 12/21/21 Tues -

Breakfast: choc and banana and coffee 250

Snack: 350-400...half very large bagel toasted and w. cream cheese (free at work, very fresh even from yesterday bc we sealed the package well)...

other snack instead of bagel chia seed bar 100

Lunch: the bagel above, mostly saved; sauteed veggies 150, larger cookie 100

3pm snack from coworker - taste of her blended smoothie (she's on a medical liquid diet, stinks....but her smoothie was VERY GOOD as well as extremely healthy ingredients including spinach but nice and sweet due to some juice.) she gies small tastes. :) 50

5:15-6pm Snacks: smallish banana and another fancy cookie around 5:15pm with low cal energy drink that i picked up when getting cash back at rite aid to then go and spend on a gift box at dollar store lol 200 cal...now relaxing at home until around 6pm when i'll do an upper body only workout...saving legs for tomorrow in order to get this uppper body workout done quickly today in time for 7pm zoom meeting...need some relaxation before just getting home and going to work...happy it's been a lower cal day so far...feeling leaner / less bloated again from the lower cal days / less veggies again lately...but don't get me wrong, i have nothing against big portions of veggies but when i lay off, i'll feel leaner...not that it's weight lost, bc it's not...! so i usually go full-fledged ahead on them. :)

Dinner: something later during zoom at 7pm...cooked cranberries 150, silk soy vanilla yogurt which i added some stevia for sweetness too. 300 light dinner, ate it during the zoom. had some leftover that i finished at 8pm after zoom, bc i took a big portion of cooked cranberries.

9:50pm after workout/gift wrapping treat. two sticks of a European brand chocolate being sold for holidays, called "MERCI" by Storck. like 8 diff flavors in the package. had 1 marzipan and one dark choc fudge stick. 150. SO GOOD. would like to drink some fluids with it, but don't want to wake up to use the bathroom. so settling down to sleep soon :) these boxes were on sale, buy one get one half. will bring one box to work; but the other is mine to enjoy at home so I an taste all the flavors!

1750, light with many treats still today;  due to light eating during morning / lunch at work.

Dyed my hair last night woohoo; but got to bed late (but not very late!) Drive to work. Walked 15min in AM before work, despite leaving late (less people on road, even tho i do not notice bc i keep leaving late lol - so it's the same traffic timing as if i left early lol)...yesterday, DONE!

5pm - Need to purchase a gift bag tonight at dollar store on way home - for work secret santa. Will wrap my gift that's not in a box and put it in a gift bag instead of buying a box...i think...i prob have one at home tho, should have looked thru my closets ahead of time; but now it's too late and i should just get to the dollar store and get it done...gifts are due tomorrow at work lol...DONE!

6pm - After Work back at home: Upper Only & Lower - I want to get it in before Zoom meeting next...starting at 6pm...soon....had to finish one exercise after zoom at 8pm but it was the easiest one (very light weights that i bring up in right legs to parallel as i raise them from chest to above head to work my upper back (think the bra area to widen that part of the back to keep it tighter so when wearing a bra, there is less bulge wear the bra wraps around your back), but basically did everything before the zoom - very fast and concise workout which i love to finish before these types of meetings. DONE!

7pm - Tonight eating while on Zoom ethnic club meeting (Jewish club in union). Glad it's zoom. DONE!


Tuesday Evening Edit: The zoom meeting was good, learned the NYC has signed a new mandate today....get your vax or you will be laid off if you work for NYC agencies. employees have till Jan 2 to vax or they will be laid off and considered NOT available. my union also signed onto this deal. i'm ok with that! it's time for people to do what's been proven as the right thing to do. (personal opinion, sorry to offend if others here disagree).

How nice that tonight's meeting is on Zoom. I mean, it's not so nice that it might be because of COVID, but much more convenient. On the other hand, it's a little more impersonal, but I personally think the tradeoff is worth it, especially in the darker months.

You're younger than I am, so this is why I'm telling you this. I touched up my gray again last night - first time didn't seem to take? - and I noticed this morning that my gray patch in front is still showing some gray. I'm rather OK with this because it sort of looks like highlights (?), but I guess gray hair can bet pretty stubborn. Quite appropriate for this ol' donkey, don't you think? ;-)

yeah, basically back to normal! would like more sleep these few days, but due to some commitments/personal and to others, i'm getting by on slightly less - but that is pretty normal for me. and a short week...so i'm pretty content!

