Hello! Slept in well after going to bed around 1am-2am :) Up around 10am. NICE!

Happy Saturday to all :-D

11am Brunch: ice cream of course Mint Chip and it's light ice cream a full pint 240 cal and chips 2 servings 260: 500, good.

1pm snack: fruit 50

2pm healthy lunch: chicken sausage 70 that was precooked but i grilled it up on the George Foreman Grill i have, then i had a small amount of potato 100, and bean sprouts sauteed 100?, and other greens 100. total here and all healthy: 400 tops which is really great. 

4pm before gym: 200

1150 :)

After gym: i doubt more than 600-650. excellent today.

1800 tops i think! :-) success.

Plans for today are NOT MUCH. really. just want to read and stuff. Laundry is done. GYM TONIGHT.  I was at gym really late thursday getting there around 6pm? but i will go a hair earlier tonight, 4:30pm or so probably i'll leave to drive there by 5.  I will be getting up early tomorrow to visit my parents / see my grandma.


Totally just booked my 1-night stay at Mohegan Sun!!!!!! April 29th...there's a fitness convention that weekend...so i'll be watchin' that ...and partying with two of my female friends....for one night the price was $350 ouchers!

but...i knew if i waited that i wouldn't be able to get even that price. so, i totally put it on my credit card. so bad...my friend that's staying over with me is paying $100. if anyone else joins us, they will also contribute, but i think it's only going to be me & her :-D in the room...and another coworker that actually lives around 20 min from Mohegan is going to meet us there to party.

I'd rather stay over the hotel than ask coworker to stay at her house for the experience of hotel...and if i meet anyone dancing....i don't always behave. Sorry if TMI. But i sometimes really like to party and be bad. Friend that is sharing the double bed room is ok with this...

VERY GRATEFUL to have this day off from work & be paid as a sick day #2 out of 5 days i have to use at my leisure until March 30th..

It was wonderful to get a full night of sleep, do some laundry now...and relax on my couch and not have to be at work!  Nice alone time, me time, relaxing time right now!

was lazy and instead of cooking a hot breakfast protein pancake, i had a ton of ice cream 320 cal (equals 1.5pints! of this lite but tasty stuff!) and raspberries 100. 420...is ok...

11am chips 200, 12pm light wrap with pepperoni and mustard 200.

snacking couple pieces jerky 30,

3pm small pepper 20, bar 130

1,000, decent....time to go out to the park...as planned!!!....so glad i'm bringing so many veggies tonight...don't want to ruin my cal average for the week.  I just need to eat below 1950 cal today...and i win!

5pm snack: pancake with jelly 250....

At party - crackers 100?, TONS of raw veggies 150, Meatball 100?, some eggplant that was breaded fried but only a little bit...100?, 2 mushrooms in a seriously creamed sauce like loaded but tasted good but too rich 50?, MOST of a LARGE garlic knot (too good not to try i was sooooo tempted! but high cal...250 at least), and two generous servings of a veggie dish sauteed string beans and mushrooms with bacon though! 400? yeah. total approx is 1150 but i doubt more??? 

total today (i did splurge i guess at this party) - 2400. ouch!

1960 - 7day average. NOT BAD, BUT, not under 1900. still decent. and i'm becoming more active. will try hard again this week!


I am planning to fill out my medical reinbursement forms for money back from my union, read, drop off forms that i filled out & go out to park that is 15 min away for a nice walk in sun. it's chilly, but decently sunny and perfect for a walk.

Happy Friday...home today. Slept decently, with sleeping pill, but woke a little early. men outside doing work, so sorta had to get up around 8-9am. but i am so thankful for good sleep!

laundry has been going on, just 2 loads, and i may not do ANY laundry for the remainder of this weekend. And if i do, it'll be minimal & done at my parent's house on Sunday.

So I'm home & do NOT have tons of plans today. I'm going to walk at the park, for sure. Later on, I will cut up veggies and place them on a platter to bring to a friend's house gathering at 7pm. I am picking up 2 friends at the subway first to bring them also to the gathering.

The subway they are arriving into is close but there will be traffic driving there. It should take not more than 20 minutes to get to them & then we'll drive to the gathering, in queens, but probably 30 min at least from the subway...i will also drop friends off tonight at subway....lol....i don't mind but it is an extra thing to do & time consuming...but in a good way - they are my friends. if i didn't take off work though, i would not be happy to pick them up...now that the day is pretty much freed up, I'm glad to pick them up! They are good friends of mine!!!

