Total Calories: an amazing 1175.

Good things: I accomplished most of what I set out to do. I chose to be alert and ready in rehearsal tonight and not to appear all disheveled by exercising and then going to rehearsal...although i'd much rather have exercised!


Breakfast was large, but I think my body someone was not using it as a binge: 3 peaches, yogurt, 1 cup bran, 1/2 cup soy, 1 egg, 1 tbsp PB

Snack: egg

Lunch: large seedless cucumber, tomato, tofu

Snack: large tea with milk,sugar free syrup, splenda, balance bar

Dinner: 2 kelp salads with seasoning, salad with light spray, 1 red pepper, one tomato, 1/2 cup bbq chicken salad.

Snack after rehearsal: chocolate mint.

Total cal: supposedly 1175.

Great job HOP!! Thank-you for all the ideas and veggie info! I figured you would be the best person to ask since you just love those veggies!! I'll have to suck it up and give some of them a try, I still think my body is looking for more fibre.

They say breakfast is your most important meal and it was certainly healthy! consider it brain food for the day and maybe the reason you kept it together and were so alert for your rehearsal! All in all another good day for you, way to go!

Today turned into a great food day! My plans were all fajumbled though! I had planned to go to a University band concert nearby, not my University though. However, I never made it there because I was working really slowly at home and didn't feel like being in a major rush on the last day of my vacation before school begins tomorrow!

I went food shopping in the morning, bought a book I need for my class in the late afternoon and went to exercise at my University in the evening. That's the extent to my day. Food was great, aside from the ample diet sodas and diet snapple (some blueberry, new flavor).


Breakfast: Shirataki noodles with cinnamon (I like it this way a lot!), 2 cups all bran, one cup soymilk, one egg, cottage cheese with chocolate stevia. 440 cal. (Large breakfast, but very satisfying and helped with eating throughout the day!)

Snack (at 10:30 which turned into more like a lunch!): 2 peaches, Pria Bar, cucumber with some salad spritzer, 2 packages of kelp! This was a filling snack. oh 1/4 cup shredded chicken, 1 yogurt with chocolate stevia. 430 calories

Snack: 100 cal bar.

Dinner: really good microwavable cauliflower lightly seasoned (and salted...i know, too much salt...), iceberg lettuce bag of salad with some spray dressing, 1/4 tofu, apple.

Total calories: 1365.

Yes, the mushrooms I had at the restaurant on Friday were soooo tasty!! I also love mushrooms wich is a little odd being that I'm a rather picky eater! I know so many people who don't like mushrooms, they don't know what their missing, they are so yummy!

I wanted to ask you since you are a huge veggie fan, how strong is the taste of fresh spinach on its own? I am so picky with food but I'm trying to get more vegetables in my diet because that seems to be what I am lacking most! I have bought a spinach tortilla bread that I really enjoy but I'd like to also eat more veggies that are fresh so they are providing me with more vitamins and fibre. Is there any veggies that you can recommend for me to try that aren't super strong in taste?

Ohhhhh, speaking of mint...I found that having a cup of hot peppermint/spearamint tea while sucking on a hershey's kiss is almost like eating a minty chocolate bar LOL. Well, I certainly will not give myself all the points today... Although total calories were 1550, I did have what could be called "binge eating behavior." Breakfast was binge-like. Dinner was way too much food for the average person. I would say that because the only reason I stopped eating was because I was in MAJOR pain from fullness from my dinner.


Breakfast: apple, egg, 2 cups all bran with one cup soymilk, yogurt. 570 calories.

Snack: pria bar and tea with milk and splenda...and countless diet drinks. 160 calories

Lunch/Dinner (at the same time, 6pm): Three packages of the kelp noodles (this alone is a lot of volume to put in one stomach!!!), an entire package of shredded red cabbage (microwaved and i mixed it with the kelp - very good, seasoned with salt, garlic, spices), 4 red peppers heated up, some low cal spray dressing, 1/2 cup shredded bbq chicken, 1/2 cup cottage cheese flavored with stevia choc. flavor, yogurt with choc. stevia flavoring, six chocolate jells (candy). calories: 820

Holy moley lots of cabbage! Sometimes I have those days where one meal will be really heavy, heavier than normal...kind of odd but ok lol Glad to read that your bad days balanced out finally! YAY!