I was happy with it on Zoom as it's MUCH harder in person with commute factor, late to get home, etc. can't work out bc less time...it was convenient but you are right - they don't like holding meetings on zoom. especially "real" union meetings, not clubs. many aren't an option for zoom. they do not want it recorded that way...etc.

when i touch up my roots, i notice the "white strands," which are still few, are dyed redder. it's like i have highlights, always. i like it.

i noticed that to dye hair dark that is white/gray in future, i may have to go even darker.

but for now, i like the "auburn red highlights!"

NO, i do NOT think stubburn to dye hair is appropriate for you, DONKS! you are young! but maybe do a different haircolor darker...

however, i love the highlight effects i get, too. even when it's my normal hair, the full hair and not roots, i see a bit of highlights. so far, i'm really happy with the boxed dye. i'm sure it gets harder with more gray...which i do not look forward to, but seems i still have a few years of roots, fingers crossed.

i would say go darker a shade, so you have less of a problem...also i know that for gray, they want you to keep the dye on longer at the root...

calories sort of higher some days lately due to more hours up / more activity...weight still feels stable though; and i do not feel any gains as I am keeping activity up and calories are OK still..will try to keep everything moderate thru winter by keeping fitness up (cardio up).

12/20/21 Monday - 

got to work 7:40, instead of 7am...wasn't pushing it.

Breakfast: at work bagel 300 and cc 100, coffee 50. 

Snacks: dark choc truffle 100, later 12:15 grapes very fresh 50.

12:45ish Lunch: i brought food from freezer (grab and go!) leftovers of chili 200 i had made maybe 6-12mo ago, not sure if i added rice to my frozen leftovers, and turkey burger half 250 ....hot dog bun toasted with butter 200. a filling meal, couldn't finish hot dog bun will use the rest as a snack later before going home. 650 total.

Snacks: rest of the hot dog bun toasted with butter so good! Calculated. 

Dinner: light. Some of the stir fry 100 tops, not much, cooked cranberries 100, yogurt made with coconut - no protein just some fat and mostly carbs 150.

Last night, after getting both flu and covid shots yesterday at 9am, i got more and more dizzy starting around 3pm;  and tired to the point that i had to give up on my workout that i started aroudn 4:30pm and quit by 6/6:30pm. i had gotten most of my leg done, aside from bar squats: 3 out of 4 leg exercises done. As for upper body, i got in pushups,situps (many breaks between sets, not typiacl workout), and bicep curls but didn't do triceps or chest flies or my upper back light weight raises. so i did like 50% upper body and 75% lower body last night.

i was getting way too dizzy to complete the rest of the workouts. I prob shouldn't have even done it at all. I ended up eating small amounts in the evening to get my sugar up and feeling like i could do the workouts;  and I eventually had a small dinner. then, due to being so dizzy and lacking a real appetite to even eat more, i showered only so i wouldn't have to in the AM.

was even dizzy slightly in shower. but got through it...work up at 9pm -  dry heaving and threw up mostly bile...went back to sleep waking up time to time through the night....feeling much better in the AM. was going to take off work, but felt i wasn't dizzy and could finally drive....and that i wanted to stick to saving my 8 days for payment in Spring. really, days don't matter in terms of safety, but, the drive was ok and i am feeling far better than i did yesterday night.

 This AM...I didn't even wash my face to go to work...just got up with relatively as little effort as possible, so glad i showered last night...fed gp's, washed my eyes, dressed extra warm; and went to work.  It seems there was less traffic on the roads as it's a holiday week, i think, so it didn't really take me extra time to get to work, despite leaving later.

After work: Nurse Nicole 3:40pm monthly call; - drive in..chat with nurse on drive home; keeping it light and short...not the day for a drawn-out / extensive call. I could skip but i figure i'll just keep it relaxed.was good, easy call, Done walked half hour too! DONE ! 

looking VERY forward to washing my face tonight when i'm home again, showering, blowing my hair out for tomorrow...also went for it and dyed my roots ! So will shower soon and wash my face / eyebrows well before the dandruff comes back ;) 

Prep cucumber / pepper salad tomorrow Monday...too tired tonight...no, will do Wednesday maybe. 

Cook up remaining cabbage/onions/celery/few peppers tomorrow..Monday, - DONE! And it's yum. Will bring a little for boss.

Based on my own experience with the booster, I would recommend resting as much as possible tonight and tomorrow as well. Seriously, don't push it. It's just not worth it.