Morning: ACV in seltzer with stevia. NO CAL. and had banana 120

Work Breakfast: banana 120, wrap 50 with lox 110 & famer's cheese 90 & spicy mustard, maybe coffee.... 300.

450, tops.

Snack: bar... 150. the brownie bar that i'm hooked on bc of flavor and texture right now.

600 before bigger lunch: a roti 100? (given to me home cooked by a coworker) with a bit of sauteed "bitter melon" indian food with a bit of oil though 200???, small piece tofu 80, potato 100, and sauteed bean sprouts 100. total here is big, but very satisfying as lately i am moving towards craving carbs and less vegetables - 600-650 over here. 

total after lunch is quite good though - 1250...

before gym: will be 200 cal and rest of energy drink.


after gym: overate again. 550.

2,000 cal = good. tomorrow my goal is to keep calories in check and finish the week in the 1800s.  Will be at a friend's house for dinner, but lots of veggies and def a small piece of lasagna i'm looking foward to!

6-day average = 1890...i can do this....i can keep calories in the 1800's this week if i TRY.


Just a tad overwhelmed, not feeling great or sleeping great. Skin is really decent besides the one spot....may hold off on electrolysis this weekend and let my skin heal.


When you are up a lot of the night (2am till now 3:20am) you know you've made the RIGHT choice to take Friday OFF! But it's for good reasons: sleep in, maybe a little laundry, walk at park, and going to a friend's apt around 30min away for a nice dinner. around 10 people at minimum are going so it's going to be fun. I was thinking to just go to work Friday & go in late, but, it would still mean i need to prepare the cut up veggies i'm bringing....dang...just deleted my writing...i had a paragraph more below this....will write more later. and also if i did go to work friday, i doubt i'd walk at the park ! or walk at all for that matter. so, i've chosen friday off. it's sunny also, i also checked the weather when making my final decision.

I am happy taking off Friday as it's going to be a busy week in general next week:

Saturday I'm at gym again in the evening, Monday gym again in the evening, Tuesday after work i have a meeting at the union hall located 10min walk from my apt from 6pm-7pm, Wednesday i should have off from activities after work, Thursday gym next week, Friday I'm taking off AGAIN next week Sick Day #3 as it's a friend's birthday at a bar around 40min away from my apt and the party is late with a dinner before it (no need to also go to work - as I'll be out late and don't need to also be up early - not looking to wear myself out - trying for a work-life balance!)...and then it should be a normal week, almost, i think the monday after that party i have a dr appt but it ends early, followed by gym...busy for the next couple weeks....so I am grateful to be able to take off on these two FRIDAYS & enjoy social time with friends, without being as stressed out! :-D

It's good, it works. You cannot pluck inbetween but you prob could shave if you wanted to...it's good, you need to do at least each hair / follicle 2x. I paid for $100 worth = 2hours = 4 sessions for me. I have heard some people go only for 15 min at a time. either way, it works. I broke out a bit after, using the stainless steel needle. there's also a plastic coated needle for sensitive skin but doesn't work as well so i didn't do it...and then there's a gold plated needle which may be better for skin but i was told it isn't, but wasn't available when i went.

i will not end up doing my entire chin and mouth area bc it has me breaking out so much...or, i'll just take some breaks between doing more. I have 2 sessions left including in my package of 4 30 min sessions and then i'm probably going to take a break as my skin needs a reset from breaking out so much! :) any questions, feel free to ask. it works on all hair colors, even blonde.

6:30am-7am: had to drink so much more than usual, not sure why. bottle of a Sparkling ACV drink 30 cal, seltzer with stevia, and another stevia drink...did the drink but strange.  maybe i'm PMSing? week before still...whatevs..

8:30am-10am (got distracted at work with speaking with coworker) coffee 50, banana 120, wrap 60 with extra whipped cream cheese 100, lox 110, spicy mustard 440 cal.

470..gonna go get some more caffeine probably really soon.  I got pretty good sleep, prob very close to 8hrs, but still tired.

gonna be a late lunch, decided on an Atkins nut brownie bar at noon so that i can stay at my desk & do more work till late 2pm or so. 180.

650 before LATE lunch...

1:30pm lunch as i did get hungry and / or needed a break. bigger lunch but i doubt too many calories. bean sprouts sauteed 100, tofu 80, sauteed pumpkin 200 tops??, popcorn with light butter 160 around 550 i think...?

