Breakfast - later side around 9am kombucha and seltzer with stevia 350.

Big lunch: cup or so of white rice 250, chicken Thai dish with dressing 400 tops and salad 100. 750.

3:30pm Big apple 100. 1200 wow so much .. more seltzer I am sure - very thirsty. Oh and snacks around Costco! And chips back at home 150 1350.

I wanted low cal day (like 1600-1800) but didn't stick with it so had still normal calories but higher than planned at 2150.

But a good calorie avg for 7 days = 1870, success.

I ate a bit too much ice cream though - 2 full pints, one being 280 cal and the other was 240 cal (for the whole pint). Halo Top. one was strawberry and one was vanilla...my mouth is irritated a hair from it all, so taking a break till sometime next week! One pint was with breakfast and the other after dinner.

1820 6-day average!!!!

weight was around 116-point something on the digital scale today. that's a decent weight...but...i do want it more around 113-115 range...like i want it a few lbs lower, yes. I do have a little fat to lose, but truthfully, i need to gain more muscle. lately jeans are a tad tight (some of them). overall, I am def happy with my weight. I tried on the black dress I'm wearing to a wedding next weekend - it looks great. I may not even wear stockings at all?or just shear black? NOT OPAQUE DARK BLACK! looks so bad and tends to not show the silouette of the dress!

6am Morning at home: seltzer with stevia and vinegar drink 30.

Morning at work: coffee 50 with milk & equal, wrap 60 with extra farmer's cheese 80 and salami 100: 300.small banana 120.

snack: 1 mini resee's pieces cup so GOOD! 40 cal. 

500 before early lunch at 12:30 can't wait.

early lunch probably 12:30pm instead of 1pm. 500-550 approx lunch.

1050 or so before end of workday...

before gym: caffeine and special k crisps 130 cal-150.

1200 before gym.

after gym: thinking my typical ice cream...with jello. 

eating light right now.

1750 today -

Tomorrow i'm getting a nice massage at 9:45am (and it's a relatively close drive to me - 20 min or so away)It's for an hour massage until 11pm and then driving home takes around 45min to have lunch with my dad i'll get there by noon.

i will do laundry at my dad's house (and also help doing any of his laundry as well and wash the gross couch blanket that smells so bad!!! - but - may also do some of my own  laundry back at my apt tomorrow night -  for things that i'd rather hang dry and not be wrinkled from the commute of bringing clothes back from my house...but everything else i'll do at my parent's home for free LOL since i'll be there - and it takes far less time!

i may also do some reading at their house and i am sure my dad would enjoy the quiet time too (he does like to read and do his own stuff when he has a free moment (very rare for him!) - change of scenery from my own apt. when i read back at their house.

What does the seltzer with stevia and vinegar do what is purpose of starting your day with that drink J? Yes the site has been quiet I have to admit I have not been posting as much simply because not much going on in weight loss since I am on my plateau. Have a great day J.

Vinegar stuff helps to get the bowels moving so i can take care of business before i leave my place for work. In general, a majority of the time, it works. Seltzer also helps get fluid in, bubbles tend to help things move along too, i also like it sweet - so i make it sweeter with liquid stevia and instead of a light flavor, the flavor is sweet and strong in the already-flavored fruit seltzers. Good to drink liquids in morning,so that's why...sometimes the probiotic drinks don't work or make me more bloated but usually not.

vinegar / kombucha / probiotics are good for digestion / elimination. they work well on an empty stomach in morning.

yeah, haven't had one in...not that long lol...maybe like 1 month? but i have some prepaids (already paid so why not use!) and look forward to trying a new male therapist for a nice massage. and lunch with dad...sounds to me like good use of a Friday!

My opinions / thoughts on election:

1) We are still 1 Nation, United under the flag & god.

2) If the miliatary backed Clinton, maybe she would have done better but the military (for the entire United States in general) despises her.

