update about the "date" on Monday...

My regular guy that i've been seeing was coming by Monday evening to pick up some things he accidentally forgot on Sunday night.  We were texting and it was planned to go for ice cream.  He reached me at 8pm.  He said he was hungry...I realized he hadn't had dinner & told him that I felt bad that I had...but he said it's ok, that we could just get the frozen yogurt (as planned)...so, i still felt bad and suggested he could get a slice of pizza or something (but that i wouldn't be eating much or at all)...maybe i was being a little selfish but i don't think so as we didn't plan to go for dinner and i had eaten something it was already 8pm...there is much more to this story, it really goes downhill after all this, but I am too tired and lazy to write it right now :(

good morning :-D

finally slept through the night, but still needed to go to bed a hair earlier..

breakfast: whole grain bagel 230 with smart balance spread 30, 2 hard boiled eggs 140, milk 130: 530, good.

snack: whole grain bagel and smart balance.

around 800

lunch: tortilla with chicken/beef/rice...

1400 after a decent, healthier, lunch.

200 dried peas...from boss :-(

1600

been craving more protein since last night...

2250 total cal, bed soon.

full weights routine.

Hey I for one do not think that you are selfish..My BF's schedule is all over the place( not only is he a night owl, he owns two art galleries) and so is his meals..

Sometimes I feel like a freak for not wanting to eat as late as he does but he understands and I always make sure he eats when he stays over..He also understands that my Am workouts are non negotiable. I will either nosh on veggies or have a glass of vino with him when he comes over late night..

Anyhoo so happy you got in a good night's sleep :)

breakfast: small banana120, almond butter 200, smart balance on hamburger bun 150, milk 130, some bran 40: 640

snack: bar 210

lunch: rice, chicken, some sqash, some pickled cucumber: 550

snack: banana, shake or yogurt??: 300 at most

1700..

snack: around 150

dinner: 450 or so

pool for almost a half hour, slow motion, resting a lot.

I am still recovering from a horrible almost date last night.  just the anxiety of it all kept me from getting a good night's sleep. hoping tonight I finally pass out till the morning...

breakfast: whole grain cereal 160 with an almond milk drink 50, small banana 100, cottage cheese 90: 400, good.

snacking: milk and protein bar 350

my plan is to skip the pool tonight & come home for a short walk/have dinner or do it in reverse and eat first. read. go to bed early...or it's really gonna be a rough week.  I already didn't sleep well last night...

well, change of plans, getting maybe frozen yogurt with the guy tonight...ok, the night ended before it began. weirdest "date" ever. I will perhaps update soon, it was rather shocking, caught me totally off guard. if I am happy about one thing, it's that i'll be in bed soon.

snack: hamburger bun with some smart balance spread and almond butter. around 300.

total: 2150. good. at least I know I can sleep well tonight & will not wake up hungry.

calorie average, past 3 days = 2266. not great, but decent.

exercise today: 35-40 minute walk.

breakfast: decided to eat a whole bag of black pepper pea chips 420. followed by a hamburger roll 120 with a small banana 120 and almond butter 160: 820, not great if I want to lose weight, but filling?! not sure why I feel the need to set myself up for failure, calories and bloating for sure, but to be better by later...

10am snack: strawberries 130, cooked potatoes/squash 100

12:30 healthy lunch: chicken white meat on hamburger roll with some smart balance spread 300 at most.

1350, good.

who knows, maybe around 2050. good. :-) 2170 (2 peaches around 2am?!)

so, today's calories balance with yesterdays....even better. :-)

had dinner with the guy and watched the movie, which was just ok.  he stayed just a little while after...looking forward to going to work, walking a short walk after, and having an early, very early, night on Monday.  I am planning on skipping the pool tomorrow & would like just a short walk at lunch and after work at home.