1250 tops i think..

dinner 450, plum on way home 50.

1750 today, yay!

1870 5-day average = YAY!!!!!!!!!! I will def keep it under 1900 this week. I did so well, so proud right now because it's been like a month of not having a weekly avg of under 2,000 so i am determined to do it RIGHT for this week!


I seem to need more sleep these days, as i'm trying to increase exercise / not get sick....my body also seems to want to be home more on weekends...not out as much. trying to cut down on my activities including socializing...it just overwhelming right now - just wanting my space really.  so i will take my space while i can get it...and not worry about what everyone thinks - including my dad. enough is enough. If i want to rest, I will rest...i canceled on my dad to see him Sunday bc it also involved being up early to visit my grandma with him ...i need to rest and not run around all sunday...if i went, i'd be busy with family from 8:30am when i leave my place until 2pm with dad and then appt at 2:30 for face and finally get home around 4pm...i don't want to be running around like this on Sunday, nope.

Yes, i was totally debating if i really needed to take Friday off...and the answer is a full YES...especially as I will be paid as a sick day. I am taking it as I need it instead of waiting until i need it way too much & already sick! :-) And, i even checked the weather - sunny - so i can walk at the park on Friday!

Sleeping and resting is important ..especially sleeping , for ur dad , u dont have to stay with him that long hours ! If u are tired u can stay 2 to 3 hours only..we have this habit here ..as today I will go to have dinner at my uncle home with my relatives but they used to finish there visiting at 3 a.m !! Carrrzy haha.. but for me . We just get back home at 1 a.m or 12 at midnight.. because they dont have jobs and not studying like my family me , my sisters and my mom are busy . I hope u have a realx times

8am Breakfast at work: wrap 60, cream cheese 80, lox 50, 1 egg & 1 egg white 100: 290. coffee 50. (no banana to have it later tonight).

450 tops, skipped the snack because it was late already.... 

lunch: healthy...planning to have lots of pumpkin spread stuff (not high sugar, it's sauteed with onion and salt and peppers)...and tofu i brought....maybe chips too...i have a few things in my desk drawer...

chips 150, tofu 150, and a large portion of the pumpkin 400? total around 700, good.


1300 before gym...

1700 after gym = awesome :-)

4-day average (i can do it!!!) = 1900/day. (i will be content with an average below 1900 for this week.)

...trying to do better than i have been (seriously gained some fat in midsection and it feels terrible around my waist, determined to lower my weight back down!) 

i just reviewed this month of entries for friday weekly averages and it makes sense i have gained weight because i've been eating approx 2000 calories a day for around 1 month. it's too much unfortunately.  So i'm working on lowering my average back to where it was. I know what was happening, i was overeating in evenings and giving into temptations. Portions in the evening were geting too big. Instead of just the light ice cream, it was ice cream followed by chips...it was extras.

I actually didn't cook it...you don't have to...so i cut it up and eat it along with foods with a lot of flavor. Tofu is very bland, like egg whites, so if you cook, there must be a lot of flavor in the rest of the food you are eating tofu with...common ways to cook tofu are to cook it in a stir fry or sautee with the rest of your dish.

Happy Monday All. Will be commenting later today / tomorrow whenever the workload lightens up a bit here at work...! All is nice...hope you all had a wonderful weekend as well. Mine was relaxing!

Breakfast: Kombucha 70, also seltzer with stevia - did the trick and that always has me feeling good.

8:30am Breakfast: wrap 60, cream cheese 80, extra extra lox 160 - 300, good! oh and a banana (which is why i keep getting so darn hungry...spiking my blood sugar too much). 420.

snack: higher cal but very satisfying (and fully natural) bar. 250.

Lunch: i do have a TON of veggie options with me...hardly in a meat mood even. healthy lunch of many veggies, but yes to the oil and stuff. 600 for lunch i think. and only 2 thick slices of roast beef (cold cut slices still though!)

1350 after a healthy lunch. overall a great day!

dinner: ice cream lol with cooked cranberries, followed by a little ghee 30? and then almonds 120? around 450 i'll say.

total today: 1800 & healthy. i feel better with dinner after adding in the healthy fats and protein of the almonds. the ice cream is light and a while entire pint for 240 calories and actually tastes good!

