2/19 Saturday -

9:30am? Breakfast: cocoa oats package 150, golden raisins 150; coffee blended with almond milk/tiny banana 150 tops;and 5 gummy vitamins, calories included with coffee drink. 450.

11:30 Snack: the gummies above; small tahini bar 100. 

2pm-4pm volume-lunch: leftover chinese veggies, like 3-4 cups, not too much sauce but some. 400, gummies real 120, gummies low sugar 100, later cookies 230..total here 850 or so.

6pm light sunkist mini cookies, 150. (while doing taxes, not wanting to have dinner right now)..

8:30pm light eating after taxes done, maybe bed soon who knows: pretzels, plaintains  250.

2am middle of night hungry / cannot sleep 100 choc

4pm ish - decided to start & finish TAXES today! i really want to know what the $ result will be. -finished around 8pm; didn't work straight, but it still took awhile as usual. anyways, i have one form missing, so will contact union tomorrow...but i have most of my taxes done,99%, except entering the amount on a form which is not a main form, just supplemental amount, so taxes shouldn't change too much after i get the form :)

Full Body Weights tonight is best...but not sure i'm up to it... - not up to it. legs feel "on fire" but i feel it's mental. i just want to rest today & bed early.  if i'm not taking days off with work, it seems working out just needs extra days off..ah well. it's ok..maybe i'll skip weights until MONDAY.

Will be home today; all day. chilly day. Cardio rest day.

Might go out to wipe off car with just water/towels; bc i had washed it earlier this week, but a big rain storm made it look like i never cleaned it - but should be easy to wipe off grime from only one day of rain...easier than cleaning off a whole month of grime all over the car...done!

2/20 Sunday -

If i am up early, i'll do some quiet reading in AM...

Get gas in car...then go to Richie.

Leave apt approx 10:30am to go to "Cousin R" today :)  (he's my 3rd cousin, but i have no 1st cousins that i am in touch with, so he's def 'my cousin!').  We'll get pizza & take it back to his apt to eat. It is a cold day; so, i do not think we're going anywhere. I was thinking to change the plans to tomorrow when it's warmer, maybe eat the pizza outside, but it will be only 50F Monday and that's still a little chilly - and i already have some plans tomorrow too and don't  want to complicate my schedule or the scheduled chat with Joyce. It is what it is ;)

Supermarket after richie: bananas, potatoes for baking?, or bread, fruit - clementines and/or berries, frozen waffles/pancakes if on sale, frozen veggies,  spinach...sautee it with beans...also cauliflower to roast.., buy a pepper, small grape tomatoes..

cut up the huge english cucumber or it's going to go bad...pack it in a few containers, ready to eat with some dressing added.

OSHA 1hr + - after Richie, in evening...(not sure i want to force OSHA today, may read not sure)

seems i'm going to skip weights until tomorrow.

I totally agree to put off weights if you're not "feeling it", even if it *might* be mental. We need to pay attention to mental fatigue too. It's not laziness or "falling off the wagon". It's respecting boundaries and limitations. Plus, it's no fun to do something you're not really feeling like doing, is it?

Oh I forgot that your 3-day weekend is this weekend. Wow, that came up fast! Too fast! (lol) That's wonderful!

So the certificate program is the real deal? I mean, you've enrolled officially? I'm so glad you don't have to take economics. Ugh, I took that many years ago and it was so boring. I think it was macroeconomics. I think that I may have found microeconomics to be more interesting. Anyway, sounds like you have a good plan for yourself, and I'm excited to hear all about it when you start.

right? i think the older we get, the more we have to settle with LISTENING to our bodies and take longer breaks between workouts, perhaps! i also know that if i get in 2-days a week, it is substantial...and its sorta simple to build up any lost strength with a couple of good 3-day weeks after....

yes, these weeks are just flying. it's the last 3-day weekend until end of Spring, Memorial day at end of May!!! i may need to take a day or so in March or i think i'm going to get wiped out...also to stay on par with exercise, taking a day or two in March would be good for me...I def have the days to take, since i saved around 7 of them to be paid if i don't take them :)

