is why i quickly did errands (right before the gym at 6pm) as well as returned the shirts my dad said were too big and he didn't want for father's day...he kept the funny t-shirts though :) and he loved my card...

and of course i was at the gym from 6:30-8pm when it closed.

9am: oatmeal 150, almond milk 20, honey / ghee both 50, cinnamon / stevia, yogurt 150, peanut butter 150 550. excellent & balanced, kombucha

11am: biscotti 100 and seltzer with stevia, later a few almonds 50

950....1600 after big lunch 1800 before dinner - snacks of coffee, an orange pepper and a big fiber one cookie

2200 total today = excellent

also cooked up turkey burgers...lol before my jog....i'll jog at some point...going at noon...


 Today's plan: jog at park in early afternoon, jogged at gym due to rain - 1.7 miles and left bc i had enough...have lunch, pick up friend to finish up my hamster cage....and then later drive him to the train then relaxing back home & reading / early bed again i think.

Tomorrow's plan: visit grandma with dad and sister, then back home for bbq for father's day, gym in evening.

Prob do laundry of towels / bedding on MONDAY night on purpose relaxing off the laundry thru the rest of the weekend since i did most of it last night! :)

for some reason i was very anxious (had anxiety) using the treadmill for this first time. I was having trouble jogging for long periods, frequently stopping to walk.

then i quit before injury bc i felt it was better to stop than to keep going bc i had plans with a friend and was running so late already it wasn't worth it....

and the hammy is coming....half the cage right now (the top) is at the hardware store bc the worker volunteered to do it for me...i'll give him a nice tip!!!!!!!!!

Doing most of the laundry after work today so that i can quickly do my sheets sunday night if i want to & not have to worry about laundry even tomorrow (i can sleep in and be lazy if i want to!)

Working 9-5 straight with NO BREAKS and lunch at desk....whatever, at least i don't owe the company any time!

Home: kombucha 80

Breakfast: wrap 100, cream cheese 100, lox 100, coffee w/ milk 50, candies 20: 370.

healthy lunch: 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 100, marinated mushrooms with extra oil 150-200   , cabbage 50 with some oil, half a large bagel 200. 550-600 healthy and a fiber 1 cookie for dessert, treating myself...def the plan is to SLEEP IN TOMORROW and gym only....no other plans - and laundry. hamster cage stuff can wait.

2:45pm snack #2 - fruit and some candies 100

I fixed the flat tire problem before work - only got to work hour late - amazing - i'll eat at my desk and not even really owe any time (deduct an hour lunch away from desk) by just having lunch at my desk today and still leaving at 5. 9am-5pm. excellent.  the rim was bent - so they fixed the rim and added some rubber seal to it...should be excellent now.  so the problem wasn't the tire and wasn't the valve - but the actual rim.  I should have checked all rims....another time before i enter the academy i may just check that out so i have no new problems?!....

i hope to take care of all problems and possible future problems with my computer, car, etc. - before the academy. I need to also update my anti-virus program on my computer. I plan to do this in the fall - on a holiday we get i'll go to the store where i bought my computer and have them update it there. - close by and should be good. i already bought microsoft word earlier this year....so i have all the programs i need - just need to make sure the computer is good. i may even purchase a NEW COMPUTER specifically for NYPD. yes. but that's $1,000 down the drain, so, we shall see. It may be worth it - to have the best laptop / computer for the 6 months i'm in....actually...now that i write this....6 months is nothing....i do not need a new laptop for 6 months....unless mine starts to fail.

i'll just make sure everything is clean and working great with antivirus...since it's only a 6 month academy...i'll try to get thru without any major purchases (electronics, cars, etc.) ...

i'll make sure to get my laptop looked at later in the fall is my plan. i don't want to do anything else this summer...

i think the gym will be good for me...i love my arms and hate waiting to exercise them until sunday so instead of waiting...since the show activity is cancelled tonight, off to the gym i go! no more excuses and i think it's better to move than not to move at all today. i should also do abs...for sure....another reason to get my booty back in the gym tonight...i have rested 6 days. practically one week. and i'll rest again soon, so that's why i am going back now.

