Off to pick up older futon which parents are giving me - throwing out my bob's couch which didn't last long and the material of fake leather got all frayed and peaked. Also uncomfortable !!!!

did weights last night so it's done with....

Feeling a little heavy and extra jiggly. It's TOM. Came with some pain this month but my face has cleared up quite a bit so that's good :)

Woke up real late! It's a hair cooler and overcast but no rain and going out walking with Ricky and friends with masks at a park 20mi away from us. Should be nice, I have never been to this park either. We are picking up breakfast sandwiches and coffee on the way too :-)

was a good day of being in the sun in rickys convertible and walking in the sun. I'm going to start wearing more sunblock like I did today :)

Have you heard of a thing called a Quarantine Bubble? I saw it on PBS last night. A group of friends, who have a pact to follow all quarantine social rules, so that they can meet together in person in their small group. I thought of you and Ricky, since you kind of do this already.

Hopefully you will be with other citizens who value the health and safety of others to follow the public health protocols.

Yes the people we were with were also pretty careful ;) though you can never be too careful right ?!

Ricky didn’t want to walk with them so I went on a different walk with him after talking to my friends...he was happy.

reading the study book for stocks, trying to fix my acne issues lol it's gotten worse than usual, will use stepper and bike today for short periods like 20 min each, will watch an open house on zoom at noon - a nice big house!, it's a rainy day here and I'm content staying home. Will perhaps cook a meal of either pork loin or chicken, maybe, or just eggs / tuna can work too!

bc I got another extra food delivery bc I'm having issues with the Dinnerly service which I'm in the process of correcting, I'm going to prep a couple meats so I have them done for the rest of the weekend :-)

did a lot of laundry, dropped off to laundry cards to housing office and I hope to get them back soon :), will do upper body exercises, read some of book for trading. Will walk a little again later with ricky which is now cancelled - will do weights later in early evening with no more walking today. Ran out of time between laundry and dropping off laundry cards to be refilled. Chair yoga is this late afternoon 4:15-5:30 :-)

Actually it is not so busy. Yes, there were more people in there today on a Friday at noon, but, no I didn’t need to wait for a machine. But yeah to 3 young people using it at noon on a Friday! So you are right I guess !

I enjoy the chair yoga bc it does involve stretching and movement and is a good activity at a perfect time on Friday’s from 4:15-5:15 to work into my home schedule :)

10am breakfast cold oatmeal and almond milk 200, dried jackfruit 160, coffee50. Around 400.

went to get gas, drop off muffins I was selling on Facebook (individual servings) keto brand I didn't like, and supermarket for a few items like yogurt, pineapple cottage cheese, couple frozen foods, almond milk, chips and crackers, small container tomatoes, one pepper for guinea pigs... not too much since I still have meat in the freezer and still have a bit of veggies....some seltzer I bought too. 


1:15pm lunch  kombucha 50, small bit of avocado 100, small piece chicken 100, leftover Indian curry carrot mix 150, 2 servings light corn chips 260, 660. Good.

4:15pm-5pmsnacks leftover kombucha 50, leftover strawberries 50, seltzer .  100. While doing weights ....chocolates 100, later 100

dinner 7:15? salad with dressing and pickles 150, roasted broccoli leftovers 100, chicken soup I bought on my walk loaded with tasty chicken and just well made overall ina tomato light broth of some sort 350 

1950 or so.

I did not know that FB Marketplace let you sell food. That's good that you found a home for the keto muffins, and hopefully recouped some of your expense ($).

I think I'll have pickles with dinner tonight, too - or maybe I'll take some with me for lunch. Why wait?

Glad I got my weights done yesterday. I'll do leg strength today during the court tv shows later at 3-5pm. 

will also read my book with audible for stocks and cook lunch! Ricky is working at my house so I can cook for us both!

It’s so nice to have the human interaction with him! After my own years Of food issues, being able to mix the bad with the good has helped me a lot in being satisfied :)

went to farmers market and ricky bought flounder and I bought Mizuna greens for a salad and pickles ! I also bought a small bottle of a fruit liquor raspberry flavor. He also bought hamburger meat :-)

Ooo, what are your plans for the raspberry liquor? That sounds like it has a delicious cake ending to it. Or perhaps a sauce to go over ice cream? or perhaps combined with seltzer over ice.... Yummmmm.....

I miss not having farmers markets...the amish usually have a very small one in july and august.....around here....but it's still a while away...because they only sell what they grow...and it's too soon for that here.

You are right about it being seasonal - there were mostly no fruits and veggies besides a lot of green leaf veggies, potatoes, some squash, pickles - no tomatoes or fruit that will be only ready later !

fun day today!   going with ricky to test drive a nice looking 2010 mustang convertible (rickys car is a 2001 mustang convertible!) so this would be an upgrade. So far, I'm the only one really interested so I don't see him buying it - only test driving and picking on the owner about the defects of the car lol! Bc that's what Ricky usually does - I won't say too much but be kind to the guy showing us the car but I thought it'd be good for ricky to test drive. He's been talking about mustangs and cars a lot lately lol. 

then we will go walking and maybe come back home to watch a movie in the afternoon bc why not !

no strength exercise planned - I'll do weights tomorrow. if I have time tonight I'll continue with the stock book.
 

 

 

 

Accidentally bought jelly beans with maltitol in them so had bad gas all night lol. I usually don't buy anything with maltitol, but forgot to check the package.

Malitol is said to have a laxative effect - I've never experienced that, but I have had the bad gas. In fact, I think the bloating from the protein shakes I tried to add to my mornings were because of the malitol. I stopped drinking the shakes and the bloating has gone away.

The shakes will preserve for a while though, so I'll keep them in the refrigerator and use them for emergency situations.

If they have Malitol, then those drinks will def have caused the bloating. I almost never use this type of sweetener anymore and I forgot how uncomfortable it is ..... my insides were literally rumbling in displeasure after eating the entire 2.5 bag of sugar free jelly beans