3) We'll have to make do with the outcome...and work to stay united and work for the benefit to keep our nation strong.

4) I myself have no hatred and hope that as a whole we can support each other, no matter our political views.

 Today I have no plans after work besides to relax & continue reading a book I've been reading which is quite motivating and inspiring.  That's the idea and general notion of the book. I wish i had started reading it sooner! just kidding, i'm very glad though that i'm reading it now. Lots to think about and realize. Lots to be thankful for.  Lots of reminders on what is really important in life and that finding happiness is not the way - but being thankful for what we can give now is more rewarding...it makes sense.

Yesterday was very productive.  I voted before work. Worked the full day, actually being early.  And I went to the gym along with dropping off something at a local store to help them order new ice cream flavors that they don't currently have (a page with the new bar codes for these new flavors) and then after the gym i decided to drop by again and pick up some of the currently available Halo Top flavors...It was a full day & I woud have changed nothing.

I look forward to getting to know the guy that i went on a date with last week. He's a good guy with a nice body....and he likes my body...so....and he did absolutely NOTHING WRONG on the first day...such a nice guy...time to try it out again and be openminded more than i have ever been bc life is short and meant to be happy for us if we are open to happiness!

Already voted before work around close to 7am, was early to work by 7:30am which is fine! & will be going to gym after work. Lately planning for success works out wonderfully, to say the least!

2am bc my stomach was slightly turning and sleep was fully interrupted: small banana 120, 6am i had a vinegar drink 30 cal. 150 total.

8am early at work: another small banana 120 (good for me because of potassium and settles stomach), some of a coffee 30 ( i seem to hate coffee now), energy drink 1 serving only, wrap 60 of farmers cheese 60 and salami 100. total here: 370.

520... good, good. it will be a tired day...i can tell. but i can also realize it's not worth it to hound on about it...and to sorta forget about being tired bc it'll eventually work itself out.

prob will have a bigger protein bar, 200 cal for snack. Not gonna finish the bar - it's big and i'm full, more tired than anything...left ankle hurting. ah, it's a tough week after a busy weekend. but i'm getting thru it!

750 (finsihed the bar...so bored and tired lol).

600 lunch.

Didn't sleep well because was woken up again by neighbors and video games at 2am-2:30am or so! no good. Left them a note under their door that if they are going to watch tv / listen to music in the middle of the night, they need to lower the volume because it's heard very audibly in the surrouding apartments. I thanked them in advance and didn't sign the note, so they don't know who left it...I really did NOT want to sign my name as i feel they should know better and that i shouldn't have had to deal with it.

I'm sure it won't happen again. it's happened 2x already - friday night around 10pm and last night around 2am (which seriously can't be happening all the time! during the work week!)...anyways, i am sure i have solved the situation and i am sure i will speak up if the  situation doesn't resolve itself. Not angry about it, as it's a 1-time deal for during this week - and i am positively thinking that it's not going to be ongoing especially after i asked them to lower the volume. It's a single mom with teens next door, and i'm sure it's the teen boys that were doing it - she may have slept over her boyfriend's place nearby which is why they were probably up so late with the volume so loud.

Lunch: sorta too big. shrimp from Friday but seem ok since fridge here wasn't opened all weekend! lol. 150-200, sauteed cabbage 150 and also sauteed other stuff 150 and chips 100! 600.

 Planning to begin a couch to 5k running program in February and do it twice as slow, taking 18 weeks (4.5 months) instead of 9 weeks to get myself back into jogging before NYPD academy.  Ankle still sucks, but, I'll just "do it." my body IS getting stronger & stronger and i plan to be stronger by February, when i begin this program. And if i feel like it, I'll start in march, no worries.

