Good Morning Ladies!

Snack: Ice Cream Snickers 180.

Brunch: biscuit w. cheese 350, coffee 80, diet coke, cherries 100, few extra bran crackers 50: 580.

late lunch: english muffin 120, tofu 70, salad 100: 290...

snack: coffee 50

snack: bar 150

snack:chips 200

snack:salad 350

late night binge: ice cream: 430

total: 2230.

exercise: 3 mile walk this morning. that may be it for today.

plan: to get my ass off this computer, to the library to study, then teaching lessons from 3:30-9pm. with a possible break here or there during the lessons.

 

Progress as of today: -5 lbs lost so far, only 15 lbs to go!

You are doing this on purpose aren't you? I tell you if I had ice cream in the house, I would be sitting here demolishing the whole lot right now. LOL It is so weird, you start the day off with ice cream and lunch is ultra healthy. I don't know how you do it, if I started the day off like that it would be all downhill for the rest of the day. You have my admiration.!!!

Dessert is the new Breakfast! Love it :) Don't feel bad about spending time on the computer, I sometimes have to give myself a computer "time out" sometimes :)

early lunch: iced decaf coffee 70, bisuit w. cheese 320, 2 bran crackers 20, cherries 50, yogurt 130, 2 pretzels 160: 750. eh.

snack: 370 - sandwich, salad w. dressing

snack:salad w. tomato/tofu/spinach: 200, dressing too.

snack:iced decaf coffee 80

snack: bar 130

dinner: cherries 100

total: 1880 - good.

exercise PM: weights, must get done....

Progress as of today: -5 lbs lost so far, only 15 lbs to go!

PM exercise: weights, back, abs, pushups, little bit of elliptical.

snack HUGE red pepper, but i'll say just 70. (biggest red pepper i ever had, should have taken a photo!)

dinner: slight binge.

total today: around 3,000. that's OK.

exercise so far: AM, 45 minutes of challenging elliptical,

LOL!!! Love your choice of breakfast :) The discovery health channel had show featuring a woman who lost 60 or so lbs by merely reversing her order of meal. I mean it makes sense when you think about it but i can't see myself eating dinner when I wake up, anyways have a great day

Haha, actually i am not a huge fan of fruit, but i've been forcing myself to eat it to try to keep me full. it has helped, certainly, but my tastebuds wouldn't protest at all if i never ate another apple.

good morning!

I saw the movie SALT last night - great movie, and angelina jolie was a great actress, as per usual!

breakfast: around 430.

lunch: cheese  on biscuit, coffee (iced) - 500

snack: chicken nuggets on my bran crackers (add some fiber and crunch! and make much more filling) diet coke: 400

snack: 2 small peaches 160.

snack: pretzels 2 servings 240, vegetable stix chips things 200: 440

tsf: 1930, a bit high, but fine, fine, fine!

dinner:

the plan is to study in the late afternoon, after a walk, then head to the gym for weights, back, abs, pushups.

Progress as of today: -5 lbs lost so far, only 15 lbs to go!

hi!  exercise 2.5 mi walk.

breakfast: biscuit w. cheese toasted w. a couple bran crackers thrown in, iced coffee (eaten half at one time, half after my exercise) 450

lunch: w. grandma - some whitefish and lox, some bread. 400.

snacks: small apple 60, then a protein bar 170, later cherries100, red pepper 70 total-400

dinner out at a diner: big salad i think!...but maybe a sandwich! large sandwich with cheese and chicken. no clue on calories, maybe like 800 at most?

snack: cherries late at night.

probably around 2200 today which is good for me.

:-)

exercise was the 2.5 mi walk.

the movie SALT is good! with angelina jolie, i saw it last night and it really keeps the audience captivated!!! angelina - GREAT, as per usual!

well, I  ***flew*** to the gym this morning after what had happened last night....driving around to all the fast food joints, pigging out in my car.

 AM exercise: 1hr 35min on the ellipitcal. weights this evening.

PM: weights, back, abs, pushups, a little over one hour.

breakfast: after carbo loading like last night, i can't just do all protein the next day or anything, i will feel extra sick. anyways, biscuit w. cheese and a coffee, eaten half before gym and in several bites during exercise at the gym. 460.

lunch: fries, 4 chicken nuggets, some bran crackers with it. 600 at most.

snack: 2 peppers 100, peach 80, ice cream 240: 420

tsf: 1480.

snack: 150 - protein/carb bar.

dinner: 2 greek yogurts and a drink: 330 or so.

total: 1960. good, considering.

....must do weights at the gym today...

...studdied a little bit. still not getting the grade i need to get to pass...and it's VERY frustrating = why i am binging.

will give one darn lesson, a make-up, bc i love the kid....but will make a lousy $11 for the half hour. sucky, but i love the kid and it's her last lesson of the summer.

4000 calories today. exercise: weights.

oh my! hungry for breakfast...just heading to bed at 2:40am. had to do some work and got caught of doing other, less productive things first. but, i must say, i got some excellent exercise in on Monday, 4 miles in the AM, and around 3.5-4 miles in the PM! yeah, that's like 8 miles for Monday. the rest of the day was virtually sitting, but I can't complain. Tuesday, well, it will include teaching a few lessons and some studying and exercise once I get up...although I think i wanna try to sleep in a little! Yeah, right! My mom will KILL me if she sees my lying around, in addition to not having a full-time job. so, I'll probably have to fun out of the house early, so she doesn't have a fit first thing in the AM!

Breakfast: definitely gonna include a greek yogurt, a fruit, and some cereal mixed in. 440 very filling calories. :-)

snack: iced decaf coffee during my walk....leave it in my car and stop in for a few sips here and there. while I walk! 850 calories: large bagel with peanut butter, soy milk, few bites of chinese.

tsf: around 1300.

Lunch: probably a bean burger on a roll....this may change...salad, fruit. 1250, mostly junk food.

tsf: 3000, approx.