3-day cal average: 1970, good.

i have a little extra fat in my stomach area. will try to knock it down by eating better this week. :-D



Gonna be switching off gyms (Tuesdays I plan to go next to my job after work for weights & Thursdays / Weekends I'll probably continue with my gym up north near my apt that way.  Gym next to work is double the distance to the gym up north and gym near work is South of my apt...just trying to spice it up & keep it from being boring).

Well done on the eating today! Cutting carbs will help cut a leaner figure but... is it worth it? I mean, I can't imagine having to give up ice cream.

Great idea to switch it up with gyms! I wish I could join a gym, but right now, my financial focus is elsewhere, which is fine, too. I will post on what I've started doing this month to mix it up.

yeah, cutting the carbs or making major changes that are pretty drastic is not in my cards. Like you, with a busy life & lifestyle as a working person & where i must be healthy enough to go to work most days of the year & where i have the NYPD as a goal at the age of 34, I do not think a drastic lifestyle that includes very low carb is worth it to me at all...also i feel when i have cut low in the past, i became slightly depressed - lack of those feel good chemicals from carbs...anyways...

yeah, i'm looking forward to working out at the new gym tonight i think i will...even though it'll be slightly early a workout after sunday's late workout (less than 48hr difference), i know it will be good for me to push myself back to do something different!

yeah, need to mix it up...and really excited for this new gym which is actually only $200 per year vs. $300 for the other one. other one is maintained a hair better, better machines for sure and more options....BUT...the gym i rejioned at work is cool because it's even MORE MEN that i'll be working out around. it's not a chain and not fancy at all...very male-oriented. perfect for me. I get a lot of motivation off men at the gym, not as much women as there aren't that many and few do the weights....also, a brand new gym opened up a couple blocks from my work and that is more the "pretty gym" and new atmosphere that i don't need...it's very cheap too...but happy to work out amongst the hard-core men here at this hole in the wall place :-D

Hi all! Been sleeping great, no pills. I may wake up a few times during the night but I find it quite easy to fall back alseep. Def great sleep all weekend.

Bigger breakfast: banana 120, cooked cranberries 60 in a protien muffin 220?, chips 130, and also part (but didn't finish it yet!) of a greek yogurt 100 with some ghee added (dumb, will not do again as the ghee hardens up yuck!). 100. total here: 750 i'll say, wasn't that much ghee. 

lunch: turkey sausage jerky 110, wrap 60 with two spinach potato cakes 160: 330, excellent and satisfying. higher carb. feeling good.

1pm raspberries 100

2:30pm ice cream 250

 i think the time at home this weekend allowed for easy fridge access!

100 cal in a fiber 1 bar and caffeine before gym

dinner was healthy, feeling back on track! Subway flatbread with veggies & roast beef along with my own extra veggies and a small plumm 450 tops.

2000 today. 2050 2-day avg. GOOD :)


gym will def be in early afternoon...i may go to Richie's gym where I work...we'll see...in the mood for something different!

planning for early gym, home early, laundry before gym sometime after i take a shower this AM in afternoon to early evening. that's it. gonna read. chill.

I admit not being motivated more than just to relax today. I give myself permission to chill. to relax.

No, i don't think so actually ! I was overeating but tend to do it when home all day...i think it was because i was still a bit tired...going out drinking even though i got home early-ish around 9pm Friday really got me exhausted. I get that way easily with social events because i like my alone time, you know? and it was a lot after a long week...and i didn't behave well at the bar...hooked up with someone (only there, not bring him back or anything!). anyways, i feel good in general. and i hope talking about drinking didn't upset you. I don't love drinking, only every so often - because i don't like the extra calories. if drinking was free calories, i might do it more often haha. otherwise, no. and also it tends to wear me out & make the rest of the weekend less productive, but i'm ok with this weekend being this way...

i may be writing about the bar just one more time this month, a friend's bday in 2 weeks. and another friend is having people over this friday, but i intend to NOT drink...i can always just have seltzer :-D these are my close friends for both.

Last night was nutz. Drank like a fish, hadn't done that in YEARS literally to the point of getting very drunk and getting a ride home. I need to pick up my car, it's only 2mi or so away. no biggie. will do it later.

I got good sleep, passed out in bed without washing my face or even brushing teeth and not even changing my clothes. !!! It was around 9:30-10pm at that point...then i woke up midnight and finally changed when i woke up into PJ's lol. then i was back sleeping from around 30min or so later until 7:30am. it was good, much needed sleep. Didn't sleep great all week, especially on gym nights. but i am not even angry / annoyed about it as it has become my life and i have accepted it. Balance in general is better than it's ever been for me and for that I am very thankful.


