around 2100-2200 cal. well, i kinda pigged out after the gym bc i had chips i didn't need. but whatever. long day, i did a favor and drove someone home, i got home late close to 8pm and then went to the gym. I have work tomorrow morning at 7am blech. then late dinner with a friend tomorrow. toooooooo much. weekend includes visit to grandma, dermatologist appt, and maybe beach then bar saturday night for someone's bday. Sunday, the rifle range with a guy friend. i'm excited, but nervous i won't survive the weekend bc i have too much to do!

exercise: 30 min bike, 1 hour hardcore weights.

Progress as of today: 4 lbs lost so far, only 6 lbs to go!

Sounds like a fun weekend. Have you shot rifles before? I love to target practice, but we don't have a range close anymore so it's too much effort. We do pistols, though. My favorite is glock 9mm semi auto. I am most comfortable with it. I don't want to sound like a gun nut. I just like to shoot at targets and see how I do.

breakfast: fiber one/granola mix and milk 350.

snacks: 400

lunch: 550, good lunch!

dinner: HEALTHY first time in a LONG time. broccoli and ample grilled chicken. around 450 i think, hopefully not more for a ton of broccoli and big piece chicken filet grilled.

snacks after gym: plum 60, ice pop 60, two yogurts 200, and darn seaweed snack 60: 380 good.

total: 2150 approx. not great, but not bad.

exercise: 25 min bike, 25 min elliptical at gym. perfecto.

need to catch up and comment on diaries. life is good. you know the guy i went out with two weeks ago, I'll be going out with him, during the day on Sunday, to the target range this Sunday! I've been eager to do this for some time, and I'm very excited for this activity. wow. nice.

350 snacks

lunch: 400

dinner: 450

after gym: so far, 200.

tsf: 1750 so far, wow, awesome..and some crackers.

total: 1870. good!

Well, I suppose your friends and family know you better than I do ;) so maybe i'm just blowing steam out my... anyways, I still think you should go through the training and then take it from there. What do you have to lose?

breakfast: plum 50, cereal 130, milk 50, banana 100: 350

dunkin donuts before work: toasted bagel with egg/bacon and iced coffee: only have half the bagel: 450.

snacks: protein drink 100, almonds and part of a cookie 250 more.

lunch: microwave meal and a red pepper? 550 cal at lunch.

dinner: big salad with shrimp and chicken 450 at most.

snack: fruit and milk: 1950, not higher. good. i was so hungry today.

exercise: half hour bike ride, i got home at 8pm.

Progress as of today: 4 lbs lost so far, only 6 lbs to go!

lunch: small plums 50, yogurt 100, tofu 50, small burrito 220, kombucha 80: 500.

1450...ahhh, gosh, so hard not to overeat today.

kinda a wasted day. calories probably around 4000-4500.

been eating too much, i'm starting to feel it...

anyways, early breakfast: 350

late breakfast with coworker, egg omelette with lox, 1.5 pcs toast, coffee. hopefully not more than 700? was a lot of food...(and seems they used a lot of cooking oil for the eggs)

lunch: party for another coworker's son...lunch foods, cake 1000 cal

snacks: chips 400

dinner more chips, many, sorbet 2 cups, and a small burrito.

3200 calories today.

can't complain. i had exactly what i wanted.

30 min strenuous bike ride.

1 hr weights.

damn technology, i hate it when my entries get deleted like that.

you done good; i still can't believe you can manage 1.5 hours of weights. i think i'd go crazy and start checking myself out in the mirror like all the tough bodybuilders do LOL.

so you wanna be a cop? well i'm from Canada so i don't know much about the system in the US but if you've got the skillz i don't think it much matters how tall/short you are. and if it's a dream of yours, i can't imagine not giving it a try. heck, i'm 5'5" (and a little) and i force people to call me supermodel names. a dream is a dream, don't let it get pushed under the bed.

BREAKFAST: 250: GREEK YOGURT MIXED WITH BANANA ON TOP OF BRAN CRACKERS.

today should have been an easy low calorie day but i stayed at work really late, blood sugar went way down, and even with snacking in the car on the way home, I had ben and jerry's still. so, i stopped before it got anymore out of hand (and it could, because we have the most decadent pie in the fridge my parents bought coming back from vacation - glad i didn't touch it, i would have felt so disgusting tomorrow!)

2250 approx.

total before end of work: 1250

snacking in car: 220

home: 300 pretzels 530 ice cream.

total: 2300 or so. could be a lot, LOT worse.

NO EXERCISE. worked 11.5 hours today, half hour lunch. i get up an hour early for tomorrow, as well....feeling like ass.

little too big dinner...still working on eating less calories.

exercise: 45 min bike ride.

total calories: 2050.  alright.

i'd go out with him again, story in entry below. BUT, when you sleep with him, usually that goes out the window, you know?! so we'll see.

i had to drive by the police precinct in the area where i had got into the accident last week in order to pick up the accident report, after work, only to find out that it can only be picked up between the hours of 8am-1pm.  grrrr, so they said to send a self-addressed stamped envelope and they'd mail it.  too bad the cops told me i could pick it up anytime and that there was no option to get it sent in the mail. annoying and a total waste of over an hour of my evening.

I ended up getting home from work and the police precinct around 6:30. I was tired, took a drink of diet mountain dew and went for a bike ride...like i had originally wanted to do after work. dinner was a bit larger, possibly also because i'm tired and my body is yearning for energy.
