Good morning

Food and water yesterday was excellent.

Decided to weigh myself this morning and I am down 1 lb.  I have finally gotten rid of the 2 in my weighth.  Slowly but surely my last few pounds are coming off and I feel right on track with that schedule.

Yesterday was a great day with my brother's breakfast so much fun really enjoy our Monday mornings out.

Did not do too much else yesterday basically a relax day.

Not too sure what the schedule will be for today but I do have a breakfast with a friend tomorrow morning.

Good morning

Yesterday was a great day food and water.

Got soo much accomplished again yesterday there must be something in the water because I am certainly motivated in this cleaning buzz.  I have to admit some things needed to be clean but others where more just touch ups and really could have been set aside.  Always a good feeling to be in a clean environment of course I inherited this from my Mother the clean freak.... lol and that is mean in a good way.  She definitely showed me to keep a house clean... which I appreciate at time and other times it is a curse... lol

I am on my way out to my regular Monday breakfast with brother and s-i-l.  Will catch up on the other postings on my way back.

Good morning

Yesterday was a great day.

My fish that I prepared last night was really nice with the rice and the vegetables.

I accomplished soo much yesterday that I was happy once the day ended because I kept finding things that had to be done.  My todo list is getting smaller and that is a good thing.

Today was up real early and got some other stuff done but now I am getting a little tired and probably will go back to bed for a few hours.  I hate it when I wake up that early and then around 8 I get tired again and have to go back to bed. 

Food for today will probably be chicken stir fry for dinner the other meals will probably be a salad for lunch and hopefully I will get more water in today - yesterday was a little low.

And thank you for the great day wishes! My day is turning up 100% better than yesterday.

Still way tired and my body is just wanting rest, rest & more rest. Of which i'll try to give it. I think the sleeping pills are also making me a bit tired all morning thru the next morning into the afternoon. except, i WANTED to take them, for this specific purpose of sleeping extra...anyways, I plan to take them tonight too...sorry i'm writing all about sleeping pills here. Maybe i want your take on them? I am enjoying letting my body rest for longer than i am used to. I feel the extra rest helps also with my abilities to go to the gym & exercise harder / recover faster...

your meals sound great. I do NOT eat enough fish. And so many types are LOW calorie, too. Today i had some lox, if you are familiar.

stir fries also sound good....yum! i used to cook them up often when i did cook!

also, getting back to sleep, that's the reason i took the sleeping pills - for the purpose of being able to sleep in later. which has been working out quite well! on the weekend, after a week or so of not getting the best sleep, the last thing on my mind is to have a day like you did - waking up really early, and not going back to sleep or going back, but hours later. NO way!...

water is important...def clears up my skin more...

Thanks for the comments. Sleeping pills I find can become a habit forming mentally and by that I mean that you don't think you can get enough sleep without taking a pill. I see it a bit like the people that take medication to go to the bathroom to loose weight - hard to detach from them sometimes. Meditation and a good routine in the evening works wonders. Now I am not saying that in a mean or negative way but it does worry me that you take sleeping pill so often. Please do not be offended.

Good afternoon

Great day yesterday.

Today was a real busy day.  I washed all my floors, cleaned bathroom, kitchen and I had noticed that my dinning room chairs were getting a loose so I took my allan key out and fix all the legs on the chairs and then did the pedestal of the table.  I am definitely in the clean and fix mode today.

Dinner I am having some steam rice and fish with lots of vegetable probably with a curry seasoning.  It will all be done in my rice cooker - easy meal no work done in about 15 minutes.  They really have come up with great appliances now to make our life easy really no reason not to eat healthy..

That is about all going on here for today.

Good afternoon

Yesterday was another good food and water day.

My stay at the cottage was really great especially since the food was not a concern since we were both on our plan of healthy eating and that is probably why I enjoy going to the cottage because it does not cause me to fall off track.  I did get out yesterday and do groceries always good when all the vegetables that I enjoy are on sale that makes it general a stock up time and cooking for me to freeze some of them.

Today back at the cleaning job and the house stuff.  I am hoping tomorrow to get the outside stuff but they are announcing the possibility of rain but I will see.  The patio furniture is quite covered with street dust therefore if I want to use it I have to clean it up.  I also have to clean my BBQ hoping to use it on the weekend.

Apart from that all is good no drama in this house and nobody driving me crazy.  Keeping on track.

Good morning

Yesterday was a great day for food and water - on track.

I did not go out and do grocery shopping but I had enough in the house to get along and still do for a few days.  The weather is rainy today so I might just wait for a better day weather wise. 

I do have to get some stuff done in the house and I might just concentrate on doing that for today.  It does not matter if I am home or not the dust seem to accumulate beyond my understanding.  I also have to start thinking about getting some painting done in my place.

I am back in town after being at the cottage for a while.  I be getting back to posting.  I was unplugged from all technology and I have to admit did feel the withdrawal.  Food and water is on track and I do need to get some stuff for my cupboard today.

Good morning

All is good food and water.

Had a busy day yesterday getting all my errands done and making sure that my list is covered because I will be away till June 27th at the cottage.  I am bringing my scale this time because I cannot be away and not wieght myself for that length of time.  The other purpose of the scale is to keep me from being too crazy and usually facing the music/numbers is my way of  putting me back on track. 

The weather has been really nice and hot and humid.  I am not complaining... lol  I have been waiting for this. 

We stocked up the cottage with all our meat and now it will be only vegetable that will have to be picked up once a week since my friends does have to come back into town for two days a week for his commiments - so he does the shopping. 

I will be off for a few days of no posting but the internet should be hooked up by the end of the week and I will be back on.

Have a great week and I will talk to you guys later on this week.

I would agree - smart to bring oyur scale if you are going to be there around a month! nice. :)

also, we are getting HOT weather today too! Finally, it will be close to 90! before today, it remained basically in the 60's this entire month and also some 50's!

Oh, so enjoy your time at the cottage with good food and sounds like a friend there. :) please let us know how it all goes. :)

Back from the cottage for two days.  Leaving again on Tuesday but we are getting the internet installed and I will be able to post from the cottage looking forward to doing that.

It was good and weather great but did a lot of work around the place.  Nice to come back to a place no work is required but I do enjoy the opening.

Yesterday was a good day food and water.

Not much going on today just getting the last minute stuff for tomorrow.

It seem that we are getting some advertising on this site because it sure does not look like a normal posting.  Wonder if the webmaster as picked up on that posting.

I sure miss all our old members not posting.  I guess Summer is here and everybody is taking some time off. 

I will not be posting for a few days will be back on Sunday.  Next week we get the internet at the cottage and then I will be able to post whether I am home or at the cottage.