I am NOT officially enrolled, but been emailing the advisor and I did officially apply. It is more on the management end/psychology end i guess you an say...rather than the math/business end. the reason that's ok is simply this is more what my gears are in now...i am not going to be an accountant or do more in math, according to my goals. so i'm just taking courses i never took in the past that can help me now and in future because the courses (as you see above) are relatable to most jobs, wherever you work, they relate. they are like universal types of courses. very good. i know i'll learn a little from each course; and that's sufficient for me! also, being that my bachelors and masters are in music ed/conducting; completing these courses makes me feel a lot better about myself - like i studied a little for the area of work i'm in now.

yeah, there were no prereqs because the program is so much management based and not math/business based! crazy. only program like it around; aside from a few really short programs that i'm not going to look into anymore. they were with notre dame/cornell.i just feel weird taking them and putting those on my resume...just sounds off...

so i'm taking this program; it should go fast. i'm sure it will be a challenge to pull off with work; but i have the vaca days to use to help me get the work done when i need to; also the courses are in summer and fall only so there's more days off around those months to get the studies in...rather than Springtime.

ummm, i am excited. i'm def going through with it, this certificate program. it's also the shortest one comparing the city universities to the state universities. it was the best program for my needs to do. and i think the only one without prereqs.

2/18 Friday - Rainy morning; so no walking before work. :) That's ok!

!!!! Maybe last 1-2 hour(s) of my workday today do OSHA30hr course !!!!...accidentally left headphones in car...will need to get them - will go at lunch when it's quiet...can't take course without headphones.... ran out of time, was doing my work

Breakfast: banana and coffee 150; croissant with a light veg spread inside from coworker 200. 350.

9/10am Snacks: pb 100, keto cookies decent 100

11:30 snacks another keto cookie i'm using up at work, grapes 100

Lunch:   veggies and tofu 250 maybe skip the carb part bc cake; cake part 150, whipped cream 150, cannoli vanilla/chocolate part 150...700.

Snacks:

Dinner: something at home...noodle soup or other type...but maybe takeout - chinese! bc i will be driving right near this restaurant to get my passport photo taken..jumbo shrimp 150, lot of veggies and some sauce 250 tops, rice 200, gummies low sugar 100. 700

30 min walk after work before driving home. tons of traffic, but a walk in the sun was worth it!

After work: Drive to CVS by my home to get passport photo taken;done!!!! then go home; maybe some bike at home.  OSHA back at home...we'll see. 

(last night i had a mini sf cheesecake for dinner, it was small from bakery that i went to to get coworker's bday cake). i also walked 1.5 miles after work last night back near my home; so nice.

Yes, i picked it up and was given money for that; it's called an Italian bday cake - inside is choc/vanilla cannoli cream/outside whipped cream. :)

his name is Roman....so cake says "Roman Empire" and for his bday, it's in Roman numerals haha.

"A walk in the sun was worth it" -- YES!!!! I think I would agree with that, and I hate traffic and stressful driving. I feel like, especially in winter months, we have to grab those beautiful days when we can, even if it skews a schedule a little bit.

I think our European market calls this a cannoli cake. And it is definitely worth having a slice of it. The really nice thing about a cannoli cake (or Italian B-Day cake) is that you don't really want to eat a lot of it. A slice is delicious and satisfying. I hope it was a happy celebration for you all.

also, i do prefer knocking out a walk in the sun at 3:30 or 4pm before a drive home, even if there's more traffic, being out walking at that time a day is my preference. give and take. the walk after sitting all day, before driving home, seems to be worth it most! :)

Write back to Advisor Scull about starting THIS SUMMER with the ACM Certificate program. need to write a detailed email about why so important to start in Summer vs waiting to fall...and you all know - the faster i complete the program, the better...make a full plan on what semester i am doing each course per her email; skipping the Spring '23 semester since i'm traveling and with work - i ain't doing work/travel/Grad class...happy to start ahead of time, in the summer....this is goingto work out really well. I will be done with the courses by December 2023.

 2/17 Thursday - Supposed to 60F (heat wave) without rain so far; 

Will try to leave on time to get a few minutes of walking before work starts.

After Work:

1. just walk at park before driving home...it's too nice to skip. don't even need a jacket. over 60F, sunny.

1st - pick up Cake for someone's bday at work; i pick up; but will be paid back for cake :) check if it needs refrigeration....

2nd - and candles at dollar store...'48'...if time....not in mood for an extra trip, but, its ok...and today is the nice weather day LOL.

3rd - walk outside by my apt - after i bring the cake up to my apt - check if it needs regrigeration with the bakery...