Been a strange night.  Up from like 2-6. then back to sleep for a little bit.  I am a little to busy today, hence the sleeping problems last night anticipating today...8:30am I have a dermatologist apt, then I picked up a very unique bouquet of flowers for my parents for tonight and even gave it to them this morning (all of this was about 40 min away from where I live) did a little food shopping at a fancy food store, returned a product to a gardening store, back here for lunch and chilling out/reading, then to the pool for a 45 minute swim class, followed by rest of food shopping, cleaners, back here to change for family dinner back home driving again about 40 minutes there! lots of events for one day. tomorrow is slower & then meeting up for dinner with the guy I have been seeing pretty steadily on mostly weekends for about 4 months now (and we have been seeing each other on and off for 6 years or so sometimes with long breaks..)

5am Breakfast: 600

snacking: 250

850, good so far...but stomach is more than weird bc I am running around, I know, and what I eat...not easy to break my habits.

12:30 healthy lunch: roasted with oil and some honey squash and some chicken breast: around 450.

snack 4pm: white hamburger roll with a little smart balance spread, trying to calm my stomach, so much gas, all my fault but I am so used to eating this way sometimes I cannot stop it so easily....150.

1450, perfect.

dinner: bbq special with family as we are meeting some of my sister's boyfriends Hungarian family here on vacation for the first time...soon he will be her fiancé...very special dinner tonight at my house that I should be getting ready for now :-) big healthy dinner, but a lot. and some dessert.

around 2500 today = success.

around 45 min swimming too :-)

hey happy Friday! could have used maybe an hour more of sleep...but, happy Friday :-) haha

Breakfast: almond milk, fiber one, banana: 300.

snack: milk, bar: 350

lunch: bean chips & tofu...I am dumb. so much gas after lunch! and almonds 700

snack: fruit/leftover tofu from lunch: 200 or so.

dinner;500

it was around 2000 cal. perfect.

2am snack Saturday morning, couldn't sleep, hungry, thinking about all the things I was planning to do today (Saturday....) 300

2300, fine.

got kicked out of the pool a few minutes early...someone once again pooped in it so they closed the pool :-(

almost a half hour of swimming :-)

goodnight ladies, will probably have some extra time tomorrow...to comment :)

breakfast: definitely sorta lost my appetite during it, but had some extra anyways. fiber one, milk, banana, cinnamon: around 400.

snack:bar 200

lunch: light sandwich 200, tofu 150, bean chips 150: 500 or so

snack: fruit/water/maybe almonds

pretty good day for sure :-)

around 1900 cal, good.

full upper body exercise.

ohhh good morning :-) off to the doctor later in the morning, then work. was able to sleep in a lil bit..went to do laundry & the machines wouldn't accept my card.  must see about that before the appointment at the building office! all is good, can't complain...then off to work, then therapy, then 1/2 hour swim :-) full day ahead.

breakfast: almond milk 120 at least lol, oatmeal 200, banana 130, English muffin with almond butter 250: oops, really, 700 shoot. didn't realize the muffin and peanut butter was over the top until I calculated everything....700.

2100 cal.

got the bone stimulator :-)

30 minutes swim.

bed a little late cause I stayed up for laundry...then a little reading.

HEY LADIES...

stomach is a bit weird, calories are good. 2 bananas already to settle...

calories since lunch: 1250...

20 min walk at lunch, tomorrow i get the bone stimulator...all is pretty good.

light dinner: 350

calories at gym: 250

calories after gym: approx. 200

perfect, 2050.

exercise: some light walking at lunch and full upper body weights routine at gym! awesome!

So many changes in your life also! NYPD?! How cool! I have 3 friends who are prior NYPD, talking it goes back to 2001. They are retired now though and living in different states LOL. I'm so happy for you that you have finally found the place you were meant to be! I hope your legs heal quickly also! And your tummy!

good day emotionally/physically. but bad with stomach/digestive issues. my fault, i had too much spinach last night...

calories so far: 1400 & basically healthy. :-)  i did have coffee, which needs to be replaced with almond milk or something else...I did have regular milk on my morning drive, as well. :-)

snack after work: maybe a banana & almonds: 300 or so...bc my stomach is not good/lots of gas...need to settle it. i did already have one banana at lunch, but i could use another...
