woke up slightly early with big appetite.  I had healthy things and was even craving healthy food.

breakfast: beanitos chips made of black beans and oil around 240, strawberries 80, egg/eggwhites with tomatoes and few leaves spinach 200: 520, good.

snack: thinking a decaf coffee with milk?? 70 or so

snack: bar 210

lunch: tofu with spinach and avocado....chips? 550. turkey wrap with tomato, lettuce, mustard, diet coke. 500

1300, excellent.

dinner: almonds 150, Israeli salad 200?, veggies 50, fruit 80: 500 at most.

1800, want to sleep and not exercise...

snack right after dinner: bean chips.

around 2050 cal.

 NO EXERCISE tonight. going to bed early. 

Progress as of today: 2 lbs lost so far, only 5 lbs to go!

so far so good. trying to strike up the motivation to get to the pool :-D  it's already 7:30pm and I am so pooped but I do always feel better when I go...

calories so far: 1600...

snack when I get home after pool :-) half hour.

decided on no snack after pool. enough is enough. i'm not even hungry enough and bedtime is better.

Guess on my current weight (I will NOT weigh myself anytime in the near future bc it will both upset me and cause a binge I know it) probably around 128-130.

Good Morning :-) Starting to catch up sleep again :-)

breakfast: 1/4 avocado 80, strawberries 30, oatmeal with almond milk 220: 330 :-D

snack: slimfast chocolate shake 200

snack: bar 200

730...

lunch: spinach 20, tofu 150, chips 150, avocado 80: 400, good...but I feel I won't be satisfied...

snack: almonds 150

1850 or so after dinner....but it was all sautéed veggies...

trying to get to the gym soon :-D, I got a little held up but for only good things :-)

150-200 cal after the gym, decent.

total: around 2050, decent.

exercise didn't go well, I had an off day. but I did abs and upper body, no legs. legs hurt.

breakfast: 400: egg, avocado on whole wheat hamburger bun, strawberries, almond milk.

Overall, around 1900. very successful day.

exercise: half hour of swimming.

tomorrow I am undecided if I will be doing weights or swim.

Complete & healthy breakfast: strawberries 100, whole wheat hamburger roll with one egg and large piece avocado 310, 2% greek yogurt 150: 560 excellent.  This breakfast had fruit, grain, meat, milk, and even veggie/fat. so there ya go!

food at Bris:

I have a function to go to it starts at 10a.  It's a bris for a newborn baby boy and quite an event with a large reception and lots of food just like a wedding.  I know there will be healthy food there and that's my plan, to eat healthy and tasty food.  The bris is maybe 30-45 min away.  After it, I plan to come back home, change at home, then go straight to the gym.  After, I will go to the pool.  Nobody's gonna stop me & I need to do this.  After all of this, I'll come home & have dinner & read.  I don't think I even need to go food shopping as I have a lot of food still! So, I will skip food shopping today! :-D yay.

ok, so, I did have a bit more at the bris, at we ate at 10:30 ugh too early lol!

total food before 12:45: 1100

snack at 12:45 before gym: very healthy shake! cup almond milk 30, spinach 30, banana small 120: 180, good.

total so far: 1300 or so.

snack during gym (upper body weights, abs, pushups) will be a protein shake, 200.

snack after gym will be small frozen yogurt 150 or so., swam for a half hour

1650...

dinner: sautéed broccoli rabb around 200, tofu 100, bean chips 150, strawberries 100 = 550 and so tasty!

2200 :-)

Feeling good this AM :-)

7am Big breakfast: strawberries 50, bean chips 150, whole wheat hamburger bun 150, 1/4 avocado 80, egg 80, Greek yogurt 150: 660

10 snack: coconut water with pineapple frozen fruit bar 60, cucumber with some dressing around 50, cottage cheese 90. 200 = good!

11:30 snack: almonds 160, apricot 40 = 200, good.

1060, decent...off to swim. laying low today, trying to get my legs to heal, then literally coming back to read. will get nails done and dinner (will be curry with maybe fish and brown rice at a thai place!) with best friend later.

I do feel fat, gross, and can't wait to exercise & walk for as long as I'd like to...right now still can't walk at all for exercise as my bones are plenty unhealed....really I can't believe this mess I put myself in.