[prob skipping OSHA to try and read a book OR JUST RELAX!!!!!!...too much running around today to have to do the course.]


2/18 Friday - Try and get in walking before starting work :) that means making a bigger effort to leave the apt earlier...!

Yesterday was around 50F and the breeze was warm. Even though it was gray and drizzley at times, it was delightful to be outside walking. It is cold again here today. I don't know if you'll get any of the snow storm that is passing through here this evening.

So while it never got to 60F over here, please enjoy it for those of us who are colder today :-D

You’re going to Central America?!!! How exciting! Never been anywhere nearer than Tijuana. Visited France, England & Spain. Always meant to return when I had more time and money and now that I do I have 8 fish tanks, 2 dogs, 4 cats, & 2 pet birds. major hassle to train and get a live in. We have a few times, but involves flying out relative/close friend from California.

Travel while you’re young and unencumbered!

yes, having pets does affect travel ! i thought about that yesterday at park seeing people walk their dogs...and how now is not the right time for that for me!

My daughter's boyfriend's roommate is leaving for Central America soon. He loves to travel. The Mortgage Guy who used to work in our office (but now works remotely full-time) loved Costa Rica so much that they bought a plot of land to build their retirement home on.

Yes, travel while you're young and unencumbered for sure!

Lunch: my sauteed veggies 150 from last night that i made yay; mom's bean soup 200? /rice 200....550, gum.

5:15-5:45pm Dinner:..i think a leftover thai veggie soup mostly a somewhat spicy broth very good 100, added  in a good amount of tofu 100, rice 150...350....jackfruit - lol, just got more 100.

9pm oats and honey granola bar 120.

yeah, instead of for a soup, i made a sautee quickly last night before the zoom meeting.

i sauteed a green pepper, some escarole leaves bc i have a ton, shallot, eggplant, and mushrooms. added a bunch of spices and garlic.

  • Apply for Fall Semester 2022 Start -  Advanced Certificate in Management Online, City University of New York [CUNY] before April 15th?...check and confirm the prereqs i need - which are actually more important than the Advanced Cert and may be the only courses I even end up taking?...mostly for my knowledge,  a 9 credit program; plus prereqs either way. - 2.14.22 reached out asking if both programs require the same.   i can finish the 3 course program while i'm still working at this job, hopefully, which is my plan.  and these courses relate to my job now as well as being regular types of business courses good for personal / life knowledge, like the Accounting course was.  Also, management courses are good for techniques as a worker/regular employee, even if i do not become a manager. the program is good for anyone; especially as it's rather concise in that it's 3 courses and not 11 or so like the Masters.  Probable prereqs are...Accounting I (which i did last summer), economics, statistics.
  • This is Management program not a definite, but a maybe; as i also have plans in February 2023 to travel with french friend in Central America; so will be interesting to manage coursework with work and travels.  I still have a lot to think about.
  • FINISH OSHA30hr course around Mid-March prior to doing Taxes! = one thing at a time!

2/15 Tuesday Did 15 min walk before work. Very cold, but 15 min is great for a little movement and you don't get very cold in 15 min!

After work #1 do some OSHA (back at home if time permits)  before the Union Club Meeting..did it for 45 solid minutes! DONE!

7pm - Union Club affiliated remote meeting; - bike a little on stationary during online meeting if i am inclined.


Still catching up on the THREE compliance items i am working on: still, none are done yet!!!! 

1. (January Covid Payroll), is nearing completion and should be done 11am or earlier :) (this must get done and February will soon follow. I am usually done by the 10th of the following month, but behind this time due to other conflicting work tasks) - still in progress bc of additions at last minute...typical with what happens when you do a project ;) no worries! in some ways, the more work i have, the better!..will finish Wednesday, at lunch?, on my end...

2. the other should be done by 2pm (S/V Covid Compliance); will finish Wednesday end of day on my end....

3. and the third will take several days (Revised Vax/Boost Spreadsheets with complete dates several separate lists as well)...will restart and my goal is to finish by end of February.

It's been quite cold here too, but we are getting a warm-up on Wednesday --- with rain. Still I don't let the cold stop me from walking at lunchtime. If it's not raining too hard, I may still walk outside.

did 15min of OSHA at home :)...from around 5:30 and not consistant until around 6:15,which is why it's only 15min...another reason  to be very efficient rather than start to browse the web during OSHA!