I'm glad you were able to make it to work OK, but it would have been OK to take a day off too. As long as you felt confident in your ability to drive, that's probably the most important determining factor. I hope you are OK for the drive home (((hugs)))

dye my roots today before showering and getting ready for the day. - (ran out of boxed hair dye) - ordered a different brand, 3 back on amazon, got 40% off for paying with points, so ordered two 3packs as it looks just as easy to use as the last product...comes out to $16 for 6 boxes...less than $3 per boxed dye. happy. will come around next weekend, hope to dye hair then. this should last me well over 6 months, probably more like 9 months....but, i may change my mind and just dye my hair tomorrow and pick up a box of dye so it looks good for next week....at least i'll have 7-9 months of not needing to worry about dye when the shipment arrives next weekend.

clean gp cages / laundry...and my laundry :) - DONE!

Roast pre-cooked veggies given to me from coworker...happy i took them. DONE!

Finish reading up on the actual test format/subject matter on courts site...download any examples onto laptop.

 after a tasty and carbed out dinner lol, i'm warm, full of carbs and sweet things; and may just relax and go to bed early than push out a workout.

11:45 lunch leftover cooked veg 50, leftover cooked cranberries 50 gl, 2 cheese blintzes 200, seltzer with caffeine 

3:45-4:30 snack getting very tired & weaker from shot and been on phone not cleaning cooking or exercising lol bigger cookie 100, yogurt 120 also had raspberries with lunch that i forgot to record 100, gummies small amount 60, hot herball raspberry teas stevia sweetened...leading into a leg/upper workout...feeling a bit clumsy...so will make it wasier, possibly some lighter weights..more gummies, extremely tired like eyes wanting to close, but, my idea is to finish this workout so i don't need to think about another for a couple days...and so i can sleep well both tonight and tomorrow nights....

need to focus - got extremely sidetracked looking at potential (free) flight for a day trip/round trip no overnight - seriously a day trip that would be by flight - will update if there's an update !!

8am booster at CVS and flu shot....driving there, but plan to go walking in the neighborhood there after...nice neighborhood.  loaded up on toilet paper/paper towls bc there was a big sale as well as some vitamins and a cheaper hair dye. some men's shaving cream also was on sale, bought it for myself as it's cheaper than the women's. was on my feet like 2 hours, but recording 1.5 hours cardio...very happy about this.DONE!

 buy minimum groceries this week - fruit/veggies /  GP lettuce / 1 L seltzers - done - bought very little :) DONE!

later upper/lower body - in progress from starting around 4pm...

MONDAY food prep: no hair dying tonight either...too tired.

How nice to have a day just at home! Those are my favorites :-)

I think you made the right choice to hold off on weights. With the booster today... IDK, I feel like from MY own booster experience that it's probably best to just let your body use its energies to adapt to the shot, rather than to tax it with healing muscles from weights the day before or same day, or maybe even the day after. Perhaps your experience will be different, of course, and I respect that.

i'm def tired and sore, but i'm trying to do it...as tomorrow it will be better not to think about workouts, and get another early to bed night in....i'll do my best but i am def tired / sore shoulder....but it's not as bad i assume as it will be tomorrow...some body aches. overall, i'm OK.

I will be touching up my hair tonight as well. I realized last night, when I was at the Christmas show, that my gray patch in front is visible again, and I think it ages me. I need a little more gray before it looks "balanced" around my face, and I can go natural.

Interesting idea on a day trip by flight! At the firm I worked at before the one I'm at now, my co-worker and her husband went to Italy for the weekend. Just the weekend. Left late Friday night, not sure when she came home, but she was in the office on Monday morning.

i think when you dye your hair, it def makes you look younger (you!)...also, you have such clear skin and eyes, the dark hair compliments you, donkey.

she just started a new job, a perk is free flights. she wants to use the perk before she is working two jobs and not able to....i am concerned she'll be able to work two jobs. One is full time and not the perks job. The perk/free flights are for a part time job, 3 days a week for 4 hours per day...but it's located 2 hours from her. she may get transfered closer. but anything on top of a full time job can be very hard....however, i do hope the trip works but if it doesn't, i'm not stressing it...traveling and getting up early are tough but worth it for a good exerperience. the trip will still include some money spent so, if would be nice, but i will not be disappointed if it doesn't work. she says she gets tons of free flights and hopes her mom can take advantage since she my friend will be WORKING and not able to do much ha! hopefully it will all work out...time will tell. both jobs are new for her...she was basically unemployed from March 2020 until now! working little things here and there, but nothing full time, so i'm happy for her.