Dinner after gym: will be healthy as i have a ton of good food at home and maybe also some ice cream after dinner yes depending on the time! otherwise maybe just sweets tonight.?

NO TICKETS GIVEN OUT TONIGHT PER THAT THEATRE...will hvae to do this another time: I was given FREE past-dated tickets to a Broadway show and the deal is to see it on a Monday thru Thursday night. So, i'm calling this morning to make sure there are seats left and then the plan is to leave work half hour early in order to get to NYC with my friend back at home (i will drive home first).  We're leaving here 5:30pm and the show starts at 7pm.  It'll be just enough time as long as everything goes smoothly we may even have up to 30min to spare before the show starts, but not more than that!

We will not have time for dinner, just the show. So i told him to eat on his own. lol...there's simply no time! But we def want to use these free tickets! duh! The show is BANDSTAND. it should be good!

We were going to go the week of July 4th in the evening on that Thursday but because i am not at the gym this week and it's an easier week, I asked my friend if he wanted to go this Thursday instead and he's usually very excited to do things....so he said of course let's go this Thursday!

Luckily i am happy the show starts at 7pm today and not 8pm like yesterday....the earlier the better because i am going to work tomorrow! so it means we get home earlier. We're taking public transportation in and a TAXI nice and quick home!

5-day average: 2122 - def have some fat on my stomach from all the extra cals, but overall the clothes still fit, lol...who knows right now!

Slept for a long time as I was pretty tired and could have slept in after my alarm easily...but got up for work lol...

Home: extra kombucha i needed 120

Breakfast: wrap 100, pb 200, sf jelly, banana 120: 420.

snack: almonds 150

2pm lunch:  healthy big portion of sauteed cabbage like at least 200, matzah and a little extra 200 cal, 1 egg and leftover 2 bites of a sausage 150, sauteed green beans 100, sauteed eggplant 50: 700 tops.

snack before jog: 2 white chocolate truffles and a plum as well as seltzer with stevia 200

JOG WAS BETTER THAN EVER! and i walked a little extra and an extra lap so today my mileage was a 5k or 3 miles! some walking, but getting better.

dinner: raspberries 60, ice cream 120, lox 100 on a wrap 100 with little bit of potato 100: 500, excellent and decently healthy.

total today is decent: 2100. good exercise.

Taking off from exercise tonight & already went food shopping my plan is basically bed early tonight & my reading. Also reading at lunch today for sure at the furniture store is my new reading location (it’s approx. 95degrees so as long as they don’t kick me out off their couch…)

yesterday i was really hormonal and actually angry at this new seating location...i'm getting more used to it today :)....things are getting better, for now.

depending on weather tomorrow, i may go to the gym to jog even though i do not like jogging inside....or i may just relax tomorrow after work again. 

I'm taking this week off from weights, letting my shoulder heal. i pulled something in it last thursday.

work is really upsetting today from the start as i moved desks to another one (there are so many empty desks) but instead of my boss giving any desk to the new guy,  he gave my old desk to the new guy like as a sign to me saying "get lost" like i'm so easily replaced but straight out does it based on his actions. it's hurtful. it's really, really disrespectful.

I hate my boss.

i didn't feel very good all day. in fact, i felt terrible and didn't even finsih an assignemnt before deciding to go home, at 5, and not work a single minute longer. I just couln't - my mind couldn't function another second in that hostile work environment.

dinner: potatoes with like some curry or something 250, lots of bok choy 150, and a bar on the healthy side with some protein 250. 650


If my boss is going to treat me like a piece of sh*t, i just cannot respect that. I don't have that within me & it's totally unacceptable.

i will remain at this job until December.

i bought a coffee around 3pm on Sunday afternoon so sleeping Sunday night into monday was not good.)  But at least I slept like a baby all weekend Friday night & Sat nights!


I saw another movie by myself today and it was another really good one - Wonder Woman! I'm glad a saw it and it had a great story line and well as themes.  