Happy Valentines Day!!!! I have to be honest, I'm in a relationship and I'm not feeling it either. You have the right approach though, that we can do things to love ourselves. Even a small kind gesture, like putting lotion on dry legs or arms, are nice to do/feel. A pleasant flavor of tea... A nice stretch... A good book or movie... :-)

I noticed on your agenda that you changed your walk today to weight training, but that you also have weight training for tomorrow. Ooo, how about doing a upper/lower body split today & tomorrow!! :-)

Totally different, but I’ve been buying lots of books on tropical East African fish on Amazon and forgot about eBay. Have done this before & always feel like a dope. But did indeed find an excellent selection of used books on eBay, including a $85 one for $25. Fish forum peeps raving over this title. Said it weighs 4 kilograms (many Brits and others who use metric system on forum) so that like about 9 pds! Hopefully lots of colored plates.

Several smaller books by different authors and the huge one. Suspect it combines much of the info in the other books. But I’m getting some good prices and love the pics! These fish can be very difficult to ID. It takes a trained eye. Someone posted a fish at the forum, asking for an ID. I said it looked similar to my female Blue Dragon peacock cichlid & got a big lecture from some old fart about how my fish wasn’t even close. LOL. The same size grey fish with pale blue stripes. Some of the old timers there get snotty. But most are helpful

4pm Snacks: enjoyed an entire 200 cal chocolate bar while doing OSHA after parents stopped by in a surprise visit today to give me a soup and dad helped me with the lights over my couch... :)

I will be finished with it by end of March or very early April is my goal.

Do whole body strength exercises - evening..actually skipping exercises; will change plans and tomorrow do strength in the evening....by 6pm i had showered...and just want to lay low and go to bed early tonight rather than do strength exercises. yesterday was a pretty active day at beach anyways.

(Start filing taxes....only a maybe) - it's too early to officially send it in as i get a lot of different documents due to the union which sends many separate docs...although nobody's stopping me from getting organized with it..

make the cream of mushroom soup - with the silkin tofu i found at the store.....looking forward because this soup will be a protein soup! this i'd have to give boss LOL. really though; and maybe tell coworkers i made it and who would like to try it....give all...found super fresh mushrooms at store this past friday :) -- may wait a couple days to make this...until Wednesday night.


Believe it or not, i'm STILL thinking about the Accelerated degree or second masters in business administration / management for myself / my resume...i'd prob take off the master's in Music Ed and just keep the accelerated (3 course) degree...would take me 1.5 years if i do a course each semester...i think i want it; for my own good/education reinforcement of good business practices...after everything going on at work, i do think it could be useful to me, very useful...like i said, it's only 3 courses...i am going to look into it when i'm done with the OSHA30 mandatory course...i think it could be extremely useful for my resume even for the courts, and taking the music masters off since it is unrelated. keeping everything else like my paralegal studies, bachelors degree, etc...and just a higher ed course in management (or whatever way online it is offered/refered to as...) Without paying for it, i'm having a hard time studying anything else on my own...but what i learn in these courses will be useful both now and in the future.

  • Courts - reading / studying the test format & sample questions.  tests prob in Late 2022 -  2023. This is in progress; to continue working on these during long weekends in 2022... REVIEW WHAT BOOKS I HAVE AND IF THEY MATCH THE CODES / LAWS TESTED FOR COURT CLERK/SENIOR COURT CLERK (WILL BE STUDYING IN ADVANCE TO FAMILIARIZE, INCLUDING MAKING FLASH CARDS IN 2022).  BUY NEW STUDY GUIDES IF NEEDED FOR LAWS / CODES I AM MISSING.
  • Renew Passport - go to CVS or place to take passport photo that needs to be mailed in..

10am Breakfast: leftover piece of banana 50, 1 small honey cake choc covered 50, coffee with a coconut milk 50,peach oatmeal 150, with added raisins 150. 450. good.

Noon Snacks: will bring some for walk with parents...granola/protein bar 200 and large pretzel 100

3:15pm pm In car as parents went food shopping I waited relaxed in car- Snacks gummies and chocolate 150

4pm Pop chips 100

5pm or so Early Dinner: lg salaad w olive oil/balsamic,salt,pepper, garlic 150, serving olive oil roasted brussel sprouts so good! 150, slice bread 100, sauteed spinach 100, serving chilean sea bass (yes, my mom cooks like a michelan restaurant chef!) 300...800 and large orange for dessert 100. 900

(Bosses will have LOTS of meetings at work today...should be another good day therefore for me to get more caught up with my work which is far from being complete...two things in particular;both pertaining to compliance...)

