 Restarting Once Again after 3 years.

I've been using this diary for approx 10 years now. Had my own ups and downs in weight, Life, Job, Relationships and learning from life.

Well Had started once again 3 months back, with lots of walks (In the same way as before..) Here are positive changes.

1. Cloths are comfortable again. 

2. Sleep is very tight but only 6 hours. (Can't Sleep more, can't sleep less).

3. Daily walk average is 5 hours.

4. Bought Dumbell to do some excersice as home..


A) Planning to continue the schedule at home, before Joining GYM. 

B) This time, need to pay serious attention to Food. Thus it starts from Today !


Current Weight : 96 KG = 211.6 lb

Progress as of today: 17.4 lbs lost so far, only 44.6 lbs to go!

Welcome back! For some reason I do not recall you from 2014 on here, but your journal has you here in 2014 I see! I’ll be reading your past entries to see if I remember you later…just a quick skim to see if I remember you…but for now I’ll read your entry from only today…!

Oh so you are the same as me! I’ve been here now approaching close to 15 years, but part of my diaries here are under a different screen name. I love this site too, I wish this site could exist forever but it’s all based on the webmaster, whoever she may be! I would have to assume it’s a female, the webmaster. I wonder who she is!

As far as your sleep is concerned, maybe you are just a 6 hour sleeper. As for myself, I’m def more of an 8hr girl and lately it seems that 8 is not enough. I have slept, without any aids, like 9-10 hours on weekends. It just feels good…especially with my increase in exercise, my body craves more rest additionally with increased exercise! Have you ever felt that!?

WOW….how do you do the 5 hours? are you retired? I could not fit five hours unless for that / having no car could do it. Bless you! I do think all your exercise is amazing and that you should continue if you are happy with it.

The dumbells will be good for your muscles. Did you ever lift weights before? Weightlifting is my savior! It’s totally reshaped my body to wayyy better than it EVER was even when I was a skinny little girl so long ago!

Yeah, it’s true that calories (more than anything else) will aid in weight loss. But it also helps to have a decently balanced diet if you want to feel good. Good for you on joining a gym as it does have the most equipment as well as trainers if you need help learning the machines.

 For last 15-20 days, I'be been on walk 50% time for average 5 KM/day. Will attempt to make it more regular and more updates.

Entered in Gym after approx 52 Months.. It's been two days, and all the Joints are aching.. I beleive that's a good sign..

I've very much managed to have average ~6KM/day walk for last several days. Getting very tight sleep in night, and excellent feeling on waking up in the morning.

Weight reduction is not happening, but cloths are getting better. Looks like the time to intensify the walk.. I'll try to use Stairs more often, and will enquire for the 3Days/Week Gym in office..

Managed to walk for approx 6KM/Day, weight is stable to 97KG. Looks like a Jump in Physical Activity is needed for further reduction.