I agree, i think your lunch/dinner was pretty healthy. I know for myself, I would be more disappointed in myself for having more than one dessert than for the level of calories taken in. I think it was a good day. You know, when lunch is skipped and there aren't many snacks, that usually sets me up for a big evening meal too. And those diet drinks (soda pops?) can set you up for overeating too, with the artificial sweeteners (Splenda, Nutrasweet).

I had like 3 cups of coffee tonight at the diner. Lots of milk in the last one. So, 150 calories at most.

Total calories: 1,000.

Remember those two really bad days I had? well, they're finally balanced out. It took me 8 days in calories to resemble what is a normal daily intake for someone like me. Not easy.

Today I was busier than I expected to be! It was good though, as I spent my time doing things that need to be done before the weekend is over! I went back to the University library yet again to do research, which is still not really "complete." I'm still unsure of the answers! I taught a good french horn lesson, which felt good. I also looked at my schedule for the upcoming weeks...lots of late night rehearsals!!! Yuck, the kind that make me tired the next day!!!!! ugh ugh. I can't turn down these offers...i will not get paid, so not monetary offers. Just, offers that might give me good job connections, etc.


Breakfast: apple, shirataki noodles, yogurt, egg. 270.

Snack: Balance Bar and some flavored water thing: 110

Late Lunch/early dinner: 2 kelp noodle packages with garlic, salt, oregano; some spray salad dressing, bag of iceberg salad, potato/spinach pancakes with a cup of cottage cheese with some chocolate flavored splenda. This was a good meal! 455 cal.

calories so far: 835

Now, I just have to record what I will be eating after rehearsal tonight when we go out to the diner, as usual. I don't want to get a lot of food. Calories are looking good right now. I think I'll probably get decaf coffee or something. If I'm hungry, ummm, soup? we'll see.

Kudos for getting ahead of the game for this weekend! Maybe by you getting a lot done today your weekend will be extra enjoyable. And double kudos to sticking with that research. Personally, that's one of my least favorite things to do.

WI points: 34...no cardio today, so no exercise points. I did do yoga...it went extremely well!

I had rehearsal tonight and my horn student was there! She came to listen to us play and she loved it!!! She really wants to come to the University next year! The band teacher spoke to her and she was so excited about everything.

We went out after, but i didn't want to use ANY calories...I had one of those early afternoon days again where I pretty much don't eat for the rest of the night. It's been like that for me for 3-4 days so far. I just ordered tea...and lots of splenda. i know, so healthy, lol! (just kidding, i know its not!)

Foods today: emergen'c juice, 2 cups fiber one, one cup soymilk, yogurt, kombucha drink, 2 packages of kelp noodles with a little salt, garlic and oregano (it tastes really good this way), 2 microwaved red peppers, salad, leftover shirataki with stewed tomatoes...I haven't decided really what I think of the Shirataki - it's not bad, just has a slight blandness which makes me want to think of tasty ways to have it...i'm still getting used to it i suppose... bbq shredded chicken and yogurt on a hamburger bun (very good!)...then, another whole bun with two tablespoons PB (right after the first one..i was full, but wanted it/ate it. Later on, I had a 100 calorie bar around 5pm...that's all i ate for the rest of the night, now its 2am. I don't even want to sleep, even though i'm tired.

Total calories = 1400.

I don't think that I could stop eating that early in the day. My stomach would not let me go to sleep. Anyways, you are doing freat with the food, very healthy.

Sounds like you did well with your food choices and keeping your calories low! I also have trouble sleeping alot of the time. Its very frustrating to feel tired yet be unable to sleep! I hope you got a little bit of rest! Great that you made it to your yoga class again!

Thanks for your comment. My cousin is my height - 5'2". She is a lot thinner than me. I used to accuse her of being anorexic but I have to admit that she isn't, because she does eat all sorts of things that an anorexic person would never touch - just very tiny quantities of them. Maybe she has a really low appetite because she doesn't get any exercise? I don't know...

WI Points: all!!!! yeah yeah! I just need to continue on this path and all will be good! I'be been working out at the university gym and everyone being there working out too is soooo motivating! I love it!

To the Donkey: I presume my body has adapted to my high fiber intake. And, when I sometimes take in all that bran at a time, it works itself through my body calmly/sometimes right away. But, its over and done before I know it (like within the hour or so). The fiber does not get in the way of any daily activities. LOL

I planned on yoga today, but it didn't work out. But the gym, of course, still happened. How could it not, I'm on vacation for President's week!