8:30am breakfast: ghee (a rich clarified butter i just bought) 120 cal  mixed into a protein muffin 220 in double chocolate flavor with added cooked cranberries 60 and then also i started the day with a banana 120 and also had some light strawberry ice cream 80. total so far today is: 600. pretty balanced actually - in terms of fat, carbs, protein.

12:30 lunch: some more of the monster energy drink, chips 210, turkey sausage jerky yep still from package from i think last weekend in fridge 120. total around 330.

930, good.

My plan is to walk to get my car prob take around 45min-hr. got it around 2pm and got a lot of veggies. 

3:30pm huge meal, was starving: apple / potato 100, chips 250, nuts 200, tons of cooked veggies in no sauce including cauliflower / broccoli, 50, kale 50, and bean sprouts 50. total: 600-650. decent.

1550 so far i'll say. not gonna be as low cal but it is healthy which is more important right now...

 7pm dinner: squash soufflee 240, ice cream 240, and some of a seaweed salad 50 at least. total here around 550.

total today: 2100. good.


it almost 4, not sure if this is happening...??? pick up 2-4 candles from Bath & Body Works (big sale!), take a look at the food in the place next door, also go to stop & shop for a few veggies (not much) and decide if i want to also pick up hot veggies on my way home. that's it. laundry prob tomorrow not today. not sure.


just relaxing now...will get my car around noon...and that is when i plan to also pick up some veggies (only have some in freezer frozen packs that i do not feel like - thosee are emergency really!) and maybe buy a couple candles on sale at Bath & Body Works - lowest price of the year - $8.50 per candle and i do love my 3-wicks. that's it for today.

it's a slow, low-key weekend. laundry, small errands, gym are priorities but hanging out was last night. done with socializing / plans to go out for this weekend already. getting back on track. i want to do some stretching / walking. I may actually WALK to get my car! now that i think about it - it's only 2 mi or less away. YUP.

yeah! my drinking was on completely empty stomach. it was my dinner lol. the calories add up so darn quickly!

and once you get a little tipsy, inhibitions to stop are lowered! lol...you must have the greatest time at your friend's house for dinner!

ohhhh yeah...def ooops...prob shouldn't have kissed this guy and been all over him in the bar...oops on that! but....it's ok...i don't see any nites as crazy as this one for many, many months if not years...there will be drinking yes for a party in two weeks, but not like this. NO no!

When i typically drink this way, i don't feel good the next day or even if i feel well, which i did feel well this time, i was less motivated for the rest of the weekend...

decent, yes. prob not even a weight gain amount....did a lot of walking on weekend and was more active overall this week. so, i'm ok...but...i prefer in general a lower average for the NEXT TWO WEEKS. i like a leaner look, which is seemingly harder to maintain. the more muscle i get, the leaner i get, but more flabby it seems at the same time. strange.


Friday journal edit: it was a "Liquid Dinner" - aka no dinner, only drinks and shots. I got EXTREMELY drunk and went to bed dizzy. no throwing up luckily. i left my car there, 5-10 min from where i live so now i have to get my car...i may take the bus to get my car on purpose as a way not to take the easy way out (car service / cab).  A friend, that i hooked up with at the bar last night with only there who also gave me the ride home, texted me if i want to meet for breakfast and to get my car = NO WAY. i didn't text him back yet. I want the day to be spent relaxing, alone...def not having breakfast with the dude i was kissing at the bar (along with a bit of other naughty stuff) because i don't have a desire to date him or anything - it was fun in the moment, but nothing more than that.

calories i don't know...had some whipped cream and some drinks were sweet. 

probably like 2200 calories today.

drinks included: 2-3 shots i think, and 2-3 drinks of seltzer with stevia and pineapple rum! for the shots, prob around 150 cal x 3 = 450 and whipped cream 150-200? so 650 here most...and the 2-3 drinks 100 cal each or so? 300-400. total here around 1100 for sure.

for weekend, i want to keep cals lower around 1500-1600 would be nice on both days...really.

Still Cannot Believe how FAST this year went by! Feeling good.

Home: little bit of seltzer and some of a sparkling ACV drink. 30.