Courts - finish reading up on the test format / questions for the tests i want to take...seems it's finally inching up for either Late 2022 or 2023. just around the corner :) - FINISH by year's end :)

calories sort of higher some days lately due to more hours up / more activity...weight still feels stable though; and i do not feel any gains as I am keeping activity up and calories are OK still..will try to keep everything moderate thru winter by keeping fitness up (cardio up).


12/17 Fri - Drive in to work!

Breakfast: pump pie 300 (nice to have this free for breakfast basically every day this week at work from coworker who brought in a massive pie!), nut butter x2 200, coffee 50.

9:45am snacks: nut butter (trying to slow it down with the snacking now.); more decaf and pb. 100....need to maybe start eating better next week.AND another bigger cookie 50-100.

1pm late Lunch: two eggs 150, leftover veg from coworker carrots/mushroom mix very good 150, pretzels 100. 400.

mostly 5pm Snacks: not sure if i will eat or get a drink or something on the way home...maybe banana small drink of juice 50 and the banana 100

Dinner: dinner was blueberries of the remaining that weren't bad 100, butter cookies 200, cooked cranberries 100...400.

1800, not fully satisfied, but also not hungry after dinner either. will relax.

Free delivery (bc she is in the same county and i wanted it sold!)...it happens to be on the way home if i take the free bridge home ...works for me! So the plan is to walk a little after work, then go drive to drop off the barbell to the buyer today after work.

(i bought the bar over 2 years ago, hardly used but it's not "new". Price then was $59 and is the same price now on Amazon. I'm glad i got $39. Pretty good considering it's over 2yrs old and not "new."). Very happy about this sale as nobody was interested since I posted it over two weeks ago...and then someone contacted me yesterday and luckily she lives on my way home, and forces me to take the free bridge bc shel lives right near it! how nice. very happy overall about tomorrow.

 late 7:30pm dinner: i have many leftovers so takeout woud be probably unwise..but i could always treat myself with the new thai place that is decent and close...someone gave me half an avocado...

walked for an hour, before taking my car and driving to drop off the barbell which went fine. :) got home late after 7pm.

i fell straight asleep after dinner on the couch with a gp on me...then woke up on the early side around 7pm...and realized i could easily still fit in upper body!...so did upper only last night :) so glad i got it in and didn't skip!

i didn't go to bed early, but, i did get the nap in before a workout! :)

snacks: rest of pie, almond butter 100, also banana 100 close to lunch with sparked my appetite to eat just before noon.

lunch: healthy mix: younger female coworker gave me food so i ate it - 2 good sized pcs of chicken breast, around 4 ounces total? 200, cooked carrots mostly with onion and zucchini good sized portion 200, pretzels 100, apple 100....600 approx. maybe 650. one kitkat stick 50

early dinner before exercise: i have freshly soft-boiled eggs from last night and will have at least one and at least one extra egg white with my cooked veggies...eggs 150, lots of veg and some sauce 300, cookies 200, gummies 100. total here750 tops.

Ohhhh pumpkin pie! That sounds so yummy! Not like those stale Bundt cakes we have at the office. I verified with myself yesterday that they are just not worth eating. They are becoming quite dried out and solid. But I had to make sure, of course. ;-)

I Pushed for public trans today when i knew tomorrow i'd be driving...nice to get public in at least 1x a week...i'm getting more used to the commute and working a full week compared to when i started here in June. work is more relaxed too, both atmosphere and quantity of work.

Will you get a lot of time off at Xmas? Matt will have 12/24 off & the entire following week off, full pay. This company used to hand out fat Xmas bonuses, but now they send $50 Amazon GCs for thanksgiving & Xmas. One year they sent a crappy self-help book & when I tossed it into the trash a hundred dollar bill flew out! Never sent another book, but if they do, it will get a very thorough shake out. LOL

no, i'm not taking any time off aside from the eves which are holidays (christmas eve off, new years eve off) bc the actual holidays fall on saturday so the observance becomes Friday...

I am saving my remainder 8 vaca / sick days to be paid out as a bonus in April.

there may be holiday bonuses, but i am not sure if this includes me or not - since i'm new to the company since January i have no clue.

12/14 Tues - Drive to work - 5 min walking before work, not enough to tally in. but glad i did it.