So, I am almost always more hungry the first half the day. Does anyone else get like that? It might be in my head, though. you see, once I've eaten the first half the day, how and what I eat the rest of the day usually depends on the first half. anyways, today I ate a lot up until 3pm, but hardly anything the rest of the night. odd, but interesting. I think the fact that my calories (overall) are still too high for the week is looming over my head.

ahhh, and I woke up majorly early today. I just couldn't sleep (sometimes that occurs when i'm eating poorly...arg!)

Breakfast: kombucha drink...look it up its VERY cool. but, if your not one for unique tastes, stay away. its highly potent! egg, apple, 2 cups of all bran "extra fiber" (haha donkey!) and 1 cup light soymilk.

Snack at 10:30ish: yogurt, kelp noodles microwaved with some seasoning on top, shirataki which with some canned "stewed" tomatoes and garlic (came out tasting bad and i didn't even finish...i need to think of better ways to make the shirataki...its not going as well as i hoped...lol), egg, one small biscotti.

Snack at 11am!:Hamburger roll with 1 slice mozzerella cheese, 1/4 cup ricotta cheese, and 1/4 cup shredded chicken bbq style. this snack was good. tad salty for me, but good.

Snack at 3pm: 2 cups all bran, soymilk.

Snack at 7pm: 100 cal balance bar.

Tons of diet sodas all evening..and some tea. not so healthy, but it worked for me.

Total calories: 1440. I didn't think it could happen and i was actually hoping for no more than 1800...after all the food i had eaten the first half the day!

oh, someone (leeumom) asked about the salt in the noodles and the sardines yesterday. the shirataki noodles have almost no salt and the sardines were "no salt added." therefore, no salt involved!

Hmm, so the shirataki is not quite the wonder food it seemed. I thought you said it had no taste? Or is that the problem - too bland?

I also seem to be immune to bran, and other high-fibre foods. I eat beans and bran every day but they have no effect on me! I did read somewhere that many vegetarians can digest beans more easily than other people because they have them more often.

I keep forgetting to ask my son Billy about Kombucha. He's really into health foods and nutrition and must know about it. What kind of a taste does it have, or can you compare it to anything else?

I know the Asai (frozen fruit pulp) we use in our smoothees is an acquired taste. It tastes medicinal and is powerful. We might have loads of flavorful fruit mixed with ityet the asai overpowers it and is just slightly affected by the other fruit. It has a muted purplish color - very unappealing - but we love it. The kids don't like it which is fine. All the more for us!

RE: Working out in gym-I am a better "group" exerciser than solitary. I think it comes from teaching aerobics all those years. I have adjusted to solitary exercise, though. Glad you are enjoying your gym experience.

Edit on Wednesday Morning: there is practically no way today could ever be as lo-cal as yesterday. For breakfast I had a bigger than normal, but satisfying, breakfast of 460 calories. It included a drink called kombucha, apple, egg, and two cups of bran with soy milk. I don't know if I'd call it a binge. I'm not. My plans got a little messed up today, and i'll have to re-work my day so that i'm not home eating! LOL.

today ended up being a really packed, good day. I did yoga for the first time in one month! it felt great to do it again!

I also went to the doctor and called the dentist to make an appt as well because I had this weird thing going on in the back of my mouth...and the dentist said i could come at 7pm! so, i also went to the dentist who said i should get my wisdom tooth out because there is no room for it and that's why my gums are all weird around it...as it can't fully come up and its impacted. i knew all of this, but didn't take it seriously. so, now i'll have to remove it...but i can't now..lol, because i need to play the french horn...and surgery will make it so i can't...i'll have to wait till spring or so. my gums don't bother me, i just thought it looked strange in the back of my mouth.

i'm happy i stuck to low calories today and stuck to my "schedule." It was kind of a schedule, anyway.

Foods: emergen'c drink, apple, egg; coconut drink; a big lunch of shirataki noodles, cheese, salad, sardines, kelp noodles, one small biscotti, yogurt (calories were low for lunch actually); kombucha drink, protein bar, dannon light yogurt.

Total calories: 895. yeah, i know.

I don't think I'd call your Wed. morning breakfast a binge. Bigger than normal, ok maybe. I think it's a good way to start off the day. Don't throw away the rest of the day just because you think breakfast was too big.

