2075 6-day average, thursday was 2150. very good.

Home: small amount kombucha 40

Breakfast at work: banana 120, wrap 100, peanut butter 150, honey50, coffee 50 470.

snacking: 350 - chocolate and peanuts

12pm early lunch, just so hungry!: will have tons of vegetables with it, yes, definitely - 650.

snack 1: apple 50...very hungry this week. more chocolate. 100

snack 2: cookie bar 100

GYM TONIGHT (ended up getting very queasy and dizzy at work, left 15 min early, pulled over to throw up & decided to go to the gym anyways and did pretty good there).

After gym: prob dunkin donuts sandwich.

Bed when i can...hamster is so cute these days :)

This morning I sent in my college / graduate school transcripts and my license to the NYPD candidate relations department & I am definitely now finishing last steps to get this application finished and final and to be in the January 2018 academy. life is moving & my life will change forever soon. it's really cool and exciting!

 In the afternoon, i submitted the rest of the forms they emailed me back in the morning.  I guess I'm going into the NYPD in January!!!!!!!! It's not a done deal, but closing up on one now.

Thank you Bear, they already sent me back three forms to fill out - i'll do it later when my regular workload decreases this afternoon...i may have to get some stuff from home to help me, though...hoping to finish the forms today (or tomorrow).

Early morning: I had tons of kombucha but didn't poop. i probably will have to at work possibly after lunch today. bc i had so much (4 cups or two bottles of kombucha).  150.

9 am Breakfast - late at work...coffee earlier 50, banana 120, wrap 100, with cream cheese 100, lox 50. total here: 420.

9:30am snack  sorta right after breakfast - nice chocolate caramel bar 150   yum!!!!!!

11am: some nuts 130

lunch ? doritos bag 260, chicken 250, onions fried 100 at least, spag squash 100 at least. total approx: 700.

plan is to read at lunch - haven't read this book in weeks!....want to read even more tonight!

snack: kiwi and granola bar 150. just starving.(i had half a Red Bull after lunch - must break that habit today bc the caffeine isn't aiding anything about my health and my skin has been better and i want to keep it this way!...i think the caffeine also got me hungrier, as usual, like 3 hours after i had it)...

dinner: at home & not sure what...going to have a Subway Sandwich after work...eating there i think.... Mc Donalds. 600 cal.

2300 total on Wednesday

5day: 

Bed early again.

Life is so out there, it's good.

I am now in process of reinstating my NYPD application for January 2018.  I called candidate relations to start the process and tomorrow i'll scan & email them my driver's license and college transcripts.

 

McDonald's 6 chicken nuggets and fries 600 and maybe a small bit of alcohol - bed early 2300 today 5day = 2060

I am starting to realize how easy it is to just bake a squash whole in the oven...i may start making a whole lot of them this winter - many types of squash....healthy and i believe they have potassium which is what i feel i always lack ! so happy to be back here right now being able to share my life with you guys and help you too....DD is a really important source for me, around 10-15 years now.

Office: 2 dates 100, coffee with milk 50, banana 120, wrap 100, with honey 50, peanut butter 200, belvita crackers 230. total over here: 850

950 - omg stopping eating!....this was all beore 10am. didn't realize how much it was adding up!

1pm well-timed Lunch: 550 (some grain / cracker, potato pancake not oil though things, cabbage, 1 egg, 1 egg white

Snack: kiwi 50

Snack 2: maybe - not sure. granola bar 100.

1650...ouch!....but really, it's ok. today will probably be high cal. i told ricky i'd drink with him tonight, well, maybe just a taste? i'll stick to mostly my veggies i thinnk....i'll have to bring them over to eat...........even though i planned on eating them at lunch here...ah well.

Dinner: out to dinner with Ricky and to pick up my hamster from him since i asked him to keep the hamster one extra day so i could go to the gym yesterday lol and Ricky is good to me!

I have dates here...I forgot about those until I read about yours. How do you like those belvita crackers???? Denny likes them....I see today that they now have coconut ones too....sounds good.

the dates are just pure sugar but i enjoyed them.

also, i do not really like the belvita crackers. they are also high calorie snack at almost 250 calories just for sugar and hardly any fat and no protein.

lately i crave sugar bc life is quite exciting and all the commotion is making me crave fast energy. that's why i ate them yesterday in the morning - same reason i had a chocolate bar today.

on a typical day, i'd stay away from them bc i can have a granola bar for 100-150 cal instead of a package of belvita which is double the calories = double the points (on WW)!