After that, i had brought along everything i needed to go tanning at a local park - after stopping for an iced coffee and donut. 

i then totally put on suntan lotion in the park bathroom, stripped to my bikini at the park and laid out, reading.

I don't prefer the beach anymore. I don't enjoy the drive out there. It's a hassle for a working person and tires me out for the remainder of the weekend. But the park is so close, i see myself going there often for a suntan, i can also lay out on my newly renovated terrace (but don't love the pigeons flying by haha...and the park is nice with everyone out there as well.) i even met a friend there today! Someone my age with her sister.

If i'm gonna try for the academy this summer, the beach is wayyyy too much hassel (over an hour drive each way) and the park is only 10 min....so this is why  i prefer the park. also, it doesn't take a whole day with the beach...finding parking, walking thru sand....park is better this summer.

150 cal from last night's indulgence, yeah, it was a slight emotinal binge i'll admit. because after that, i did fall asleep which is really what i needed all along. but all is good.

I was planning to go to beach with parents but really i had wanted quiet time this weekend and not waking up early and spending it till very late with them - so i pulled out of that. I would have had to leave my apt now at 9am to go to them and i am just settling down to waking up now and having breakfast. So bailing was good - it's more important i get to sleep in and relax than rush to get ready for beach - it would have also meant picking up food last night after work and i had stayed late at work. So....i did what i had to do and told my parents i'd see them next week for Father's Day. Beach was only because i had meant to go to them to pick up a hamster cage but i have decided on a different cage now.

150 cal from last night.

9am: kombucha Rose flavor so good! 50 and honey 50

10:30 i made an awesomely, very rich, chocolate oatmeal dish: oatmeal 150, almond milk 20, cocoa powder 100 (lots of it!), steiva, dried goldenberries 100, peanut butter 200, cinnamon: 550

2pm - 3pm late lunch after jog: cookie 250, ice cream 170, and then healthy sauteed veg when i got home lol yes weird 200: 650 tops

1550 (goal for today is for approx 2050 cal). tomorrow is now a rest day, no gym, taking the day off and also taking off the gym until thursday - hopefully should will heal up by then bc i have a pulled muscle). 


also tomorrow probably just going to Home Depot to buy a huge plastic bin for my hamster coming later this month (as soon as i have all the materials for the cage - ordered some cute things online!)

I pulled a muscle in my shoulder last night accidentally moved too fast :/ .... so, i will be doing less gym this coming week or probaby skipping it & taking a break - to let my body have some rest, YES.

6:30am Home: honey & kombucha 100

8am Breakfast at work: wrap 100, pb 200, sf jelly small amount, cinnamon, coffee 50 = 350. oh and a smallish banana 120.

11am: Snack: egg & oatmeal cookie 200? i may skip the snack, again, trying....and just eat an early lunch & snack in PM of a cookie is what i'd like to do! egg

Lunch: Leftovers from last night's chinese yum and some soy meats 250. the leftover chinese is Chop Suey - this place cooks it EXTRA well! lots of veg, light sauce, very tasty like 400 tops for chop suey i hope! it was a lot of food. 

100 cal chocolate on way home :-) 1 really tasty white chocolate truffle

Microwave meal for dinner. microwave meal was 450, lots of greens with it 200, and desert of strawberries 50. 700

2200 total. 

2092 7-day = at least i'm in the 2000's and i think it should be my goal to average in the 2000's for now.

(and 150 cal more of ice cream after dinner, calories will be tacked onto tomorrow's total)


I hope my shoulder improves so i can do keep lifting weights....most probably taking sunday off completely from gym - and trying to jog tomorrow bc sunday will be too hot for it (95) and i prefer outdoor exercise to the treadmill right now.


Thankful i guess for a quiet day at work - just ordered everything my Hamster will need. Her name will be GG...short for Gym Girlie!

She's going to be a female bc they are easier to care for...and are less fussy about what time you play with them (hamsters are nocturnal). I spend around $100 on the accessories and stuff. I just need a water bottle.

I found that after taking a 4 day hiatus from weight training that when I went back to it, it was a really good workout. You might want to try taking a week (or 2) off and see what happens... It's a process.