I am finally moving away from my whipped fave cream cheese and onto farmer's cheese - I tried it today for the first time - and it's great on a wrap as a substitute to cream cheese. and half the calories!  I will throw out the weight watchers brand of whipped cream cheese i bought - it's terrible! but other brands of whipped cream cheese i do like! - but Farmer's cheese is the healthier option and tasty too! It has a nice ricotta flavor and smooth texture...good for wraps / sandwiches.  Only 40 cal per two tablespoons. Whipped cream cheese has 80 cal for 2 tablespoons. BIG difference. - one is close to 50cal, the other close to 100.

Morning eating: islandic style yogurt flavored so some sugar 100, with my own cooked cranberries and stevia 50 also had seltzer with stevia followed by some beef jerky 100. Later followed by ice cream light variety 150. 400. Trying to save calories as I am going to a big brunch in the village (NYC) today for a lovely friend's birthday....

Date last night went well he is a nice guy. I am attracted to his personality more than his look at this point is beyond unreasonable to even say here but it's how I feel. I am glad we didn't kiss yet (only on cheek goodbye) Bc I wasn't feeling it, yet. Also maybe I was anxious about today. No clue.

He was dressed really well and so clean cut which I loved. I really wish it was how I usually am and I just see him for his looks but it's the complete opposite this time around....I notice his intelligence and a d ability to have balance in life and all but for some reason I don't feel completely attracted right off the bat? I did have a good time.

Brunch was large. First some crackers 100 before brunch. Portabella mushroom burger with a large bun with some butter but extremely light on butter 500 for that, sautéed spinach 150, bites but many of a sweet pancake 150?, some bites of icing and chocolate brownie 100 more. 1000.

1400...

Dinner light meal back at home: another portabella with veggies and Jello. Around 300 cal?

1800 today. Excellent. Goodnight :)

this is a good point. you see, after losing my best friend to arguments and life changes it seems & losing all the guys that aren't options anyways, i am at a point where i want to make it work...but also don't want to use him...but it would be good to do things together.

Happy Weekend!

It's 11:40am, my clothes are in the dryer, and I'm feeling good about this weekend. Boy was I stressing this week. Trying to get the gym in (successfully) on Mon, Wed & Friday evening so that I wouldn't have to think about the gym for this weekend. And now I don't have to worry about it at all. I sorta like this gym approach, though, NOT every week. I don't think I'd want to be going to the gym on Friday nights every week!

Anyways, I was stressing for the weekend because this weekend is going to be BUSY but in the best ways: Today I'm going on a date (first time in FOREVER amost!) and it's a REAL date. No other friends invited or anything. He's my age, 34. We are friends on fb maybe like 3 years and known each other maybe 5 years. When i used to live with my parents, and went to a gym on Long Island where i used to live with them, he went there too. He was always there, but of course we never spo.............DANG it....i deleted half of what i jsut wrote..............!

anyways, i have a date today that i'm really lookng foward to & also a brunch tomorrow in the Village in NYC (should last the whole day)....so i'm prepared - already went food shopping & everything for next week.....

around 1pm...finally stepping into the shower. will be ready by 2:30pm lol when my date picks me up :) 

Morning food & drink: probiotic soda and some sips of a leftover kombucha, a lot of sf jello 100 calories. followed by entire pint of Vanilla Halo Top. 250 cal. total 350 cal.

1pm chips 150.

total so far: 500 cal.

need some protein though, before he picks me up i'll have something. wrap with olive oil & lox 200.

700-750.

800 before bigger dinner:

Dinner appetizers chicken kebab 150 tops, 2 very fried things with curry and potato 150 each? 450.!! And my meal of calamari and veggies 400 in sauce and some rice 200 1050.

1850, success. Bed early Bc I am tired.

I often feel the same way about my walking as you do about the gym. I feel obligated to walk while the weather is nice out because I KNOW that winter will soon be here and it will be all that much harder.

Usually I'm happy that I went walking, but sometimes it's really hard to drag my butt out of bed in the morning to do so...