Yes I’m really lucky with 3 day weekends/ holidays in all months September thru February, May and July :) there’s at least a day each month! Just no paid days off in the months of March/April/June/August (unless we take a sick/vacation)

I wanted this comment to be separate in case you want it deleted.

If I may offer this, based on my experiences (which also means biases), and from knowing you, I believe that much of Older Lady's behaviors stem from jealousy. You are younger, attractive, and co-workers like you, especially the higher ups. Those 3 things are enough to be envied. Her behavior seems to me to be very resentful.

If this is the case, then, that she is jealous of you, then there is not much you can do, without taking away who YOU are. This is her issue.

You have to be true to yourself, most of all. You can definitely avoid interactions with Older Lady -- after all, who wants to deal with a grouch? (That's what we're all doing with New Gal, by the way.) Think of all the energy she is spending being negative, being hostile (by not responding to you). She's not winning anyone over with that kind of behavior, that's for sure.

I would try hard not to stoop to meet her level.

Hope you have a nice walk with your parents...... Maybe it is just me...but I would not do any complaining about the other woman........This is exactly why men would rather work with other men than women...men can not stand crying and whining and tattling....They can't stand dealing with womens changing emotions.....they work on a totally different set of rules and women confuse them. They probably have enough of that at home....and they seriously dislike it at work. I always try to err on the side of being a bigger person and move on and deal with it......if she chooses to ignore you then don't ask her anything other than some specific aspect about actual work. I guarantee you that the boss doesn't want to hear it. Like I said....maybe it's just me but I believe in keeping personal differences out of work...doing my job as it was supposed to be done and then heading home to my real life.....I believe in keeping work life and real life separate....That way I could give 100% to each of them.

I guess I should also say that my generation and the one before mine were different then more recent generations.......I guess we are out of style for todays life........because I don't really see the same way of thinking today. So I guess todays job places are just different than what I am familiar with...so my opinions above may very well not apply today. It truly is a different world right now.

2/11/22 Fri - HAPPY FRIDAY!! YAY!!

Breakfast: banana fresh and coffee 150, largish half of one of those supersize muffins. with some nuts and cranberries. 300. from coworker bc i do not buy these things. so good. free, nice breakfast. i always take advantage of the free food, most usually before eating any of my own breakfasts lol!!!!

Snacks: nut butter, 200

Lunch:  while doing OSHA course; ,frozen seasoned nice veggies 150; pork sausage 200, toasted wrap or half croissant if any left 150. candies & gum 50.

Snacks before settling down at work to do OSHA 30hr course: 

Dinner: leftovers from takeout which i cannot go back to that restaurant, was unimpressive!...lots of the curry veggies,they did give a ton which was good in the end; some of the curry too; 400,jackfruit 100, a rich single serving flan i found at supermarket tonight 250. (went there to get some fresh veggies, mostly). 750.

about the dinner.....usually i love thai, but this restaurant was thai fusion - a mix of many cuisines with extra, EXTRA dishes...and it showed, they cannot make everything well!  instead of a nice dipping sauce that they make, it was a side of plain jar hoison sauce, nothing added to it. veggies were poor quality and overcooked also. nothing was spectacular. glad i checked on that restaurant bc it's closest to me and i was wondering how i had forgotten about it...this must be why!

After Work: Do OSHA 30 min up to an hour; depending on how i feel (and since no cardio today after doing the course, i may try for an hour, but, it's totally up to me with this course as it's not a rush).  it may also depend on when everyone leaves this office; as i do not want to remain here last if everyone goes home.  :-D

Home: stationary bike at home 20 min? - MAYBE. could be a day of rest. lately, i need like 48 hrs to recover well with legs from walks - and that is OK! a boss was telling me when he was getting into running, it took him 48 hrs or something also...so, since i took so much time off walking, if my body seems to need 48hrs, that is ok by me...


2/12/22 Sat -

?? pick up mushrooms at supermarket if they are any good at supermarket, plus a good price. at the other supermarket end of this past week, they were not great quality and overpriced compared to other stores. - not sure i'm going to do this

2/14/22 - Valentine's Day Monday! 