1:45pm snack after swim: 2 small apricots: 60

2:30pm biggish lunch: lots of spinach 60, cooked veggies 80, tofu 100, and 2.5 or more of bean chips (they are the healthiest chip there is! - made of black beans and oil hardly even any salt!) 380: around 620, decent, but a tad high considering I had a lot of food earlier, too..

dinner will be out, I won't overeat :-D around 2250 -  good. healthy with a bit much of brown rice, some curry with veggies and calamari, veggie soup with tofu.

Good Morning & Happy Friday :) After eating breakfast, I'm nauseas. 

Breakfast: strawberries 50, bean chips 150, avocado 80. around 300.

feeling much better now at home after work :-D

total cal including dinner: 1750, probably a snack after swimming later. gonna get to the pool soon for a half hour :-D

around 2000. perfecto day!

swimming was about 35 min.

Taking one of my vacation days today to catch up on things I need to get done:

 1. Done. Research to see if there's a good housekeeping service in the area - I would use it once a month for a little extra cleaning in my apartment It would probably be around $90-$120 per month.  done - Appointment set for Saturday the 8th at 9am.  I want to obviously be here for the initial appointment. :-)

2. Done Also, I need to put more money on my laundry card & ask about getting extra apt keys made.

3. Done Get an extra apt key made now? (one of the keys is not allowed to be duplicated, but the other is...) I may have to order the front door key to the building from housing.

3. Done Pick up housing car garage paperwork

3. Done. paperwork to get health copays reimbursed & drop it off at the union hall

4.  Done I also plan for a good weights routine at the gym.  All in all, I should try to remain off my legs when I can & relax. Maybe go swimming, too.

5. Done and happening soon! clean apt a little bit.  Guy friend is coming over to go or order in dinner tonight - low key, I do have work tomorrow

6:30am Breakfast: bean chips, 2 servings 300, whole wheat hamburger bun 150, 1 egg & 1/2 cup egg whites with some flax seed oil spray 150, a plum tomato 30 and spinach 30. almond milk 80: 750 or so, good. ooooh, and I originally had 2 apricots....around 800. A bit high, but healthy & I feel good to start the day.

9:30am snack: 2% greek yogurt with cinnamon and coconut stevia 150

11am snack: nuts and fruit: 150 or so.

snacks in afternoon: 1pm-3pm protein shake 200, 3pm frozen yogurt 200: 

1500...good and perfect amount before dinner :-D

dinner: healthy...was at a thai restaurant by me.  my stomach was bothering me, so even though I ordered a healthy curry dish with veggies and fish (damn they fried it!) I mostly had the brown rice and dipped it in the curry sauce.  lately, then I get together with him, my stomach does flips and therefore I end up just eating carbs to settle it!

around 2000-2100. good.

breakfast: strawberries 50, whole wheat hamburger roll with 2 tablespoons sunflower seed butter 350: 450 and a few sprays of oil 420 total. woke up starving and weak.

snacking: 400 (muscle milk a new flavor around 200 and a protein bar around 200)

lunch: a bit too high, but healthy 700 or so (microwaved spinach, chicken drumstick and some extra meat, small slice avocado, small bag sun chips, small pickled with some oil and nuts eggplant from boss, small banana)

snack: big apple, some sugar free bad liquids (diet juice Snapple and another drink bad girl, but would rather not break this habit!) 150 or so.

dinner: tons of spinach (60?)  and carrots with a little sautee olive oil 100 at most?, and a wonderful 2% fage greek yogurt with a lot of cinnamon and some coconut stevia. nice. 310 or so.

2010...good, especially considering the higher calories earlier in the day, will probably have a snack tonight after swim.

snack after pool: got almost shaky and dizzy after swimming and also bc I left late, around 10pm...250 cal of a protein bar.

total cal 2250, decent!

exercise: 20 min swim, followed by the last beginner swim class :-) I will take a break from classes, probably until the fall. Or, I will sign up for the next adult level, but not go to every class...and I will make sure to take WEEKEND classes, no more during the week as 9pm is too darn late!

calories have been moderate today and exercise will be 30 minutes at pool (unmotivated to do anymore...would rather read & relax tonight!)

calories so far are 2000.

approx. 2200. success. (snack after swim was almond milk, cottage cheese, and an apricot)

 I told my boss I will not be working overtime until my legs improve more bc there are things I need to do for them after work and leaving late is not leaving me enough time.
