happy new year's eve. i wish you all a good evening and new year. stay well, be careful.

thank you for your comments, i will be going through diaries tomorrow morning for sure!  i always value your opinions and advice.

exercise: one hot yoga class.

breakfast: oatmeal, yogurt, drink: 320 good fiber, good protein.

snacks during yoga: vitamin waters 50 needed something for sure.

lunch/snacking: fries,tofu,lettuce, jello, cooked cranberries: 510 good. good on sugars, fruit, protein, fat, carbs, veggie. (i know fries shouldn't be a regular part of a diet but lately i find a good excuse to get the mcdonalds dollar menu fries. basically, for the fat and carbs. i can always get NO salt fries there, but while doing yoga (especially yesterday's 6 hours) i knew i needed the sodium. so fries it was.)  of course i could have just had a baked sweet potato with olive oil and a little salt added! haha.

tsf: 880 nice...

tonight: at a friend's house...will keep calories in the back of my head - NO NEED to overeat...will prob. have a slice of pizza? celery/carrots. baking cookies but i don't think i will indulge.  i don't wanna ruin my progress. i may have lost a pound these past few days.

1750-1800 cal today. perfect day. SIX hours of yoga.  my last class was NOT easy and i did have to sit out the last couple postures. but all in all, i am EXTREMELY proud of myself. i never thought i could do that much HOT yoga in one day.

breakfast: 320.

snacks w. yoga: 270

lunch: fries/tofu: 460

tsf: 1050.

snack: cooked cranberries? before my 3rd yoga class today. ...and jello: 120 or so.

vitamin water throughout yoga 125

banana between yoga classes. 100.

tsf: 1400. good.

dinner:  not sure. maybe just dunkin donuts flatbread and more cranberries.

exercise:  3 FOUR hot yoga classes - 7:30am, 9:30am, 5:30, 7:30pm (it is completely part of the trial membership - $25 for the week, that's it!) this is great!  i will probably have to wait till my next break to do more yoga :-(

Yes, a new year - out with the old in with the new. I am going to abandon even more old useless thinking myself this year. When you talk about this guy and not spending time with him is that because you don't want to, or it just isn't happening or both? Stay open to a relationship and it will happen. Are there any men in yoga class?

I've done two yoga classes in a day several times, but I can't imagine three! You are really into it! Every time I go back to yoga, I stop thinking about food, am seldom hungry, and boy! do I firm up! The weight seems to magically melt away.

The sense of mental well-being is especially helpful. I remember after one session as I was walking out to the parking lot someone passing me asked if I had been in a yoga class. I said I had, and why? "You have the most relaxed look on your face!" How about that!

So keep telling us about yoga. You'll get me back in the swing yet!

exercise: gym 20 min elliptical and weights/abs/pushups

breakfast: 450.

lunch/snacks: 400

coffee/snacks: 150

tsf: 1000

 feeling like i am still not over my hangover....blah.

dinner: rest of grilled peppers50 , popcorn 220, some sauteed veggies 80, cucumber 30, drink 30. total: 410 or so.

total today around 1400.

i am not meeting up with the guy i keep in touch with EVERYDAY over this vacation. what does that mean? i am in a pretty bad mood right now. and i am getting over him quickly. and i am going to have some tight abs in 2010. no more bs-ing. i will make of my life what i want it to be. and i will find someone much, much, much better than that dull guy i thought i liked so much.

That's the spirit! Somewhere there's a great guy out there, for you, but I like the concept you have of working on YOU FIRST. Wish I had done that, because all I did was settle for guys that didn't have my best interest at heart. Now I'm alone, and thats fine,,because I need this alone time to focus on my health & weight loss goals. sorry to write so much, guess I got carried away. Take Care

had tons of fun monday night out to dinner and bar. got back around 2am!

dinner was a healthy chicken salad. but, i had a lot to drink. calories may be anywhere between 2700-3000. this is ok. at least i took two hot yoga classes and danced a lot! :-)

it was worth it!

breakfast: 320

snacks with yoga: drinks 150, banana 100, cooked cranberries 60, 2 clementines 80: total here: 390...adds up! wow. (healthy!)

lunch: jello 30, fries 300, crackers 240, tofu 100, veggies 40: 710 good.

tsf: 1420. ok.

dinner out: 

maybe drinks.

today shall be a splurge day i think. its ok! :-)

taking a nap now.

exercise: double yoga class! 3 hours of hot yoga. i did well.

Wow first yoga i 2 years! I remember when you did it all the time! How did it go? My daughter LOVES hot yoga. We have a Bickram (not sure that is exact spelling) here that she goes to. Your diary looks wonderful HOP. I hope to be back to the site more often in 2010. I have really had my fill of starts and stops in 2009!

wow! i forgot to write on sunday!

now it's monday morning. i'm up early to do something i love, yoga. 2 classes. a 30 min break. it's hot yoga. hopefully i will just do my best. 7:30-11AM!

calories: i'm not gonna add it all up now, but i'll estimate sunday was around 1900.

exercise: hot yoga am, abs and one hour cardio pm. great day.

snack: prob a bar and monster drink....(perhaps i should brush my teeth at the gym after drinking this stuff!) teeth are not as white as they used to be!

lunch:stuff....

1450 tsf

snack:   ?fruit 100

dinner:  350

relaxing tonight....bed early probably. yoga in the early morning.

total 1900

exercise: 50 min cardio, weights, abs.

exercise: cardio at gym: around 45 minutes. and stretching and abs/back. nice day overall.

1400...some sf jello and a NAP.60

oatmeal, chocolate 360

tsf: 1820...