Thanks for comments on mine. Didn't mean to stir anxiety regarding wisdom teeth. Most people do just fine-pain for a day or two, discomfort that receeds each day thereafter. Dry sockets are created when a clot either fails to form for some reason or is dislodged by mouth function such as sucking through a straw, spitting (or playing french horn -yikes!), etc. or is disolved (for example by warm beverage, etc.) Most people do just fine. Rachel didn't think the surgery itself was bad at all. They put her to sleep - all in all it took about 20 minutes under the anesthesia. Impacted ones are harder, but with all the good medicine there is out there today no need to anyone to suffer needlessly. I hope that helps some! You are doing great, as usual, on the nutrition! Thanks for posting your menus. I like to read others. Mine are BORING!

I did not have much pain at all. Its really not that big of a deal. They give you pain medicine for after. The yogurt sounds good. Think I'll have it for lunch. I wonder about the noodles and sardines as far as sodium. Do the noodles have alot of sodium? I know after I have something high in sodium, I retain it.

You probably shouldn't follow such a low-calorie day with another one just like it anyway. I used to try to do that but I was just setting myself up for failure! Now I tell myself it's okay to go a little over if I was a little under the day before (and you were WAY under!).

Thanks for your comment on my diary. I am going to take your advice and try to have a really great day before the possible bombshell tomorrow, haha! I like that mentality. And don't worry, I'll save the binge for tomorrow, if the appointment goes badly! (Not that I'm planning anything like that, of course!)

Thanks also for your comments on my running story - that was really sweet of you! I also initially worried that I wouldn't have time for such a commitment, that the weather would never be good enough, etc. But then I realised that I just needed to learn how to be a little more flexible. It doesn't matter if I skip a workout because I don't have the time or because something more important comes up. It should be something we do for ourselves, to unwind and have fun. And if we can't occasionally find the time to do a little something for ourselves, we need to re-think our schedules!

today was not great. i did manage to do most of the grad work I needed to get done at the library though! I even stayed much later than expected, just so I wouldn't have to come back for so many more hours because the work was not even halfway done. I will probably email the professor with the few questions I have, so that I'm extremely prepared for class! I figure if I work on it as much as I can independently, there's no reason not to go to the professor for assistance. it's better than it being too late and getting a low grade.

I noticed you've stopped weighing in. Do you think that by not weighing in, it has allowed you to live in denial about the effects of bingeing? I'm not sure I'm saying that right. I know that when I stop weighing in, it is WAY too easy to get carried away with eating too much. So that's where I'm coming from, with my question.

Edit 2: Kelp noodles are made of kelp (seaweed). They have a neutral, almost no taste. They are clear and crunchy. They remind me a little of bean sprouts with their consistency. But, they do not have a strong taste at all. They are good with sauce and flavoring...far better than having them plain. They can be a substitute for pasta. To the same effect, I think shirataki noodles are the best substitute for pasta I have seen so far. _____________________________________________________________________

I can't throw out tempting foods because I didn't buy them....if I lived on my own (or with someone who has similiar eating habits as myself...) there would not be such tempting foods in my house!

So, today started off well, but I didn't stick to it. Its unfortunate that I made the decision to binge again because it's going to be difficult balancing out yesterday and today with the rest of this week! Doesn't leave much wiggle room calorie-wise!

I wasn't brought up on sweets and candy. It's just a tactic that I use when I procrastinate doing work. I look towards food, sugary food. Procrastination in life in general. ahh, well.

Oh, biscottibody, I list my menu here because I love reading other member's menus here. I figure I ought to post mine and other people will continue to post their menus too. I like to see what people are eating so that I can see if I'd want to make myself some of those foods as well. I also figure that other people just might get ideas from my menu.

The shirataki noodles need to be flavored with something. It is easy to get turned off by having too much of them. However, the package they come in is small. But, like I said, having too much will make you get sick of them fast. Maybe its because they have some fiber. Eating one package will give you 4 grams of fiber. Its not a tremendous amount, but more than white pasta. Their consistency is almost the same as noodles, but I think that the body (tastebuds) can tell and that is why I believe they shouldn't be eaten alone. I made them into a light "macaroni and cheese" dish earlier today. They go great in soups, salads, and stir-fries, says the package.

Foods for the day: apple, large peach, yogurt, kelp noodles, shirataki noodles, mozzerella cheese, tomato, seared tuna, Binge on two heavily sweetened columbo yogurts, chocolate bars, cookies, candy....light dinner later on: salad, shirataki noodles, 1 egg.

