breakfast: 380

splurged on tasty high fiber/protein bars after dinner. is ok though!

2250 cal, nice.

exercise: hour of bike/jogging/walking.

goodnight all...still need to get much more sleep!

5:45am breakfast: oatmeal 140, yogurt 120, banana 120: 380.

Snacking: bars? decaf coffee?

lunch: chicken, lemon garlic sauteed spinach, (Boston Market all week - i bought an entire chicken and 3 large sides to last the week...when you put it in good tubberware/glassware even the chicken lasts....all week) hahaha ...and bread

snack: apple very small, strawberries seltzer

dinner:

bed!

around 2250. good.

exercise: good, hour cardio and a lil bit of pushups/bicep curls to motivate me when i got to the gym. i love working out around the men!

745: snack of two protein bars, 340, followed by 8:45 breakfast: oatmeal, yogurt, banana, milk: 410.

11am snack: fiber bar 130

tsf: 880, good.

lunch:  salad with tuna, some pastrami just a little, strawberries...the crust of my grandma's sandwich lol.

1450 before dinner.

dinner: 750 at most.

around 2200, good.

exercise: nice, 3 mi walk/jog, bike ride for about 25 min, weights for one hour.

nice, big breakfast: 660.

 so far lots of healthy stuff, a little bit much, but totally good.

1580 cal, 4pm.

maybe around 2300-2400 cal. good.

exercise: 4 mi walk, some jogging but mostly walking. easy day.

lunch:

worked 8-6. went home before the gym, trying to get a nap in and then heading over to the gym...trying not to eat the whole house! lol.

calories before gym: 1700, good. extra bar...maybe i will also have a little bit of energy drink...

weights, slow cardio.

snack after gym: 450?

2150.

but got veryu dizzy at the gym way too much caffeine...and left before i wanted to...skipped some cardio.

breakfast: 450 cal: oatmeal, high fiber/protein wrap, greek yogurt, milk.

snack: coffee, bar...

lunch: chicken, rice, chips/wrap, pepper:

snack: strawberries and everything bad - coffee/energy drink

dinner: 

goodnight. (not enough sleep again bc i got an unexpected call to be at work an hour early, and got the call after the gym ...after 9pm.)

worked 7am-7pm.

gym - did ok. 40 min cardio and 20 min or so weights.

total cal: around 1900. good.

breakfast: oatmeal & pita: 300. later coffee too. 50.   350.

snacking:

lunch: brown rice & chicken and maybe pita or chips:700.

very tired day, but a good one none-the-less.

worked 7am-after 6pm.

ate some snacks in car, including a decaf coffee and energy drink...yeah, before gym.

gym was good, did a little weights for 15-20 min to boost calories and also to motivate/invigorate myself (i like lifting weights and being around the guys - they motivate me a lot!) then, did good cardio, stairmaster, walking, and jogging for one hour.

calories: around 1700 or 1800. I forget a little...but that's OK!

excellent day food and calories-wise. definitely need more sleep, tonight! :-) last night's 5-6 hours was NOT ENOUGH. :-)

hmmm, looking to further increase my exercise and build muscle this year.

breakfast: oatmeal with light milk, glass of milk, and yogurt: 350.

snack: definitely some sort of bar, around 270 cal.

lunch: chicken & brown rice.

snack: strawberries & red pepper

dinner: 

working on getting much more sleep this week...haha...i will not have a repeat this coming weekend of this past weekend (being exhausted and overeating all weekend)

exercise: luckily cardio only :-)

1800 cal. did some weights, too.

stayed up too late. got home from work/gym very late.  need to be up extra early. at least calories were good. let's hope i don't break out from lack of sleep....lately my face has been improving bc i've been getting better sleep at night....it all goes back to how much sleep i get, when i don't get enough, i get pimples. too bad i am working too much again.
