today was a great day. graduation, no more class! :-)

NOW, i must get a job!!!!....

breakfast: 260...more around 300...

snack: 200

lunch: nada...rushing around....

snack: some fruit 30...then a drink and a light bowl of cereal: 250 all together.

out to dinner: overate. all good food though. oh well. probably too hungry before dinner.  perhaps dinner was 1500?? no clue.

i will say total for today around 2500. which equals a good day.

exercise: 1/2 hour hardcore weights, short 20 min walk later on.

Progress as of today: 0 lbs lost so far, only 10 lbs to go!

thanks for all of the info lovely lady! i will try the zone bars if i ever need something on the go. can you believe you are graduating!! what an accomplishment- i remember when you were first starting the program and how much hard work you have put into this. i hope you are out celebrating big today and many blessings on your path to finding a job:) xo

8am breakfast: cherries 80, fried egg and egg white around 120, bran 40, lots of pineapple cottage cheese 240: 480 :-)...lets say 500.

early lunch 11am: blueberries 100, yogurt 130, chips 220, 450...

late snack: iced coffee 100, later a bar 130

snack: zone bar 210

snack: drinks 50

dinner:protein smoothie, ode to loveray!!! 300 (but huge!)

1750 :-)

exercise: hour bike ride, 2 mi walk

breakfast: 3 apricots 100, eggs 160, bran 20, juice 50, tortilla 140: 470

snack: bar 230 and coffee 50

and another bar, very hungry. 210 more.

lunch: pizza party....bringing something diet to drink...not wanting the pizza....grrr probably around 800.

before gym: granola bar and light snapple juice: 140

1900

dinner: dunkin donuts eggwhite flatbread 290, tomatoes 60, fruit 60, bran 60: 470

total: 2370. it's ok.

good morning.

breakfast: 2 fried eggs around 180, small apricot 20, small bowl bran and milk around 150. total: 350.

snack:bagel and cc 400

lunch: grrr. pizza party i think. i'll make sure to have some diet soda to fill me up along with it. salad w. beans, noodles...around 450

snack: 260: zone bar and coffee

snack: 2 yogurts, 3 apricots: 300, later a bar for 200 = 500 more

dinner: 400, healthy, but overdone. didn't realize i had already eaten 1960.

total: 2360. ok!

hopefully getting out of school early after lunch!....to STUDY at the library...i hope!

wow, i forgot to post on saturday. that's usually not a bad thing. :-)

today's breakfast: started off with fruit 200 (berries/cherries), then eggs w. cheese and a couple bran crackers 320, finished off by a sweet yogurt 130: 650.

around 2100 calories today. good!

i went to the shiva call. and then rushed to the gym to only go home and be too tired to do anything i needed to do. story of my life.

10am snack: coffee/bar: 150

11 am lunch:mcdonalds and coffee....550?

ate 3pm snack/early dinner: another 500 of good stuff! :-)

1600 :-) so far.

today turned out really well. :-) even though i recieved some unfortunate news...nothing too terrible, but disheartening.

so anyways, i went to the gym and did only weights and back/abs and had a blast.  I also took a walk this morning, which was a GREAT idea!!

total calories are around 1700. and they include all food groups and everything. :-)
