edit: gym was 45 minutes cardio.  i was BUSY today. running to and fro. and finally, getting home around 11 and going to bed in a very happy and positive frame of mind. good thing. tomorrow i must review my oboe and trombone knowledge before work.

total calories: around 1650. perfect....

goodnight. ended up going to a concert/opera tonight.

snack: bar 180...yeah, lol. too many. and jello: 100

dinner: baked apple w. cinnamon, some pieces of orange: 130, 20 for some lettuce leaves, cup of noodles 280: 430

tsf: 1490.  ..close to 1500....and a bar after one  hour on the elliptical 180 more.

1680 cal. great.

and one hour elliptical. great.

oatmeal 160 made with milk 100 and pineapple cottage cheese 120: around 400

snack: probably a bar of some sort.... 200

lunch: probably an apple and some other bar...lol. no whole foods here! no lunch. no choice. glad i had that snack!

snack at 3:30: apple and bar 300

nap? therapy and gym after. i wasn't feeling my best but i also DID NOT feel my worst. glad i went. after 3 days not going, i felt really good there. and i enjoyed it. 15 min cardio but full on weights, back, abs, pushups.

5:30 2nd snack after therapy: monster drink and a very sugary-energizing perfect peanut buttery powerbar! 250

dinner: after the gym, bought a protein bar on the way home and drank the rest of my propel as well. 300 total here.

total cal: 1450. good. and time for bed.

bed early.

no gym.

4pm early dinner: meal 430, huge orange200, tofu 100: 730

another dinner 7pm: noodles 250, half orange 70, tofu 100, jello 50, dessert bar 190 : total 660 good.

total cal today: 2190. fine.

overcame the binging of the past two days. i'm still EXHAUSTED. no gym.  took a half day and slept for 3 hours straight this afternoon. then, some errands. now going back to sleep again after i finish some laundry and ironing....very little bit....bc my bed is CALLING my name!!!

goals for friday (if not tomorrow) and weekend: more WHOLE foods. less processed.  i need some real nutrition, especially to help me feel better!

no gym tomorrow as i am not fully myself and tomorrow i have a couple errands anyway after school. so, gym will be friday and i plan on the whole shebang...if i'm up to it...which is weights and cardio! and back and abs. if i can't do it all, i'll do what i can!

goodnight all. i have a busy day, will be standing on my feet all day in with a lead apron on...adds some pounds and weight...so no gym!

total cal estimate, not that it really matters, 3500 or maybe 4000

ugh. not feeling great. no gym this afternoon. in bed. it's 5:15pm.

snack: none.

lunch: bar 180, apple 80. total: 260

snack: bar 140, jello and more jello: 200

tsf: 950.

feel like garbage.

breakfast: what i really wanted and prepared: 2 fried eggs 200, 2 toast w butter 300, apple 80: 580.

snack: bar? 210, coffee 100 or so.

lunch: crappy. 300

snack bar 250

dinner good: red pepper 30, crunchwrap fresco 460, milkshake 170, jello 10, granola 280, granola 600, chocolate bar 230, noodles 460 total here: 2240...bread and butter 300, vegetable rolls 210, banana 100...more cereal 500. add 1110....new total 3350.

4800 cal today.

bed.

no exercise today. i'm pooped. and my ankle is KILLING ME!

it's very easy to eat 4800 kcal... it's so horrifying. I mean, the ease of eating over the Daily Healthy Dose of 2000 kcal..

Good laugh about the tofu milkshake!! That milkshake sounds great, though. I'm going to look for one. I doubt we'll get them here for awhile if they are new. We are so culturally repressed here-even at the grocery store!!! Ya gotta love a good haircut! YAY!

i may get out of school early today. if so, i'll probably go home and either sleep or go to the gym...we'll see how i'm feeling.

breakfasts and snacks: 800....

lunch: apple and something from cafeteria... egg bagel with light cc was great. around 500 probably

snack: banana and drink... apple and drink 130

gym waters 70, and 20 min hard cardio, one hour weights, back, abs. very good!

dinner: chalupa w. a plain greek yogurt and some sf jello: around 550. good.

total cal: 2050. nice. especially since i was up since 4am....going to bed early tonight!

Wow! I am very impressed with your workout, that's huge compared to my 1 mile walk! Nicely done!

Good food choices too. We had the same thing for lunch, lol, isn't that funny? Bagels are awesome, I love veggie cream cheese :-)

went to the gym for 15 min after school and then left. too exhausted. it would have been a waste and i probably would have passed out.

calories before lunch: a healthy 750...

lunch: pretty healthy around 500

snack: banana 100

dinner: microwave meal and some veggies 250, tofu 100, jello ... and maybe a dessert. probably just going to bed.

i was on my feet all day...except for lunch. very tired.

Well at least you tried to workout. That is when you know you are truly tired is when you get there workout for a bit and still don't feel like being there. Hope you rest up and fee better 2morrow.
