Had my weigh in yesterday and sent it to my trainer.  I'm pleased with it.

I joined a gym so I could get a taste of some different cardio.  If I have to run for another 45 minutes on my treadmill I might kill myself!!  The stepper is good at the gym and the cross trainer too.  I also love the step mill.  So i have lots of options.  I'm close to my next goal of 128!  woo hoo!!!!  after that, 125! 

I'm into all of my jeans but one pair.  Those will probably not fit till the 123 mark I think.  They are pretty tight!  Hell I can't even button them...lol

This week, looking forward to my lifting sessions and my extra cardio.  6 days of lifting and then 3 of those days extra cardio at the gym  I'm also doing a kickboxing class at this great studio by my house on Tuesday nights so that will be giving me an extra burn as well =)


Progress as of today: 31.6 lbs lost so far, only 1.6 lbs to go!

Weight: 133.4

Well it was nice to see the scale go down a little bit.

I started out strong for the week then lost condiserable steam towards the end.

Thusday, no workout.  Friday, half a workout, then Saturday no workout.

And on Saturday I took a free eating day that included pizza and popcorn.   Great thing, I didn't feel guilty about it.

Another great thing is that I tried on all my jeans and they all fit.  Even the ones I consider my "skinny" jeans.  Funny thing though, I still feel incredibly fat and my body still looks terrible.  Go figure.

I think I just have a lot of muscle I need to rebuild.

My goals this week are to not miss any workouts!!!  Keep my eating clean, get my water in, and for the scale, I'd love to see something in the 130's by next Sunday.  Even if it's 130.9!!

although you may still feel you look "fat," at least your health is improving, right? from past experience, i've always lost muscle also when losing weight. it's almost impossibly not to do. if you want to kinda change that, do some moderate weight lifting like 3 days a week.

i will probably start with weights again come september....maybe earlier depending on how i feel! :)

Yesterday was much much better!

It was rest day for exercise.  So that is always nice. 

My eating was good.  There were times I really wanted to snack though so those urges were still around.  I think today will be even better in those regards.  It always seems once you fall down...it's a wobbly time getting back up.  BUT, today I'm up, and I'm on the go so it's all good.   I never gave into the temptations yesterday. 

Also I got my gallon of water in for the day too.  SUCCESS!


Today, more of the same. 
I have my weight lifting workout to do - Legs.  And then also I want to get some extra cardio in. 

Already had my protein shake w/ flax oil and my oatmeal for breakfast.  Finishing up a cup of black coffee now. Gosh it's already 10am!!   I need to get chugging on my water.  If I start too late in the day it never gets done!!

Well that sucks!  up 1.8 this week.  Not surprising though.  Last week was awful!  Emotionally for some reason I was a mess!!  It was almost like all my post pardum came flooding back.  My eating was terrible and I missed a few workouts.  I was hating life!  Then yesterday, just like with the flash of a light, I was back to normal!  Like I woke up and was a whole other person.   I had an amazing workout and did 50 minutes on the treadmill when I was done.  It was insane!  GRRRRRR Damn HORMONES!!!!  I know it was just some serious PMS.  My period should be here Tuesday.  I always get really terrible PMS 7-10 before that time of the month.  This month however was particulary bad!!

Today I'm feeling better.  Ate my oatmeal and protein shake for breakfast w/ my flax oil.  Drinking some black coffee and then about to get started on my gallone of water.

This week my goals are just to lose what I gained.  132 by next Sunday.  Then the Sunday after that, 130 and then the sunday after that 128.  After I reach 128 I'll set new goals.

yes, hormones suck! i used to never get cramps until this past year when i was 25 years old! now i know what everyone always meant!

So I was happy with my weigh in this morning.  Feeling like had I gone to the bathroom before hand, then I might have hit 132 even.....hahaha

Anyhow, today is rest day.  Thank goodness!  I'm sore.   My body feels beat down really.  