Total calories: 2310.

Something good about myself: while driving home after teaching a french horn lesson, I was really proud of myself (being the teacher) and my student. she's coming to play in the university band to check it out this Thursday night and I can't wait to see her there! I know she's going to be a MAJOR success next year when she goes there! Goodnight, wishing myself and everyone better days tomorrow.


so, despite any effort to watch calories today...I decided mid-morning to go into a binge again...today is gonna be a 2500 calorie day. I can't go past that, or its gonna take forever to balance out yesterday (practically 4000 cal.) and today. arg. My dad was talking about my grandmother coming over for dinner possibly during the week. I'm not too excited for that after these two binges! I hope it doesn't happen.

somebody asked if this is just how my body works. well, i like the eating healthy part. I don't like the binge part where I eat so much it makes me so full that it hurts. It has to do with the euphoric feeling that all of the sugars do from the food inside in my body. I've spoken about this before. I'm addicted to food and the way I feel after I overeat. so, i guess i'm gonna have to try harder to stop binging.

I know exactly how you feel...I notice I feel so much better when I eat healthy and my body feels so much better too. But then sometimes I go on binges that are usually related to stress...such as this past week. I hate how you feel great while you are eating the food but after, your stomach is stuffed and you feel miserable.

So here's a "You can do it!" for both you and me this week, because I didn't do well with eating last week! : )

Hi, come on get back on track,just throw away all those goodies away so you are not tempted.I would say that i am addicted to food too,not bothered about cigarettes or booze,but like cigs and booze, food has it's risks to our health aswell, unfortunately.Forget what you have binged on and start tomorrow with a fresh outlook,maybe do some exercise to burn some of those cals off.That's what i did today,hopefully no damage done??Bye 4 now Julie

I think what biscotti is saying makes some sense. Its only when I feel I cant have chocolate that I get the urge to eat it.And I dont even have a sweet tooth!!! If its there on offer if I want it, I find its easier to resist!! This is definately a mental issue! Good luck with getting back on track :)

I felt that a binge was coming... you'd been keeping your calories so low last week. You've got to watch out for that - don't starve yourself or you'll pay the price. Our bodies come with built-in survival mechanisms and we're programmed to eat as much as possible to fend off the famine!

So, the shirataki noodles were a success. I must make a trip to the Asian grocery store to look for them. What did you have them with? Were they really filling? I mean, there must be a catch... or could I just eat tons of this stuff all day long for hardly any calories?

I hope that you can find a way to reconcile the bingeing. It might take some time to get to the point where you can eat sugar in moderation. I can't say that I ever got to that point (LOL), but I binge in response to stress, not deprivation per se. Keep trying!!!

By the way, thanks for your insight on the situation with my husband. You're completely right - we basically spend all our time together and do everything together, so he sees my brother as an interloper and resents his presence. I don't think he would ever try to forbid me from doing anything, but I feel guilty knowing that I'm ruining my husband's weekend by inviting my brother over to stay with us. And then it's so stressful for me to be around the two of them! So the next time maybe I will ask them both to make more of an effort with each other. Hopefully that will take the some of the burden off me!

HEY! I am so glad you got your noodles and your loving them! I think my new order came in the mail today but I do not have enough energy to go get them because I am suffering from food poisoning today (no not from the noodles! ha ha) I am sorry you have been out-right binging, I guess the theory is true, that we eat more over the weekends then during the week. I have no doubt in my mind that you cannot come through this! Dont worry too much about it and just look to the future!

Julie had a good sugestion about just throwing out those tempting foods. I also enjoy the feeling a binge gives you, I've been struggling with those urges this past week.

All I can suggest is maybe don't let yourself take a bite of that first thing, because I know for me at least, if I never start its a little bit easier than if I eat one thing and then have to try to stop myself.

You can overcome this, I know you can!

Oh, and thanks a lot for the suggestion, for a long time I have thought that getting manacures would help me, but I just never went to get one. I'll make sure to try it, once I have nails again. :-)

I wish you luck. I have trouble with sweets. Having ice cream sets me off and I'm on a roll at that point. It is just something that I don't give up on but now and then will go get a controlled portion. The book above really sounds good. My husband has the issue of overeating. Think I will have him check it out so we can read it. Good luck!

I think Biscottibody has some good info for you. You really should check out that book. You do soooo good until those binges set in. What is good is that the rest of the time you really do eat such great healthy food and you always get back on track after the binging!

