Good afternoon guys

Yesterday was a off day.

Hoping to get back on track today.  I have in the past two days disrupted my routine and therefore my power of being in control also has gone out of wack.  Today seems to be all good and I have no big plan for quite a few days - that will help me settle into my routine again.

Its amazes me at how easy it is to disrupt my peace of mind.

That is about it for today will keep you posted on my day and hope that you all have a great day.

Good afternoon

Yesterday was good.

I just got back from shopping with my grand daughter - definitely an experience.  I had a boy so was not into the girly stuff.  I am totally exhausted.  She definitely knows what she likes and what she wants.  It was fun and she is such a show off - she also loves to model everything she tries. lol lol  She might just be 6 but she does run the show. lol lol  $200.00 later she is ready for school.

I am going for afternoon nap.  I need it.

Good Morning all

Yesterday was slightly challenging my water as OK but my food was slightly off.

I am determined today to get back on track and so far so good.  It will definitely be a day where I take it one hour at a time in order to keep myself in line.  I know that all it takes is to start in a bad direction and off I go over the edge.  I should know by now that I do have an addictive nature and should not even tempt myself.  It must have been the devil on my left side trying to convince my angle on the right side to take a break for a few hours. LOL LOL

It is great to have a place to vent and to confess my daily sins of the flesh.  LOL  I honestly think it is more of mental disfunction than anything else.

Tomorrow I go shopping with my grand-daughter for clothes for going back to school.  He birthday is Sept 9 and she enjoys getting clothes so it is a perfect gift and it also helps out her parents with the bill.  I always start out with a budget but she has a way of extending that budget LOL LOL.  She is only 7 but it is more like 7 going on 20.  LOL

Good morning all

Great day - good with food and water intake.

I am feeling pretty good today.  Have quite a few things to get done.  I have been slacking off on the house stuff and now it seems a little bit overwhelming.

I have been planning my getaway from our Canadian Winters and have finally come up with a decision.  I know that I cannot and I really dont have to put up with the snow and the cold.  It looks like I will be heading for SC again for the Winter.  Hoping to get a little bit of golf in that schedule.  SC is not the hottest place but definitely much better then the below zero and massive snow falls we get.  I will be travelling alone this year and that will be a little bit unusual.  The good part is that I have been in Myrtle Beach several time and it is a familiar place for me and I do know some people and some places I enjoy going.  Over the years it has been home for Winter and it almost feels like going home.

Good morning guys

Yesterday another good day.  Water and food.

I have manage to loose another few pounds and I am heading in the right directions.  I had a very good week.  Usually in the second week I start feeling that this will take forever but I cannot say that the thought even entered into my mind this week - that in itself is a blessing.

I start week 3 on a positive note and a strong desire to keep myself on the path of being positive on this journey.  I know it will be a long journey and I accept that. 

I am looking forward to more people posting and having more of a support system on the site but I will stay because I need whatever I can get.

Good morning all

Yesterday was a great day.  My food and water was very good.

I have felt so good in the pass two weeks since I have started back onto my healthy eating habits.  I am always amazed how this feels and then wonder why I would give this up for the fog of overeating.  It gives me more energy, a clear mind, a happier outlook on life etc etc all the good stuff.  The devil to my left certainly has a strong power to be able to rob me from this great feeling. 

Today's plan is -

- eat right (stick to what I have written down)

- drink my water

- get some of my work in the house done (no specific things  just get some of it done - no pressure)

- meditate (keep my mind healthy)

Good morning all

Yesterday was good food and water.

Yesterday I experienced the munchies at about 9pm and I really have a hard time with those.  I managed to take care of that without getting over my calorie intake for the day.  I must have known that something was off because my intake of food yesterday was low and not because I was doing it on purpose.  I just was not as hungry as any other day but it kicked in around 9pm and thank God I had some calories left over. 

Looking back on my actions I think that the grocery shopping had something to do with.  I dont know about you guys but I try to avoid certain areas in the grocery store -like the munchy section - chips, etc etc etc.  - those being my favorite 9pm snacks.  Or it might just be a salt issue that I was missing.  Anyway whether it is or not I managed.

I picked up yesterday some MIO (water crystals) helps me with my water intake.  I wonder if that is good or not.  It is no sugar and no calories.  I just find I can put the water down much easier. 

Another rainy day here today.  My grandson's soccer tournament this morning hoping it will ease up for that.  It is a rain or shine event. LOL LOL

Hi Guys

Yesterday was good - water and food.

With all the rain lately I am getting very lazy and find that I am staying in again - hermit. 

I do need to get out today simply because I am running low on my supply of food.  I will do my list and stick to it no add-ons. 

I am trying to research some low calorie recipies and of course simple things - one dish meals are my favorite of meals.  The slow cooker kind of dishes are also good where it will take me through a few days.  I really have no problem eating the same thing for a few days.  So many sites and so many good ideas.

I am so determined this time to just do it and get my weight down.  My knee problem is now behind me and that is good.  I am still very reluctant to abuse it but I think it is more fear then anything else.  It was just so painful that I would not want to go back to that.  That was the beginning of my wieght gain being laid up for so long. 

So that is about all that is going on with me for today.  One day at a time is what I tell myself.  I definitely turn my food over to my higherpower everyday.

Hi guys


Yesterday was again a great day.  Food is good and water intake was good.

I am amazed that the evening munchies have settled down well at least for the past few days.  I hope that I can keep that up and make it a good habit of giving up the evening eating.

I really miss not hearing from Ohio Raven has anybody heared anything about him lately?

My plan for today is just doing what is expected of me and continue settling in to my new routine.  I always feel better when I know exactly what is expected - food is written down - activites are written down etc etc - mind you that does not mean that it is written in stone but it is a definite guideline.  The order of things is good for me - no unexpected events.

The Raven is watching everyone on DD. I'm just too embarrassed to post, cause my "Healthy Days" haven't been too healthy. I'm eating pure Junk right now. Just finished 2 raisin oatmeal cookies that a coworker brought in. Golden Coral buffet last night. I'm too busy playing music 6 nights a week after work to plan "Healthy" meals. So I just eat what's available to me. The scale at work days 216 and climbing. I'm just a mess right now. It's Good to see posts from everyone, especially you Puddy. I miss all you guys. Right now I feel like a stalker. I'll see if I can post tomorrow. HaveaHealthyDay !

Good morning or maybe good afternoon

It is good to be back.

I am having a great day and yesterday was also very good.  I have given myself small goals and they are not in pounds to loose.  This week I must drink all my water and make sure that I eat nothing in the late evening.  I find that if I concentrate on pounds and say this week I want to loose 2 pds that is way to stressful.  So concentrate on my bad habits and see where that will bring me.  So far so good.

I will do my official weigh-in on Monday mornings and try to avoid that damn scale.  Actually I have stored it away and it will not come out until next Monday. 

Good to see some familial names still on the list.  I have missed our morning confessions LOL LOL.  Good or bad.

Not much on my schedule for today - it is rain rain and rain here for the next few days til the weekend - unusual Summer just like we had a unusually cold and snowy Winter and long did not think Spring would ever get here.