On Monday -Take a look at Executive's schedule; decide based on it if there's a good time to ask him to get involved with Older Lady coworker who cannot act mature with me at work...on Friday,we were supposed to be the last time leave; i wanted to know if i was staying later than her. I asked her (in front of two men) what time she was staying until, she ignored me. I asked so I knew who'd stay later...she made it difficult...one man decided to stay until we both left....because of her / difficulty communicating.she doesn't realize how difficult she is to be around; and i'd like her to stop. i want to ask  him to help me end these issues i'm having with her; since she can't grow up and she is continuing to make more issues...i may change my mind, not ask him to get involved, but i am leaning towards knowing how he likes me/my attitude and using that to help me get out of a bad situation.

Why not take another rest day today? It's the end of a busy week, and a little more rest will set yourself up for a better weekend. That's my vote, anyways :-)

Keep chipping away at the OSHA. It'll be nice once it's finished.

i did rest, especially since i actually moved around at work bc other coworker's job includes more movement lol.

I didn't do OSHA, because i had to do "real work" working a little extra to organize myself. and that's ok...since i have more than enough time to do it :)

Why not cut your exercise times down to a few minutes....you could work yourself back up to longer times when you wanted......I think for myself ( which of course I am no where near as physically fit as yourself)...but I would rather do an exercise for 10 minutes then not at all...even 5 minutes...then I often just feel like going longer...but if I don't do it at all...then I have a tendency to put it off for many days.

once i'm out walking, i enjoy it. yesterday felt good the walk, but today sore...

i was trying to keep it down to half hour, but got "tempted" to going further...so that's what i did....

you have a point, try not to do too much...and i'm trying. today i should rest bc sore.

If you're body is feeling stressed, give it some rest! If you feel good but just a bit tired from the long workweek, try to get a little movement in today. No goals, just walk around a bit and see how it feels. Get some fresh air.

I think you made an excellent choice to rest last night instead of OSHA or walking or bike riding.

I urge you to delay asking for mediation with dealing with Older Lady. The higher ups like you -- don't test that. I see no good coming from such a meeting. Older Lady will only resent you more. Maybe she just doesn't like you -- can't do anything to change that. Maybe she's extremely jealous of you -- that's on her. Maybe she's got her own issues that she's dealing with -- don't add to her burden.

I've been able to turn around relationships at previous and current workplaces, and you both may be able to do the same, on your own. Even Queen Bee, whom I do not like, I will acknowledge that she knows her stuff and quite often she's very right about her assessments.

On the other hand, you may be in a situation more like Male Co-Worker and Associate Attorney. MCW finally acknowledged that he hates AA more than ever, and there's no real good reason for that. He said just this week (Thursday, I think) that he realizes this is HIS problem and will need to talk to his therapist to work through it.

I guess my point is that sometimes on our own, we can make work relationships work. And sometimes it's just not meant to be, but we can still co-exist and do the work.

Snacks: pb 100 & cranberry regular granola bar 100.

Lunch: clementine 50, veggies not much that i sauteed 100, whole pork sausage 200, half large croissant from another coworker great eats over here! 200...550...

Dinner: I should really bite the bullet, open a canned soup, and have it!....and if not that; some other add water and heat type of meal, like ramen. easy night after OSHA/cardio/drive home......

splurged yet again, takeout. a thai restaurant i haven't had in years  that i had forgotten about. didn't think it was quality. they have a huge menu so i guess they aren't good making everything, idk. 

summer wraps with chicken/shrimp and quite a bit of noodles dipped in boring hoison sauce with nothing added to the sauce to make it unique 350, some veg from the curry dish and some broth from the soup (lots of leftovers) 150, jackfruit 100.  i think that's it.

OMG back to the soup topic: Male Co-Worker just posted another YouTube video with him making soup for dinner!!! I'm going to ask him if soup is the only thing he had to eat.

I could have soup for dinner, but I would have to have 4 bowlfuls before I felt full and satisfied. That helps no one.

same. at least 2 cups to fill the stomach...and cannot be JUST liquid...must have some veggies/protein in those 2 cups.

lately, i don't even want to open the can! lol....but tonight, it may all work out...

...otherwise, i'll end up making use of the cans on the weekend; when i'm more relaxed.

1 cup can't really be filling; since a full stomach is usually 2 cups of volume...

send me a link to him making soup!!!!!