The coworker that was intentionally ignoring me - I just told him off.  I am sorta annoyed / surprised it came to this -but I just couldn't take his rude behavior anymore and ignoring is rude if it's a man that sits directly next to me at work. I told him it's rude to ignore and even ruder to teach his kid to do it (he once brought his 5-yr old to work & same issue - he had specifically told his kid not to speak to me!). So that's done.  I told him that from now going forward the only reason I would speak to him is work related & that's it. Done with his atiitude. And as far as bosses ignoring me, same thing. Going to ignore the 1 boss who also ignores me (1 out of so many bosses!) and there's one coworker also that ignores me (1 out of like 150 coworkers). So for these 3 people outta like 150 people at the office, i feel it's fine to ignore them....I don't like doing it, as it's not in my personality, but, if they haven't changed by now, I'll give them what they want and not deal with being ignored when i do try to speak with them.  ...

pure stupidity i tell you on the whole above issue!

Home: kombucha 80...

Breakfast: small banana 120, tea, wrap with lox and nasty weight watchers cream cheese 250. 

snack: some kinda bar...170 last of those tasty brownie bars. will def order again!

NO COFFEE as it had a horribe effect on my stomach yesterday.

lunch was great but i ate too much...700 probably.

around 150 before gym.

after gym: around 400-450.

total today is still ok at 1950 :)

avg for the week: 1780, EXCELLENT.

work turbulence causes tress! We have a few a$$hats in my office, no matter what kind of stupid things are said, I am always polite. Kill them with kindness. I may have to grit my teeth sometimes, but I am always polite.

yeah, i was being kind since April when i first noticed his change of attitude. Couldn't do it another month or day more :)...

I don't wish him anything bad but also i cannot apologize for my actions that may have turned him off, especially since i'm not sure which actions or why although i can guess - but what my guess is, i am not sorry for doing the job my boss gave me...which was to take this coworker's work and log it in the computer...so it was like he did the work and i finalized it...that was my job.

amost noon, but had a snack anyways....: 150 bar...tasty...i should buy more of these type...it's like a peanut butter chocolate chip taste....will buy on amazon down the road.

oh, an coffee 40.

650 before lunch = decent for sure!

Lunch: potato around 150 i think, eggplant roasted around 150 i think, sauce around 50 additional, other veg 50, and tofu "pork" around 150-200 i think. total = 600, TOPS.

1250, excellent.

on way home: apple 50

1300-1350, had a few nice candies. felt really awake today after lunch = GREAT feeling. did have some caffeine, but i also took a walk and was definitely more alert after it! short walk for like 10 minutes around the building and chatting with receptionist...i guess taking a break is healthy!

Light Dinner & bed early tonight i think: jello i think in combo with extra cocoa powder in a protein mighty muffin..........! YES. dinner around 700. satisfying! also had some of the veggies and soy meat i bought for the weekend lol.

Will be making some jello tonight also, for the weekend...

2050 most. good :)

Strong kombucha 70, little bit seltzer with stevia. fine :)

Breakfast: wrap 60 with cream cheese 80 & salami 120 260. huge banana 150.

snack; tons of teas, energy drink, glad i brough my stevia sweetener, maybe no other snack other than lunch, not sure. Yes, also a brownie bar. very good highly recommend zero sugar! 170

LUNCH: LEAN POCKET WITH EXTRA, EXTRA VEGGIES HARDLY ANY SAUCE 550

SNACK IN AFTERNOON: APPLE IF NECESSARY 50

BEFORE GYM: BAR AND CAFFEINE 100.

AFTER GYM: THINKING ICE CREAM. AND / OR JELLO OR SOMETHING TO THAT EFFECT! only ice cream and then i was full and relaxed! 250 cal only (but it's a pint and tastes GOOD!) vanilla flavor.  BRAND IS HALO TOP - LOOK IT UP! HARD TO FIND AND ACTUALLY TASTES EXCELLENT!

1600 total!!!!!!!! I THINK I MAY SWITCH TO GYM MON, WED & FRI INSTEAD OF WEEKEND!
