still not feeling great. i'm wiped out! this is nuts! why does this happen so often!?

lunch: subway - chips and sandwich. around 600
1300...my pee was BRIGHT yellow before, yuck!

dinner: salad 80, eggplant rollettes 350, bran 80, drink 20. 530 or so.
2030 :-) GREAT. and the massage was the best i've EVER had. WOW.
i will probably be doing weights tonight at the gym and a massage even though i can hardly afford it.

not feeling great. overeating already on fruits?

snack: not particularly happy to be alive right now. hating myself....two candies and a toffee thing since i didn't bring a snack and that's what's laying around. 80, 40.
snack: more candy and pretzels (was hungry) 190
lunch: 650: cheese-its, "french toast tasting bagel" which was good, with cream cheese.
snack: the plan is NOTHING sugar free. too much gassy products lately.lol, i did have something with artificial sugar but that's ok. 200 more.
dinner: around 400 - veggies and tofu with asian dressing and a little kombucha tea.
total 2100. good.
gym with weights and some cardio OUTSIDE and AFTER dinner. (i should not be so lazy after dinner all the time.)

late 2pm/3pm bbq with grandma at my house after i got back from the beach:was STARVING. all healthy. probably around 900

i got up MAD early at 5:30am or so. decided i wasn't tired and didn't want to go back to sleep. lollygagged around, cleaned up most of the clothes lying all over my floor :-)
8:45am had my snack of pepper/garlic tofu and bran. and getting up the enthusiasm to go to the gym for weights. cardio this evening.
11-11:30am arrive at grandma's to walk, give haircut, and help with lunch.
1-1:30: leave to drive back to teach lessons
3-5 or 6: need to look at my schedule!: teach lessons.
after lessons: some cardio.
and relaxing after that!

very bloated, even when i'm not eating terribly. my body hasn't been kind to me lately. not pmsing or anything. i'm talking too much food and air in my gut.
breakfast: healthy and filling 370 kashi cereal and milk, and a veggie burger
snack: 230, then coffee later 50. fruit and nut bar.
lunch: healthy chicken salad, very little dressing. around 300
snack: 250: nuts, dried fruit, kombucha.
dinner: 2 veggie burgers 300, two red peppers 100, large ass orange 150: 550
total: 1750. might have a snack later if i get hungry.
so tired. i think i need a nap. i had a review class all day. just had to sit there. but those things are tiring. maybe a nap and then a walk around the community?
exercise: gonna go to the gym for some elliptical even though i'm tired. then bed...
