Hi my friends! Back again! B: 4 slices turkey bacon; 2 small eggs with spray butter and jelly toast (2 slices) S: red raspberry sweet tea from sonic (large) Supper: cornbread with syrup; redbeans (1 1/2 serv.) D: 4 mini pieces chocolate

exercise: 45 min. yesterday at track... starting over tomorrow! ;)

Went overboard on the sweets these past few days....I'm starting to get more serious about this weight loosing business!

B:miniwheats with ff milk S: med. apple Supper: chicken and dumplings Dessert: too many choc. chips (a project gone bad!)

exercise: 1 hr. on treadmill; 438 calories burned; 3 miles water: 8 cups

Skipped out of exercise again...my electricity finally came on (thank goodness!) this afternoon after a bad lightening storm last night. My good 'ole Pop met me in town to put some antifreeze in my car to keep it from overheating. I survived today's work at the library. lol God is good!!! Next goal, to actually exercise during the day. I'm going to try for the mornings instead of late evenings... :0)
