l - cheese slice and branston pickle sandwich, banana, water, packet fruit gums(?)2x digestive biscuit - coffee x2 - 708cals 8.3g

d- tuna in springwater salad, water  - 167cals 2g

total: 1016 cals    17g fat



b - 10 strawberries lemon cheesecake WW yoghurt cup of tea with skimmed milk x2 - 131cals 1.3g fat

l- tuna salad with 2 slice bread cup of tea x2 2 digestive biscuits fruit salad - 454cals 10.2g fat

d - small jacket potato with laughing cow low fat cheese salad, water cup of tea - 253cals 2.2g fat

havent had my dinner yet but thats what im planning! 

so total today: 838cals  13.7g fat

im going to have some supper tonight as i feel if i eat to little my body will go into starvation mode and start storing fat!!! no exercise apart from housework! cant seem to fit it in but must I know

one more lb bites the dust!

I have given myself 1400 cals per day annd 35g of fat.  this should according to rosemary conolly help me achieve 2lb loss per week! oh yeah it includes 30 mins of swimming / cardio per day which will burn 200 cals per day!

diet for today:

b- 2 slices toast and jam, coffee (weight watchers bread)

l- ham and beetroot sandwich (freshly roasted in water) 10 strawberries and WW strawb yoghurt

sub total - 355 cals 8.3g fat

d - small jacket pot, grilled chicken breast, chopped salad with beetroot, 2 WW bread, lurpak butter 5g

total - 810 cals 21g fat


3 beers?????????????  it was a bad day at work   360cals

exercise - 30 mins powerwalk with tired dog!!

total - 1520 cals  21g fat!

tomorrows another day!

another 2lbs bite the dust! have been canoeing in the beautiful lake district this weekend.  just stopped back to pick up some more clothes and we are heading up to the northumbrian coast for the holiday week!

I have done really well this week and would have lost more had it not been for camping food this weekend:

BBQ chicken and burgers

onion rings and biscuits! get me every time!

never mind today is another day and it is onwards and upwards!  good luck to all!

sat down for the first time since 6am and i am bushed! hope everyone has had a good day!  saturday was the start of a new me and im gad to say i am sticking to my plan! so far so good anyway!  writing down everything is working!

b- weetabix and fat free natural yoghurt

s- banana

l- 1 egg on nimble bread

d- 1egg,2eggwhites omlette with a plash of s/s milk, salad

drinks- coffee, 2ltr water

Im going for gold!  hope you all are too!

good morning everyone!

I seem to be stuck in a not very nice place.  the food keeps calling and I keep eating.  eating so much that I feel sick by the end of the night! but does that stop me the next day???? no way! 

so heres the action plan!  Im going to keep a small notebook with me in my bag and Im going to write down everything i eat before I eat it and see if I can give myself time to think: do I need it?  am I really hungry? and then drink some water before I put it in my mouth hopefully this might stop me from eatting just because I can. 

wish me luck! Im going to need it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank You for your comment ~ I admire YOU for being there for children with Autism.... My situation would be so different if I wasn't caring for another 3 year old, 1 year old & then my own children about 2.5 hours of the time the other boy is here.... I could easily work with children of special needs if it were in a different setting.... They have such intellegent minds & can be so loving and generous...This boy has brought many a happy tears to my eye, just as much as he has tears of frustration before we had a diagnosis.... I just want him to be happy & given that opportunity by the right people...He will be!

You asked about Weight Watchers. I pulled out my old books and some of my friends are on it so I'm getting recipes and menus from them. I pick and choose from that a week's worth of meals, plug it into an Excel spreadsheet, print it, and follow it. It's just that simple. If you decide to join, it's the Flex Plan that I'm following, basically. If you have specific questions about my meal plan, let me know and I'll see if I can post something that will give you a visual of what I'm doing. Good luck!

you have a really good action plan. i have done the same as you, eating till i'm sick. it's the worst. i suggest getting into exercise. it's amazing how much better the body can get and how quickly we can get into better shape. try doing something physical even it's its just a 10 minute walk EVERY day. you'll start to look foward to it...just as much or more than you look foward to food!

Just writing food down has worked for me--I have about 8 little notebooks full. I've written down my food for about 8 years more often than not--probably sounds a little crazy--but for me it's a key to mindfulness and keeping some semblance of being on track!

we are off skiing on friday and im really looking forward to spending time with my friends and family.  they are 16 of us going altogether so it should prove to be a fab trip.  we  are driving to dover on friday and catching the midnight ferry to france and then we have another 8 hours driving to do in france we should arrive early saturday morning. 

put on 2lbs this week!!!!!! a shame but could have been much worse! have a good week everyone!

Been there done that... today actually. Now you gotta clean the ice cream off your chin and get back up. (lol. I read it on a blog somewhere)I also read that having a cheat day every 3-4 days is good for your body, as long as you don't go over board, the norm 2000 calories. Hope I helped.