Breakfast: 2 spoons choc almond butter 200, oatmeal raisin 100, coffee 50....350...

Snack: banana (some leg pain due to TOM so had an extra banana at the start of today, too. calculating them both here. 250. also scoop choc almond 100.

Lunch: catered lunch for several trailers/companies at the site; brought side of raw veggies from home to supplement. - skipped my raw veggies as it's TOM and i'm a bit bloated / backed up for the past 1.5 days...TMI! anyways, had two slices italian bread from a hero 200, some chicken cutlet grilled 150, some fried eggplant but not breaded much at all 150, some olives 50, small amount cole slaw 100 and pickles (that's why i didn't eat my veg too - had a nice amount going on here!) and diet coke oh and small amount thinly sliced mozzerella 100 tops...750 tops.

Snack: kombucha at home while working out tonight; maybe to help my digestion "move" along...and cookies 200 total 

Dinner: leftover slice of cauliflower pizza, 300, pretzels 150 tops

2100. approx. was high since i woke up with calories, still fine ;)

Today - Leave work HOUR early 2:30pm - have some caffeine/bar in car; do full body upper/lower workout at home before union meeting...ended up leaving just before 3pm, still fine :) 

I see in my email from USPS that i'm getting a check from the board of elections today for my time working the elections in November :) that being said, i'll deposit it in my mobile account and make out my dues check to the union...and drop off when i go to the meeting today.  $283.20 ADM A Div union dues.

Clean up piggy cages - ? i may leave them uncleaned until weekend (i still do the poop scooping daily -  just not removing fleeces and washing)..

Union Meeting 6-7pm, walk to it and back - took long way back, around half hour, maybe a bit less overall. counting it.

Shower after the meeting...

lastly, pick parents up at airport after union meeting - parents will text me at home when they land around 8pm..

Those lunches provided at work are nice but boy....did that get me back to old habits after losing 55 pounds on weight watchers back around the yr 2000........it is a good idea to bring along something you can add to the meal, those meals the drug reps brought us were usually very high cal.

haha....cannot cook like that at work...just good to heat up things in either elec oven or micro....that would be nice if i worked from home ;) haha...i didn't even have time to put my leftovers in a tubberware which is the reason i threw the raw ones in my bag faster....

I hear that about overdoing it on the exercise or underdoing it on the sleep early in the week. I tend to do this after a well-rested weekend. All gung-ho Monday and Tuesday, then I start to crash the rest of the week and can barely make it to Friday. Balance is hard when you're feeling good!

No AM walking, was in bed late bc i got to cooking late and then relaxed late and shower late lol - and wasn't pushing myself to get up very early!

 thinking to ask to leave early tomorrow for meeting....so i can workout before the union meeting....stay at work an hour later today...to make up for leaving early tomorrow.

 Breakfast: 2 spoons nut butter 200, 2 small pieces italian tricolor cookies 150, coffee 50...400...

Lunch: leftovers: frozen beans w/ almonds 150, melted cheese on wrap 110; pretzels 110, clementine 30. 400-450

late 6:45pm Dinner: cauli soup and/or sauteed veg in wrap with deli turkey meat that my friend forgot to take...so i will eat the turkey for lunch/dinner this week...sauteed veg good amount 150-200, two leftover beef wantons 300 larger size, honey mustard pretels 200, kombucha 50.

ACTUALLY GOT IN A 45 MIN WALK AFTER WORK, decided it was worth it, since tomorrow is mostly weights & driving to work for convenience and not to get too tired so early in the week by taking public trans bc tomorrow is a bit busy.

I'm proud of you for reading the courts website. Perhaps if they are announcing testing for promotions at this time of THIS year, they will be announcing testing for entry level positions soon NEXT year. Anyway, I'm glad you got around to doing this.

That's too bad this morning didn't pan out like you had planned. If leaving early tomorrow will have ANYTHING to do with with the Payroll Lady, I would NOT ask for it. Just not worth it.

leaving early will not affect my timesheet for payroll lady (good point you bring up!) ...i will make up the time a diff day this week...i may leave just half hour early...easy to make up a half hr :) just to get myself home quicker and able to workout before the meeting quickly...

Reading NYPL book: Love is Letting go of Fear (ebook) - pg 61 of 199 e-book pages

Courts - finish reading up on the test format / questions for the tests i want to take...seems it's finally inching up for either Late 2022 or 2023. just around the corner :) - FINISH by year's end :)


I read the updates on NYS Courts changes to their "careers" section on website...not too many additions, really.  also, they listed upcoming 2022 Spring tests for the "promotional" positions of court clerk / senior court clerk for those already working in the courts. 