And i hard boiled almost the entire dozen egg carton i had picked up around 2-3 weeks ago. GOOD. Hard boiled perfectly and shelled them all for easy eating later...will eat almost the whole package today, actually. i took out the yolks of most of the eggs i'm eating today - except for one whole egg with breakfast and one whole egg at lunch, the rest are whites for today. TASTY. I've been wanting those eggs all week :-D  I also took a look at an Avocado that's been sitting on my fridge...took some of it, threw out the rest. Was getting old, so only took some of the part that was still fresh...good to not shop and use what i have here..

Breakfast: one whole egg, 3 whites 140 (already ate 2 of those whites lol nice and fresh and warm!) with some avocado 100, wrap 60, mustard 10: 310. banana 120 (not stopping with this right now, good for settling my stomach and for potassium)...

460 total above.

snack: bar 170, decaf coffee 20.

650 before lunch, good. 

Big lunch: potato 200, squash 100, 1 egg 80, 3 egg whites 60. 450 or so...oh and some kale 50.

1150 after lunch...oh...and an apple 50!

1200 after lunch, healthy.....

out for dinner tonight but grabbing a salad to have with bar drinks. need to stay healthier and keep calories in check..!

I THINK that i MIGHT need to eat more calories if I'm going to increase my walking...increase calories into the 1900's instead of 1800's balance...

Good plan I often boil a full dozen of eggs a great source of protein for many dishes or salads. I find that each year goes by faster and faster as I get older and I so remember when I was a kid and the years where so long and Summers seemed to last for ever... lol Have a great day J.

yes, i have noticed FOR SURE that the years get faster the older i get. Particularly with my current job which is more day in, day out and less vacation time - the constant typical and more routine structure makes the weeks FLY! i am currently content with it...and life :-D Ever since i was around 30, i have noticed how life has taken up a more rapid pace year to year....flying by.

it's made me want to think twice about life - and making sure to enjoy as you always emphasize. And make sure to plan for fun times with the people i enjoy most.

LOL...we do have great microwaves and even a new stainless steel toaster...but....i usually eat the food cold because i choose to bring it in plastic and know it's not a great idea to heat up in plastic. i don't mind eating cold at all...and i don't want to clean extra which is why i don't heat it up in something glass i can leave here...LOL...would you ever eat the food cold?

Now that my best friend (no longer) is out of the picture, I have a decent balance going on lately of seeing other family & friends as well as some necessary alone time / time to take care of my own needs (fitness, health) and strengthen myself and goals. It feels overall really good.

Happy last month of the year, wahoo! This, overall, was a very positive & successful year for me.  I achieved many fitness / health / relationship / friendship goals and I am a better person now than i was at the start of January 2016. I look forward to continuing to challenge myself, learn & grow in 2017. :-)



When I say I'm not feeling awake, I mean it.  Slightly pissed off feeling for no great reason. ugh. but event though i'm feeling a little beat, i'm still happy in general and positive. No worries...

I already know it takes sacrifice to balance fitness and full time job when living in NYC area like i do. This is old news. I make the choice to be HAPPY.  I make the choice to be content with my decisions. I have made that choice. And I will never turn it back around into a negative spin.

So many people around me have had deaths and sickness in their families and they are forced to have to deal with these sad times during the holidays.  I only have control over my own life & my own decisions. For this I AM THANKFUL.


Home: ACV with stevia in seltzer. no cal.

Work: extra lox 150 on wrap 50 with cream cheese 80 280, banana 120. 400. energy drink. coffee 50.

snack: a bar - probably the brownie protein bar by atkins. nutty fudge brownie. approx 200. extra milk in coffee also. 50.

lunch: extremely healthy - mix of leftovers: chicken sausage 120, potato 200 tops, bok choy 50. maybe small apple 080. 450-500. and popcorn. 100 more.

1350 or so...good. still coming off a habit of eating a bit more since around Thanksgiving / week or two before.  I'll be ok as my calories are def still within a healthy range overall.

before gym: bar & caffeine 100. and the apple - i don't think i ate it yet. 50.


after gym: protein muffin 220 with cooked cranberries 60, entire pint of low cal ice cream 240 and chips 140. NOT THE BEST. overate a little bit still. i don't know why...emotional i think. 660 UGH.

2150 or so. NOT GREAT.

will be good calories today...around 1750.

1975-6day average. tomorrow i plan to bring a salad to the bar that doesn't have food.


gym is for weights. i may start going to both gyms for weights. joined the cheaper gym next to work for $100 until end of May. I joined it for cardio both during the day & after work.