I really can't offer to much advise when it comes to the bingeing but I hope your able to find away to avoid triggering that need to eat all that sugar!

I find I can't just have 1 chocolate either and once I taste one I want to pig out! I also find week-ends more tough than during the week!

You are strong and you can do this! You are so wonderful and supportive to all of us here, you always have such nice and positive comments for everyone!! All the best, I hope today is better for you!

Oh, HoP... I feel for you. I know how hard it is to have to live with all those tempting foods. I think I have come to a good compromise with my husband - I still buy goodies for him but I try to avoid anything which I absolutely can't resist. So for instance I'll buy ice-cream, but not my favourite flavours. But when I visit my parents - disaster! My mother has the same tastes as me and she eats very little... so there are always tons of my favourite foods lying around!

Thanks for your comment. I, too, did not want to wait until I turn thirty to get fit. That was actually one of the things which inspired me to start trying to get into shape a couple of years ago. My husband was about to turn thirty and reminiscing about his glory days as a star athlete back when he was in his prime at age eighteen. Well, I realised that if things continued the way they were going, I would grow old with nothing in life to look back on with pride. I would never know what I could have done in my youth! Well, I didn't want to let that happen!

MAJOR BINGE TODAY, 3930 calories. pretty accurate on that.

I ate well all day, but breakfast was a small binge actually, at 650 calories. I'll list everything I had today:

soy milk, fiber one 2 cups, 1 yogurt with 2 tbs PB, huge peach, egg, tofu, mushrooms, kelp noodles, salad spritzer dressing spray, seared tuna, red pepper, apple, 2 peaches, egg, 2 plum tomatoes....

Binge: 4 100 cal cookies, 2 huge chocolate bars, chocolate truffles with filling, 3 double chocolate milanos, 1 large 140 calorie cookie, 2 cups life cereal and soy milk, potato chips, tortilla chips, and chedder popcorn. (I had all of this at once!). oops.

i guess next time I feel this way I can always go to mcdonalds, sit there and have ONE apple pie or something. gosh.

update on my second taste test of the shirataki noodles!!!!!!!!!!................

THEY ARE GOOD! yep, I followed directions on how to prepare them to the t! so, you must drain and dry them VERY well! I dried them with a hair/blow dryer! LOL. then, you MUST boil them for 3 minutes. Then, dry them again...I did it with a blow dryer, again! They have no taste and look/feel almost EXACTLY like noodles! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!! :) I am VERY happy!

per package, tofu shirataki noodles are 40 calories.

Shirataki noodles, I think I'll see if I can find those and give them a try! That's great that the tofu is so low in calories, I would love it if I could manage to eat some more variety of "healthy" food.

Its very frustrating for me because I feel so limited in my choices because I am sooooo picky. I'm trying to be more adventurous and try out new things but so far I haven't had much luck stumbling onto things that I can see myself eating regularly!! I am forever envious of how much veggie's you manage to fit into your daily diet! I realize that you enjoy them but still, you have great healthy veggies all the time!!

Great job on keeping your calories low lately and resisting the urge to binge!! Your doing fantastic!

Okay, when I commented you hadn't had the binge yet!! I have been struggling a little the last couple of days also. I seem to have a hard time on the week-ends. Not to mention there is chocolate around that I can see from Valentine's day that everyone bought for the kids!!

Sounds like you had some tasty foods there during that binge, 2 chocolate bars, trouffles, cookies...... your making me hungry!! I honestly don't know where you put it all!

Tomorrow is another day you get to start all over again. You did have some great healthy stuff in there. Take Care!

Hummmmm.....hair dryer as kitchen tool - interesting! You know, I find that if I start off the day with a big breakfast I eat "big" all day. I don't know why. Also - you eat SO well all the time - do you think you your "normal" pattern might be that you save up your sweet tooth days for one big blow out day? You STILL had wonderful nutrition along with your sweet treats. And just why didn't you say something nice about yourself? Hummmmmmm?????

Seriously, you do eat so well 99% of the time..maybe this is just how your body works.. Did you feel sick afterwards? I don't know where you put it!!

Looks like you had an attack of the chocolates. I know how that is! I ate all my chocolates yesterday, it didn't leave much room for REAL food but at least it is all gone now =) I also had low points yesterday (((((((((((((Horn))))))))) it is always good to know that even though you binge, you always get back on track!