It seems they will do what they need to fill these positions, and i am sure that as they promote people, the other open to the public /competitive positions will then open up. I am hopeful for 2023 tests for the positions that i want..

. the good news to me is that 2023 is not distant. I will try to check the site every month to make sure i'm not missing a test registration deadline. And who knows, registration for the tests i am looking to take may also take place in 2022, who knows!

breakfast: s potato pie 200, yogurt 130, coffee 20. 350..

Snacks / early dinner: 1/4 pizza 300, kombucha 100, blueberries 100

8:30pm Snacking later evening - some tastes of cooking and veggies 100, banana 150, gummies low sugar 100, Oreos 250

1800 tops...bed a little late bc didn't shower early and relaxed after cooking for a bit. 

leave house a little after 9am...Bringing friend to donate plasma, i have decided i'm not donating; as i'm not 110 and decided it'll set me up not to do the cooking and other things i want to do today.

We will walk like 15min together, before she donates, I will do a little walking outside (45min) while she's donating...i'm not sitting in there the whole time...(bc it's a 1.5hr process).

Basically, my plan is to cook this afternoon: started late, after 5pm bc saw Jen later in the day and we stayed together a bit longer...

Make Creamy Cauliflower Soup - have a recipe and a cauliflower. will use onions instead of shallots. - got the shallots in the end (went to supermarket as it was next to the donation center so i went htere when J was giving blood). bought her food and then she forogt most of it in my car :(...soup turned out well, easy, healthy :)

make a stir fry with remainder of veggies in the fridge...huge, it weighs several pounds! - DONE

recorded hours walking and cooking on my feet :)  added lots of hours in for today.

zoom party - he actually had friends IRL (in real life) over also...so he actually stepped away from the zoom to entertain his friends there...leaving us to chat alone. his friends were friendly to talk to, i know some of them...so we spoke a little on zoom...but then one friend was being overly obnoxious with his jokes and it wasn't funny to me (about him (being married) wanting to have sex with the bday boy...) i just stayed on the zoom because i was cuddling a pig...but it didn't make me a better person to stay lol...

the bday boy came back on, but then started being pushy with the convo...a couple said they were signing off, so i did too...i wasn't on more than an hour :) i'm sure your zoom was better! but it's fine i attended...nice to support the bday boy. (41 yrs)

outing was fine :) it's a neighborhood that used to be known as one of the worst in brooklyn, it's had some gentrification mixed in....so it's literally very poor mixed with rich kids / some wealthy folks owning 1.5M and up brownstones. crazy area! :) lots of churches all around too. it's mostly black / some rich & semi rich white. and the younger generation (younger than I) starting out - artsy types. you'd never believe it unless you were there today.

giving blood was a lot of folks needing / wanting the money...one guy living in a shelter tried, but you have to have a permanent address...some white girls from around gave too (the artsy type). mostly not though. i'm glad to support my friend. lots of people working there on staff, i saw...seems a good operation besides the fact that not enough people coming in to donate were wearing their masks...not ccool! my friend mostly did....i did.

baked a keto pizza to have today, during the week. DONE

I think tonight is also a zoom party for a friend's bday; i'll log on for a little while as so many people attend and he chooses which friends get to speak & when....a bit annoying.6 to midnight.

do weights tonight they are done for the weekend..

8:30-9am breakfast: 3 servings gummy vitamins throughout morning 50 , sweet potato pie 200, yogurt blueberry on bottom 100, coffee 50. Small choc bar 100

almost noon lunch: egg soft boiled 100, 2x honey mustard pretzels 250

2:45 crab cake 200, another 1/2 100, light ice  cream / some jelly 200, later some chips with some herbal tea 50.

6:45pm very cheesy (seems like it was overdone) frozen cauliflower crust pizza. was good, but def more calories than the box says. saying 450. could be more, for 1/2 a frozen pie. lots of cheese...before a workout of upper body only, since my legs were done Friday afternoon :)

leave house at 9am...Bringing friend to donate plasma, i have decided i'm not donating; as i'm not 110 and decided it'll set me up not to do the cooking and other things i want to do today. I will do a little walking outside while she's donating...i'm not sitting in there the whole time...(bc it's a 1.5hr process)...however, i may change my mind to donate, it depends on how it goes and what they say.