My abs look really good and flat and my arms are coming in nicely.  I can see the progress in the mirror.  My hips,t highs, butt are another story completely...lol  I'm a typical pear.  Small on top, round on bottom =) 

I still have that dark line on my stomach that pregnant women get.  Man I wish it would go away!!!!  My baby is 8 months old now, almost 9 months.  Shouldn't that be gone by now?  with my first daughter I don't remember it lasting this long.  I'm scared to go tanning or anything for fear it will get darker.

I have a feeling my trainer is going to want pics this week.   It's been 6 weeks now with him.  Down 12 pounds so far since starting his training and eating.  I feel good.  I signed up for 4 more weeks.  Not sure how much after that I'll be able to afford.  DH got his OT cut off from work...grrrr   I will have to find a job and go back to work if I want to continue my training I think.  Time will tell.  I'm trying hard not to think about it right now.

This weeks goals as of now since I haven't talked to T yet are:

extra cardio focus, as always

get my gallon of water in daily, as always

and keep my ass off the scale mid week....lol   as always!

I'll try to go for another 1.5 pound loss this week also.  I'll speak to him today or tomorrow and see what he says about that.

This week was pretty good.  I had some amazing workouts!

I just finshed up my arm workout.  I did some abs too cause I missed my abs on Thursday.  Yesterday I had a kick ass back workout with running intervals and THEN I did almost 4 miles on the treadmill.  I was on FIRE!  Felt I could have worked out forever.

Yesterday I  did howerver get on the scale...what was I thinking?  Why do I do that??  and it said 134.2....grrrrrr  I need to stay off that damn thing!   

Tomorrow is my actualy weigh in day.  We'll see how it goes. 

My eating this week has been good in regards to I haven't ate anything 'bad' but I have missed a lot of meals and I haven't got in all my water everyday.  UGGGHHH!   Also I think my period is coming.  I had some severe PMS this past week and then today cramps.  I hope it doesn't make me bloated for my weigh in.

Very sore today from yesterdays lower body workout!!

However still managed to get out 3 miles on the treadmill this morning and then tonight I did a great shoulder work out.  Felt strong. 

Eating has been good.  I did miss a meal though =(  I'm just not hungry.

Finishing up the last of my gallon of water.

Tomorrow is chest workout.  Not sure I'll be doing extra cardio.  That DOMS will have kicked it full force so I'll save more cardio for Thursday!

Talked to trainer today.  He thinks I should go for a 1.5 loss this week.  I'm hoping to blow that outta the water!  I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have another 3lb loss.  I'm trying to stay realistic.  But man that would be soooo freaking awesome! 

He also gave me the goal this week to get through my lifting workouts faster in order to keep my heartrate up.  I can handle that.  Sometimes I do lolly gag a bit.....lol

Today was great.  Eating was good, workout was awesome.   Lower body.  I'll be walking sore tomorrow for sure!

Well I surpassed my goal of 135.  Now onto the next goal.

This week was BRUTAL!  I worked my ass off and my eating was clean clean clean.

Man I haven't had soda or wine or anything in WEEKS!!!!  Water is all I drink and I drink a lot of it!

Workouts last week were awesome.  6 Days of lifting and then on three of those days I did some cardio too. 35-50 minutes.  

This week, more of the same.

Should be talking w/ the trainer tomorrow. 

Oh and I was able to fit into some of my jeans!  YAY!!! 

Next week going for 132. 

New short term goal is 128.

So had a really wonderful conversation with my trainer on Sunday and I"m feeling 100% better about the whole situation.

Seems there was a lot of miscomm on both of our parts.  Even mine...lol  The relationship is all good again =)  He gave me some goals for this week, one of which includes losing TWO POUNDS!  The others consist of getting in 2-3 extra cardio sessions ON TOP OF my lifting workouts as well as adding more ACV to my water.  All of which I can handle.  I CAN I CAN I CAN!

Eating yesterday and Sunday went well.  Workouts were good.  Today is chest workout and then some extra cardio.

I've been exhausted.  Up all night w/ the baby.  So getting up early for cardio hasn't really happened.  I keep trying though.
